1. Abel Danger (AD) asserts that Serco – a former RCA GB 1929 radio patent monopoly – used its 8(a) companies to hack Hillary Clinton's server and set up a resilient ammunition supply chain for ISIS at the CIA Annexe in Benghazi.

2. AD asserts that Serco uses the National Visa Center to book Con Air expendables into crime scenes where expert terrorists in 8(a) companies adjust perceptions of mass casualty events with injected news or media plays of ISIS boogie men.

3. AD asserts that Serco – the world's largest air traffic controller – has transferred National Command Authority privileges of the Defense Red Switch Network to mobbed up passengers on Trump Shuttle Inc. and the 727 of Trump Force One.

United States Marine Field McConnell (http://www.abeldanger.net/2010/01/field-mcconnell-bio.html) offers to show voters in the upcoming presidential elections how to a Red Switch resilience war with Trump Force One and ISIS boogie men.

"50 ton-question: Who got US ammo intended for anti-ISIS Arabs?
Published time: 23 Oct, 2015 22:12 Edited time: 26 Oct, 2015 13:06
Arab rebels in northern Syria say they have received none of the ammunition air-dropped by the US. The supplies appear to have ended up with Kurdish fighters, whose anti-ISIS offensive stalled following protests from US ally Turkey.

The Pentagon said the shipment dropped by US airplanes on October 11 was intended for the "Syrian Democratic Forces,"an alliance of Arabs and Kurds several thousand strong intent on attacking the Islamic State (IS, formerly ISIS/ISIL) capital of Raqqa. The group's existence was announced just hours before the first airdrop. The newly minted coalition consists of the al-Sanadid Arab tribal militia, a Christian group dubbed the Assyrian Military Council, and the Burkan al-Furat ("Euphrates Volcano"), a joint Kurdish-Arab group on the Raqqa front, as well as the formidable Kurdish YPG militia, which outnumbers all the other forces by 4 to 1, according to the Washington Post.

However, no Arab units have received any of the ammunition so far, Bandar al-Humaydi, head of the al-Sanadid militia, told a McClatchy reporter by phone on Tuesday. "We got nothing, and it's not clear at all [if we will]," al-Humaydi said.

"Maybe our partners, the Kurds did," added his father, Sheikh Humaydi Daham al Hadi, head of the Shammar tribe.

"I don't know where they went," the commander of Thuwar al-Raqqa, an Arab unit that is part of Burkan al-Furat, told the Washington Post. "There are also front lines in Hasakah, so maybe the ammunition will be used there."

According to one senior official, the airdrop landed in the Hasakah province and was retrieved by the YPG. Salih Muslim, a leader of the YPG's political wing, thanked the US for the ammunition and promised to share it with the Kurds' Arab allies.

Kurdish commanders, however, told the Post the ammunition will be distributed at the discretion of the Syrian Democratic Forces – whose existence was announced on the day of the airdrop. The supplies could go to anyone along the 435-mile frontline against Islamic State.

"The Syrian Democratic Forces will decide which front the weapons will be given to, where the battle will be fought and who will get the weapons," said Haki Kobane, a Burkan al-Furat commander. He added that 50 tons was simply not enough to do anything.

The US has maintained that the supplies were sent to the “Syrian Arab Coalition," a name they use to refer to the Sunni and Christian Arab groups within the SDF. There were no indications that “any of that equipment was shared with any other groups," Pentagon press secretary Peter Cook told reporters on October 15.

On Tuesday, Cook repeated the assertion that the airdrop was for the Syrian Arab Coalition. "It was successful. It went where it was intended, to the people who were intended to receive it," he said.

Another Pentagon spokesman, Colonel Patrick Ryder, told the Washington Post that the US military had "high confidence that the ammunition we dropped was retrieved by the intended recipients, which were Syrian Arab groups fighting ISIL."

The notion of US ammunition ending up in Kurdish hands has angered Turkey, which only recently agreed to open its airbases to US drones and bombers operating against Islamic State. Turkey has fought a 30-year counter-insurgency against its Kurdish minority, which lives along the Syrian border, and considers the Kurdistan Worker's Party (PKK) a terrorist organization. While Washington has also placed the PKK on the terrorist list, the US does not extend that label to the YPG in Syria or its political wing, the PYD, despite their close ties.

"We view the PYD as a terrorist group and we want all countries to consider the consequences of their cooperation,” one Turkish official told Reuters on October 13, protesting what he called US and Russian support for the Kurds. Turkey has even threatened to intervene if the Kurdish forces push west of the Euphrates."

"ISIS is just another US/NATO puppet "boogie-man" to further the bigger agenda at play
Submitted by IWB, on August 23rd, 2014

Cause Amerikkka's been took – it's plain to see, The oldest trick in the book is make an enemy, A phony evil so the government can do its dirt, And take away your freedoms, lock and load, beat and search!

For those that are not aware, ISIS is just another US/NATO puppet "boogie-man", which is being used to further a larger agenda at play. Same shit different day!

Declassified Docs Show ISIS Is More Than An Insurgency

The Islamic State, the Caliphate, ISIS — no matter it's title, it's a well-established organization able to survive the West's attempts at de-stabilizing it. The Islamic State of Iraq and Syria is the wealthiest militant group in the world, with a war chest of approximately $2 billion. …

This look into the underpinnings of ISIS comes from the Harmony Program at the Combating Terrorism Center at the Military Academy at West Point. Since 2005, the program has been analyzing classified documents from the U.S. Department of Defense’s Harmony Database. It was intended to contextualize the inner workings of al-Qaida, its associated organizations and other security threats through the analysis of primary source material. More than 400 of these documents have been declassified and made available for public download.

A preliminary analysis of the documents — obtained by McClatchy D.C. — shows a remarkable ability on the part of ISIS to regather and regroup, even after crippling military defeats. http://www.mintpressnews.com/declassified-docs-show-isis-insurgency/193329/

America’s Allies Are Funding ISIS The Islamic State of Iraq and Syria (ISIS), now threatening Baghdad, was funded for years by wealthy donors in Kuwait, Qatar, and Saudi Arabia, three U.S. allies that have dual agendas in the war on terror.

"Everybody knows the money is going through Kuwait and that it's coming from the Arab Gulf," said Andrew Tabler, senior fellow at the Washington Institute for Near East Policy. “Kuwait’s banking system and its money changers have long been a huge problem because they are a major conduit for money to extremist groups in Syria and now Iraq."

ISIS in Iraq stinks of CIA/NATO 'dirty war' op Details leaking out suggest that ISIS and the major military 'surge' in Iraq – and less so in neighboring Syria – is being shaped and controlled out of Langley, Virginia, and other CIA and Pentagon outposts as the next stage in spreading chaos in the world’s second-largest oil state, Iraq, as well as weakening the recent Syrian stabilization efforts.

Strange facts – The very details of the ISIS military success in the key Iraqi oil center, Mosul, are suspect. According to well-informed Iraqi journalists, ISIS overran the strategic Mosul region, site of some of the world's most prolific oilfields, with barely a shot fired in resistance. According to one report, residents of Tikrit reported remarkable displays of "soldiers handing over their weapons and uniforms peacefully to militants who ordinarily would have been expected to kill government soldiers on the spot."

US passports? – Key members of ISIS it now emerges were trained by US CIA and Special Forces command at a secret camp in Jordan in 2012, according to informed Jordanian officials. The US, Turkish and Jordanian intelligence were running a training base for the Syrian rebels in the Jordanian town of Safawi in the country’s northern desert region, conveniently near the borders to both Syria and Iraq. Saudi Arabia and Qatar, the two Gulf monarchies most involved in funding the war against Syria's Assad, financed the Jordan ISIS training.

Iraq's Chechen commander – The next bizarre part of the ISIS puzzle involves the Jihadist credited with being the ‘military mastermind' of the recent ISIS victories, Tarkhan Batirashvili. If his name doesn’t sound very Arabic, it's because it's not. Tarkhan Batrashvili is a Russian – actually an ethnic Chechen from near the Chechen border to Georgia. But to give himself a more Arabic flair, he also goes by the name Emir (what else?) Umar al Shishani. The problem is he doesn't look at all Arabic. No dark swarthy black beard: rather a long red beard, a kind of Chechen Barbarossa.

According to a November, 2013 report in The Wall Street Journal, Emir Umar or Batrashvili as you prefer, has made the wars in Syria and Iraq "into a geopolitical struggle between the US and Russia."

That has been the objective of leading neo-conservatives in the CIA, Pentagon and State Department all along. The CIA transported hundreds of Mujahideen Saudis and other foreign veterans of the 1980s Afghan war against the Soviets in Afghanistan into Chechnya to disrupt the struggling Russia in the early 1990s, particularly to sabotage the Russian oil pipeline running directly from Baku on the Caspian Sea into Russia. James Baker III and his friends in Anglo-American Big Oil had other plans. It was called the BTC pipeline, owned by a BP-US oil consortium and running through Tbilisi into NATO-member Turkey, free of Russian territory.

ISIS militants with US passports?

Former state department official Andrew Doran worries the US homeland could be vulnerable to an ISIS attack.

There is something particularly concerning about the "masked, sociopathic murderers" who fight for the Islamic State in Iraq and the Levant (ISIS), writes former state department official Andrew G Doran for the National Review.

Some of them, he says, are Western citizens who have travelled to Syria to fight President Bashar Assad’s government – and have passports or other immigration paperwork that would allow them to return to their home countries whenever they want.

In fact, he says, citing the Daily Beast's Greg Sargent, perhaps a dozen are already in the US. http://www.bbc.com/news/blogs-echochambers-27844749

DHS: 'Hands off' These Terrorists

In early May, Senator Charles Ernest "Chuck" Grassley (R-Ia.) "released internal Department of Homeland Security [DHS] emails discussing an alleged terrorist 'hands off' list allowing individuals with potential terrorist ties into the United States," according to a press release from his office.

The internal DHS emails Senator Grassley made public include a 2012 exchange between U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) and U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) officials debating whether or not to admit an unidentified individual into the U.S. who was known to have ties to various Muslim extremist groups, including the Muslim Brotherhood. …

Former Central Intelligence Agency counter-terrorism specialist and military intelligence officer Philip Giraldi, who now serves as executive director of the Council for the National Interest, also spoke with this reporter about Grassley’s revelations concerning the apparent 'hands off' list, and the individual on it who purportedly is connected to a variety of extremist Muslim organizations, including the Muslim Brotherhood.

"I would suspect that he is a source for U.S. intelligence or law enforcement," said Giraldi. "There may be other explanations, but that is what would seem to me most likely. It is quite common to facilitate travel arrangements for individuals who are vetted sources."

Whoever the individual referred to in the emails turns out to be, and what exactly his connections are, the nature of the ‘hands off’ list and its purpose needs to be disclosed and explained to the American public.

Grassley Inquires About Terrorist "Hands Off" list; CBP Promises to Brief

Senator Chuck Grassley today released internal Department of Homeland Security emails discussing an alleged terrorist "hands off" list allowing individuals with potential terrorist ties into the United States. The emails were attached to a letter he sent to the Department of Homeland Security inquiring about the "hands off" list and an individual who DHS may have admitted into the United States as a result. Senator Grassley also released the response from Customs and Border Protection, in which it committed to provide a detailed briefing on the particular case.

Grassley made his initial inquiry on February 3, 2014 after receiving the internal Department of Homeland Security emails regarding the admittance of individuals into the United States with potential terrorist ties. One of the emails says that an individual "has sued CBP twice in the past and that he's one of the several hands off passengers nationwide." According to the emails, the individual was allegedly a member of the Muslim Brotherhood and a "close associate" of a supporter of "Hamas, Hizbollah, and (Palestinian) Islamic Jihad."

Reports: U.S. trained ISIS fighters in Jordan

Citing what it called "informed Jordanian officials," WND reported Tuesday that members of the Islamic State of Iraq and the Levant, or ISIS, were trained by U.S. instructors at a secret base in Jordan. According to the report, the training was conducted in 2012 and was intended to help ISIS fight the Assad regime. The officials said those receiving training were vetted for links to extremist groups like al-Qaeda.

WND first reported the training in February 2012. Since then, other media outlets have corroborated those reports. In March 2013, Reuters, citing Der Spiegel, said that some 200 men had received training. The goal was to train about 1,200 fighters of the “Free Syrian Army." http://www.examiner.com/article/reports-u-s-trained-isis-fighters-jordan

The Ginger Jihadist of Mosul: Omar al-Shishani the Chechen 'General' Following the Islamic State of Iraq and al-Shams’ (Isis) capture of Mosul, which caused 500,000 Iraqis to flee the city and propelled the group to the status of richest terror force in the world, pictures have emerged on social media of Isis Emir Omar al-Shishani inspecting stolen US-supplied humvees.

The photos of al-Shishani, a Georgian-born ethnic Chechen, suggest that he was the mastermind of the siege as the commander of the northern sector of Isis in Syria and Iraq.

He is considered one of the most influential leaders of the Syrian opposition after a series of assaults on military bases near Aleppo, specifically as the mastermind of the capture of a government airbase in August last year which boosted his standing among comrades.

After being raised by a Christian father and a Muslim mother in Georgia's Pankisi Gorge, al-Shishani served in the US-funded Georgian army, rising to the rank of sergeant.

ISIS leader Abu Bakr al Baghdadi was "released by Obama in 2009"

The march of the Islamic State of Iraq and Syria, or ISIS, across a swath of Iraq has fractured a nation and spurred Republican attacks that the Obama administration is on the verge of "snatching defeat from the jaws of victory."

Fox News host Jeanine Pirro tied President Barack Obama to the roots of the current assault. On June 14, Pirro offered listeners this insight into the ISIS leader. (ISIS is also called ISIL, for Islamic State of Iraq and the Levant.)

"The head of this band of savages is a man named Abu Bakr al Baghdadi, the new Osama Bin Laden," Pirro said. "A man released by Obama in 2009, who started ISIS a year later. And when Baghdadi left Camp Bucca, where the worst of the worst were held in Iraq, he threatened his American jailers saying, 'I'll see you in New York.'"

How US and Britain were warned of ISIS advance in Iraq but 'turned a deaf ear' "We had this information then, and we passed it on to your (British) government and the US government," Rooz Bahjat, a senior lieutenant to Lahur Talabani, head of Kurdish intelligence, said. “We used our official liaisons.

"We knew exactly what strategy they were going to use, we knew the military planners. It fell on deaf ears."

Republican Senator Rand Paul Accuses US of Arming Isis Terrorists "They're emboldened because we've been supporting them," he said. "It could be Assad [could have] wiped these people out months ago.

"I personally believe that this group would not be in Iraq and would not be as powerful had we not been supplying their allies in the war." Rand claimed Isis has also received funding from Saudi Arabia and Qatar.

In Iraq the US is getting exactly what it wants

The US wants no stable force in the Middle East, no opposition, no basis for anything that could become a stable economy, exporting oil and competing with it on the world markets, political analyst Caleb Maupin told RT.

RT:Obama said the US troops won’t be going back into combat on the ground in Iraq. Will he keep his promise?

Caleb Maupin: Many US military adventures began with so-called military advisors. The classic example is Vietnam. In recent history we have seen many examples of the US using so-called military advisors to advise local officials who actually do the fighting on behalf of the US. What’s very clear in the Iraq situation right now is that the US is attempting to form a sectarian war, not only in Iraq but in the entire Middle East. ISIS/ISIL is an organization that receives support from Saudi Arabia and the Gulf states that ally with the US and have worked to form and fund this kind of extremist terrorist organization and send them to Syria, engaging in civil war, and now they are in Iraq. This fighting is very helpful to the US because it makes sure that there is no stable opposition to the US and there are no stable competitors in the world market. The US wants chaos in the Middle East and this latest episode with the ISIS and sending advisors is an example of the US achieving its aim of chaos, fighting and leaving instability in the Middle East in order to remove competitors in the oil market.

"Hillary Clinton's Email Server Crashed During Major Terrorist Attacks
Jonathan Ernst/Getty Images/AFP
by PATRICK HOWLEY
27 Sep 2015179
Former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton's private email server went down during key moments in recent foreign policy, including terrorist attacks, rendering Clinton and her aides frustrated with their inability to communicate.

Breitbart News exclusively reported the existence of a third email server outage during Hillary Clinton's tenure at the State Department. The three known outages occurred in February 2010, again on October 9, 2012, and then sometime during Superstorm Sandy.

Major events were going on in the world during these three server crashes, including Islamic terror attacks, that Hillary Clinton later had to respond to. But her makeshift email server, which she used for State Department business, and which she shared with staffers from the Clinton Foundation and her husband Bill and daughter Chelsea, was not reliable during these crises.

Here are some of the world events that did not schedule themselves around the technical whims of Hillary Clinton's email server:

Malala Was Shot

Pakistani girls' education advocate Malala Yousafzai was shot on October 9, 2012, on a bus by a Taliban gunman. Yousafzai survived to become a globally-known activist and apparent Clinton supporter.

The next morning, Hillary Clinton's right-hand aide Huma Abedin emailed Clinton Foundation executive director Stephanie Streett to inquire about bamboo flooring options for a building.

"Is your email working?" Abedin asked Streett, clearly acknowledging that the Clinton Foundation was on the same email network. "Mine has been down last night. Did you get my email about flooring?"

Hillary Clinton honored Malala two months later in Paris on International Human Rights Day.

"Today, we stand together with Malala and the millions of other girls and women who are risking their lives to get an education," Clinton said in a video message to a UNESCO event focused on Malala.

Yousafzai later virtually endorsed Clinton for president.

"Even in America, even in America, people are waiting for a woman president," Malala said in 2013 at the Clinton Global Initiative, as the crowd applauded for Hillary Clinton, who was in the audience.

Terrorist Attack in Syria

October 9, 2012—the day Hillary Clinton's email network went down while Abedin struggled to talk about bamboo flooring options—the al-Nusra Front, an Islamic rebel group affiliated with al-Qaeda, set off car bombs in the Damascus suburbs near an air force base, reportedly killing dozens.

The Obama administration armed and trained certain Syrian rebel groups. It was reported last week that some of the American-trained groups gave supplies to al-Nusra.

Terrorist Attack in Afghanistan

On February 26, 2010, Taliban terrorists killed at least nine delegates from India in a series of suicide bombings in Kabul. The Taliban suicide bombers targeted the guest homes of employees of the Indian embassy in Afghanistan. Italian and French nationals also lost their lives that day at the hand of the Taliban.

Hillary Clinton's email server went down on February 26, 2010. The State Department's IT Help Desk didn't even know that she was using a private email account, delaying the expedient recovery of her email services.

Huma Abedin explained to Clinton on February 27 what happened.

"Ur email must be back up!!," Abedin wrote to Clinton. "What happened is judith sent you an email. It bounced back. She called the email help desk at state (I guess assuming u had state email) and told them that. They had no idea it was YOU, just some random address so they emailed. Sorry about that. But regardless, means ur email must be back! R u getting other messages?"

"I've gotten some messages from yesterday – how about you?" Hillary Clinton responded. "Nothing," Abedin said.

Bashar al-Assad Met with Hezbollah and Iranian Leaders

Syrian president Bashar al-Assad had dinner with Hassan Nasrallah, the leader of the terrorist group Hezbollah, and also then-Iranian president Mahmoud Ahmadinejad on the night of February 25, 2010. The existence of the dinner did not come out publicly until February 26, according to the Jerusalem Post, as Clinton was having her email problems with the State Department Help Desk.

Ahmadinejad's visit to Syria, which included his dinner with Assad, was filled with violent anti-American rhetoric. Ahmadinejad said on the trip that the Middle East in the future will be "without Zionists and without colonialists."

North Korea Imprisoned Four South Koreans

On February 26, 2010, the North Korean regime announced that it had seized four South Korean nationals for allegedly illegally crossing the border into North Korea. This was just one day after the North Koreans accused the United States of conspiring with South Korea to plot a military attack. The North Koreans placed the southerners "under investigation."

Meanwhile, as Abedin informed Clinton, the State Department email Help Desk "had no idea it was YOU" having email troubles.

North Korea continues to arrest those who allegedly cross the border into its country. Just last week, 21-year-old New York University student Joo Won-Moon held a supervised press conference from North Korea, where he has been held in captivity for months by the regime.

"Deal Made On Trump Shuttle
By AGIS SALPUKAS
Published: December 20, 1991
USAir Inc. announced yesterday that it had reached an agreement with the Trump Organization and Citibank to operate the Trump Shuttle for up to 10 years with an option to buy it after five.

The group of banks led by Citibank that financed the $365 million purchase of the shuttle will own the airline in the meantime, said executives involved in the negotiations who insisted on anonymity.

Donald J. Trump will be relieved of most of the debt he incurred when he bought the shuttle from Eastern Airlines in 1989. Personal Guarantees Mr. Trump said that he had personally guaranteed $135 million of the debt on the shuttle. Bankers involved in the negotiations said that he would be relieved of at least $100 million of that, and possibly as much as $110 million. Mr. Trump said that another $245 million was owed on the shuttle but that he was not responsible for that.

In five years, the shuttle will be put up for competitive bids and USAir has the right to top any offers. Meanwhile, the shuttle will be run by USAir, which expects to use the existing work force with some of its own managers.

Asked in an interview whether USAir would buy the shuttle in five years, Seth E. Schofield, the airline's president and chief executive, said, "Absolutely."

Mr. Schofield said that while the shuttle's name would be changed to the USAir Shuttle, travelers would at first see little change. He said that the aging fleet of Boeing 727's that were refurbished under Mr. Trump would continue to be used, although some of the planes may have to be replaced in about five years. Fares to Be Reviewed He said that USAir would review the shuttle's fares, which are now $144 one way from La Guardia to Washington National Airport, because Amtrak offers much lower fares on the same route.

"We have to look at it very carefully," Mr. Schofield said. Amtrak's one-way fare between New York and Washington on the Metroliner on weekdays is $83. Mr. Schofield acknowledged that with the takeover of the Pan Am Shuttle by Delta Air Lines last August, the Trump Shuttle had lost about four to five percentage points of its market share.

That would put the Trump Shuttle's share at about 43 to 44 percent, and Mr. Schofield said that USAir would make a marketing push and upgrade some services to win back fliers.

"We'll get that back," he said. "Certainly not overnight, but we'll get it back."

He also said that USAir, which has faced heavy losses lately, planned to make a major expansion of flights in the New York area, especially at La Guardia Airport. He said that departures by USAir from La Guardia would go from 21 percent to about 30 percent of its total.

Mr. Schofield said that as a result of the purchase of 62 jet slots at La Guardia from Continental Airlines, USAir would provide 12 daily departures to Florida, five nonstops to Atlanta and five nonstops to Chicago's Midway Airport. The collapse of Midway Airlines has left a vacuum at the Chicago airport, which other carriers are seeking to fill.

Mr. Schofield added that commuter service would be expanded on flights to Hartford, Providence, R.I., and Worcester, Mass. Flights at Newark International Airport will also be expanded, with hourly service being added between Newark and Boston, he said.

"Our overall strategy is building USAir's strength in the Northeast," Mr. Schofield explained.

The transaction is still subject to approval by the group of banks. Mr. Schofield said that he expects a final agreement to be reached after the first of the year, when the airline will outline its plans to run the shuttle.

Once USAir takes over, the competition between the shuttles is expected to heat up. Traditionally, they have not sought to gain market share by cutting fares. In the last two years, shuttle fares have risen rapidly, partly to offset the doubling of the price of fuel during the gulf war.

Even though fuel prices have dropped by large amounts since the war, most fares still reflect the increases made during the conflict."

"Serco also integrated voice, video teleconferencing capabilities and situational awareness displays, along with the VDI, into the facility’s network distribution system across multiple networks. The result is an integrated IP-based total capability that is centrally managed and consistent across all platforms. Serco also implemented Defense Red Switch Network (DRSN), completed a structured fiber optic and Category 6 cabling system, and participated in the construction design working group to ensure supporting systems (e.g. Power and HVAC) were able to support the 24 AF's IT needs. As a result of Serco's support, 24th Air Force enjoys a true state-of-the-art environment that has delivers the high level of performance and security requires to continue fulfilling the important missions protecting the nation’s security."

"Opened in 1994 as the successor to the Transitional Immigrant Visa Processing Center in Rosslyn, Va., the NVC centralizes all immigrant visa preprocessing and appointment scheduling for overseas posts. The NVC collects paperwork and fees before forwarding a case, ready for adjudication, to the responsible post. The center also handles immigrant and fiancé visa petitions, and while it does not adjudicate visa applications, it provides technical assistance and support to visa-adjudicating consular officials overseas. Only two Foreign Service officers, the director and deputy director, work at the center, along with just five Civil Service employees. They work with almost 500 contract employees doing preprocessing of visas, making the center one of the largest employers in the Portsmouth area. The contractor, Serco, Inc., has worked with the NVC since its inception and with the Department for almost 18 years. The NVC houses more than 2.6 million immigrant visa files, receives almost two million pieces of mail per year and received more than half a million petitions from the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Service (USCIS) in 2011. Its file rooms' high-density shelves are stacked floor-to-ceiling with files, each a collection of someone’s hopes and dreams and each requiring proper handling."

"The Telgraph .. Police drop investigation into Serco prisoner transport contract The outsourcing group said there was no evidence of individual or corporate wrongdoing

The City of London Police has closed an investigation into Serco's prisoner transport contract after more than a year of work, enabling the firm to continue with the contract until 2018.

The Ministry of Justice called in the police in August 2013 to examine whether Serco had misleadingly recorded prisoners as being ready for court when they were not, in order to meet the performance criteria of the contract.

However, Serco said on Friday that the probe into the Prisoner Escort and Custody Services (PECS) contract had been closed after the police found no evidence to support bringing charges against the outsourcing firm or its staff.

"The information obtained was also sufficient for the City of London Police to conclude there was no evidence of any corporate-wide conspiracy or an intention to falsify figures to meet the DRACT [designated ready and available for court time] contract requirement by senior Serco management or at the board level of the company," the firm said in a statement. The Ministry of Justice had said it would end the contract immediately if the firm's board was found to have done wrong."

"Super Serco bulldozes ahead

SERCO has come a long way since the 1960s when it ran
[Resilience exercises and] the 'four-minute warning' system to alert the nation to a ballistic missile attack.

Today its £10.3bn order book is bigger than many countries' defence budgets. It is bidding for a further £8bn worth of contracts and sees £16bn of 'opportunities'.

Profit growth is less ballistic. The first-half pre-tax surplus rose 4% to £28.1m, net profits just 1% to £18m. Stripping out goodwill, the rise was 17%, with dividends up 12.5% to 0.81p.

Serco runs the Docklands Light Railway, five UK prisons, airport radar and forest bulldozers in Florida.

Chairman Kevin Beeston said: 'We have virtually no debt and more than 600 contracts.'

The shares, 672p four years ago, rose 8 1/4p to 207 1/4p, valuing Serco at £880m or nearly 17 times earnings.

Michael Morris, at broker Arbuthnot, says they are 'a play on UK government spend' which is rising fast."

Types of Exercise Workshop Exercises These are structured discussion events where participants can explore issues in a less pressurized environment.

They are an ideal way of developing solutions, procedures and plans rather than the focus being on decision making. Table Top Exercises These involve a realistic scenario and will follow a time line, either in real-time or with time jumps to concentrate on the more important areas. The participants would be expected to be familiar with the plans and procedures that are being used although the exercise tempo and complexity can be adjusted to suit the current state of training and readiness. Simulation and media play can be used to support the exercise. Table-top exercises help develop teamwork and allow participants to gain a better understanding of their roles and that of other agencies and organisations.

Command/Control Post Exercises These are designed primarily to exercise the senior leadership and support staff in collective planning and decision making within a strategic grouping. Ideally such exercises would be run from the real command and control locations and using their communications and information systems. This could include a mix of locations and varying levels of technical simulation support. The Gold Standard system is flexible to allow the tempo and intensity to be adjusted to ensure maximum training benefit, or to fully test and evaluate the most important aspects of a plan. Such exercises also test information flow, communications, equipment, procedures, decision making and coordination.

Simulation and Media Support

The method of delivering an exercise is flexible and will be designed with the client to meet their requirements with options ranging from simple paper-based delivery through to full use of their real communications systems [Red Switch Network and Hawkeye onion router surveillance aircraft] and advance computer simulation [In Trump's death pool and war room suites]. In addition, media play can also be added in the form of news injects and the provision of experienced journalists and television crews to help test procedures and also assist in training key staff.

"Serco farewell to NPL after 19 years of innovation [outsourced by David Cameron at Treasury] … 8 January 2015
Serco said goodbye to the National Physical Laboratory (NPL) at the end of December 2014 after 19 years of extraordinary innovation and science that has seen the establishment build a world-leading reputation and deliver billions of pounds of benefit for the UK economy. It has been estimated that work carried out by the Centre of Carbon Measurement at NPL will save eight million tonnes of carbon emissions reductions (2% of UK footprint) and over half a billion pounds in economic benefit [bullshit] over the next decade. .. · NPL's caesium fountain atomic clock is accurate to 1 second in 158 million years and NPL is playing a key role in introducing rigour to high frequency [death-pool] trading in the City through NPLTime."

Yours sincerely,
