Abel Danger (AD) asserts that Chelsea Clinton hedge-fund (hedgies) associates are steering Donald Trump through bankruptcy while he act as a decoy during an 2016 presidential election campaign designed by the U.K. Cabinet Office to put the Clinton Family's team of contract killers back in the White House.
2. AD asserts that the U.K. Cabinet Office outsourced the production of news injects and media plays for Resilience snuff films to Serco's online bookmakers (bookies) who operate death-pool suites in elite hotels for gambling guests of Donald Trump.
3. AD asserts that Serco's 8(a) protégé company Base One Technologies – operator of the Hillary Clinton server – set up a Trump/Resilience death pool in the Tibesti Hotel in Benghazi for the Serco digital fires attack of September 12, 2012 where Tibesti guests watched and bet on the time of death of the U.S. Ambassador to Libya, Christopher Stevens.

A group of bondholders
aligned with real-estate magnate Donald Trump won a victory over
financier Carl Icahn Monday in a bid to control three casinos in
Atlantic City that bear Mr. Trump's name.
The ruling, issued by
U.S. Bankruptcy Court Judge Judith Wizmur in New Jersey, puts
bondholders owed $1.2 billion in unsecured debt and led by Avenue Capital
Management, in charge of steering Trump Entertainment Resorts Inc. out of
bankruptcy protection. It also would ensure that the casinos will retain the
Trump brand that Mr. Trump first established in the seaside casino resort in
the 1980s."

"Did Hillary Clinton emails reveal location of ambassador killed in
Benghazi attack?
By Lauren
Carroll on Tuesday, August 11th, 2015 at 5:20 p.m.
Of course Hillary
Clinton’s emails contained classified information, says Fox News legal analyst
Andrew Napolitano.
That’s obvious, in his
view, from the sensitive content of the emails that have been released.
The FBI
is now investigating the security of the private email system Clinton
used while secretary of state, which was not designed to handle classified
information. Clinton has said she
never dealt with classified information on her private server, though
two government watchdog groups have said
she did.
Even the emails that
have now been made public contain sensitive information -— including
information about Benghazi, said Napolitano, a former judge, in an Aug.
5 conversation with Fox News host Sean Hannity.
"I saw emails
that have been revealed under the Freedom of Information Act," Napolitano
said. "And in them, she is discussing the location of French fighter jets
during the NATO bombardment of Libya, how big the no-fly zone is, where the
no-fly zones are, and are you ready for this? — the location of Ambassador
Stevens, who of course was murdered, in Libya. If that is not classified — if
she didn’t know that was classified, she has no business being in public
office."
Former U.S. Ambassador
to Libya Christopher Stevens was killed in the 2012 attack on a diplomatic
compound in Benghazi. Do emails contained on Clinton’s private server really
discuss information about his location in Libya?
As we'll see,
Clinton's emails discuss Stevens' location in general terms — similar
to information shared in the media at the time.
Key emails
We found six possibly
relevant emails in the cache
of Clinton emails that the State Department has released to the public
so far. These emails all take place in a one-month period in 2011 during the
Libyan Civil War, about a year and a half before the September 2012 Benghazi
attack. At the time, Stevens was not yet the ambassador — he was the
special envoy to the Transitional National Council (called the TNC), then the
de facto government of Libya — and he was embarking on his first trip to
Libya in this role. He became ambassador in May 2012, about four months before
his death.
We’ll lay out the key
points in each email that speak to Stevens’ whereabouts, and then get into the
analysis.
March 23, 2011: In
this email, which Napolitano pointed out to us, Clinton’s then-chief of staff
Jacob Sullivan wrote to Clinton about the NATO mission in Libya. Sullivan also
wrote that someone named Bill was "trying to make sure Chris Stevens gets
into E. Libya."
March 27, 2011: This
is an email between two State Department officials that was then forwarded to
Clinton. The subject line is: "Chris Stevens mission." Regarding his
location and travel plans, the email said, "The current game plan is for
Mr. Stevens to move no later than Wednesday from Malta to Benghazi. He will
stage off shore initially for a one day visit during which he will have
meetings with TNC interlocutors and get a sense of the situation on the ground.
The goal of this one day trip is for him to lay the groundwork for a stay of up
to 30 days."
April 8, 2011: An
email among State Department employees (marked "sensitive but
unclassified") that was later forwarded to Clinton said, "Security
situation in Benghazi remains quiet. Chris Stevens & team are in the hotel,
moving only for meetings as required."
April 10, 2011: Another
email among State Department employees later forwarded to Clinton marked
"sensitive but unclassified" said, "The situation in Ajdabiyah
has worsened to the point where Stevens is considering departure from Benghazi.
The envoy's delegation is currently doing a phased checkout (paying the hotel
bills, moving some comms to the boat, etc)."
April 22, 2011: Yet
another email among State Department employees, this one marked
"unclassified," that was later forwarded to Clinton, "I want to
let you know about a temporary rotation in Benghazi. TNC Envoy Chris Stevens
has been on the road since March 13, when he began his outreach mission, and
has been in Benghazi since April 5."
April 24, 2011: A
final email among State Department employees later forwarded to Clinton:
"Stevens will be meeting with MFA in one hour and will make a written
request for better security at the hotel and for better security-related
coordination. He still feels comfortable in the hotel. They are looking into
the idea of moving into a villa, but that is some way off."
After this email, few
of the emails released so far discuss Stevens in any capacity until after the
2012 attacks. Clinton only participated in the March 23 email conversation, and
she did not say anything about Stevens’ location; in the other emails, she only
received the messages. In any case, the information ended up on her private
email server.
What do the emails
tell us?
These emails do
discuss Stevens' location, though the terms are vague. We learn from the emails
that Stevens was in Malta then Benghazi, where he met with local leaders at
unspecified locations, and he stayed at an unnamed hotel. That’s about it.
Napolitano’s statement
suggests that if a bad guy had gotten his hands on these emails, Stevens could
have been in danger because the bad guys would know exactly where to find him.
In reality, these emails don’t reveal much more than what was publicly known at
the time.
On March 25, 2011,
Stevens’ predecessor, Ambassador Gene Cretz, said in a press conference that
Stevens would soon be traveling to Benghazi. We found at least four State Department daily press briefin gs between
March and April 2011, where a press secretary discussed Stevens’ Benghazi plans
with journalists. Quite a few newspaper and television reports at the time said
Stevens was in Benghazi meeting with local leaders, such as the New York
Times and Fox
News.
The media reports did
not mention that Stevens went into Libya by way of Malta, and that he had set
up shop at a hotel. There is, however, an April
11, 2011, Associated Press photo of Stevens meeting with local
journalists at the Tibesty hotel in Benghazi, where we now know (as
a result of State Department and congressional Benghazi investigations) Stevens
had lived and worked in 2011.
Now to address the
broader point of Napolitano’s statement: that Clinton sent and received
classified information. Three of the six emails detailed above were marked
"unclassified." Regarding the other three, Clinton received information
from other State Department employees, and — as we found in a
prior story — as head of the agency, she had the authority to say
whether information from her department was classified or not.
Of course, there’s
always the possibility of Clinton emails clearly containing classified or
sensitive information about Stevens that have yet to be or never will be
released.
But Napolitano
specified that he was talking about emails already available to the public.
Our ruling
Napolitano said emails
released to the public show Clinton discussed "the location of Ambassador
Stevens, who of course was murdered, in Libya."
To clarify, Stevens
was not the ambassador to Libya at the time, and the emails occurred about 18
months before the Benghazi attacks that killed him.
Clinton received at
least six emails that discussed Stevens’ location in Libya, though the terms
are vague -- for example, saying he was in Benghazi at an unidentified hotel.
The context of
Napolitano’s statement gives the impression that the emails contain information
that would have been damaging if released, but it was widely noted in the media
at the time that Stevens was in Benghazi, and on at least one occasion,
reporters encountered him at the hotel where he was living and working.
The statement is
partially accurate but leaves out important details and context, so we rate it
Half True."
"Donald Trump: Presidential Candidate Or Decoy?
What are the real
intentions behind Donald Trump's run for the White House?
Elizabeth Mae Lapp in Scene on Aug
16, 2015
Ever since Donald
Trump announced his presidential candidacy, his combination of radical ideas
and made-for-television antics has kept his campaign in the public eye. But
what is the real goal behind his run for office?
During the first
Republican presidential primary debate, Trump refused to rule out a third party
run for office were he unable to gain the Republican nomination. This comment
immediately cast doubt on the seriousness of his campaign, as a third party run
by Trump would practically hand the election to the Democratic candidate by
splitting the conservative vote. From Trump's past support of Democrats to his
lack of serious policies, there are a lot of different aspects of his campaign
that could make one question if he is a serious candidate or an elaborate
decoy.
Pulls Punches on Obama
Trump has made it
clear that he won't hold back in order to spare the feelings of someone else.
So why is it that he refused to call Obama incompetent during the debate
because, "That's not nice"? Last time I checked, Trump had no problem
calling Megyn Kelly a "bimbo" and questioning her intelligence in his
tweets following the debate. He has also made derogatory and degrading comments
towards women and his fellow candidates alike. During the debate, he was quick
to shoot down fellow candidates and panel members who challenged his answers.
So why the hesitancy to call President Obama names, especially since he has had
no problem criticizing his policies?
Sponsor of Democrats
Up until 2011, Trump's
political donations have heavily favored democrats. During the 2006 election
Trump donated $25,000 dollars to the Democratic Senatorial Campaign Committee
and the Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee. In comparison, that same
year he donated a total of $1,000 dollars to the Republican Senatorial
Committee.
In an interview with
Sean Hannity back in April, Trump indicated that because of the strong
Democratic nature of New York voting districts, it would be a waste of his
money to support Republican candidates. What that doesn't explain is why he
chose to give his money to Democratic campaign committees who used the money to
support the campaigns of Democrats on a national level, rather than giving it
directly to more moderate Democratic candidates in his home state of New York.
Past Supporter of Clinton
Of particular note in Trump's past donations is his generosity towards
Hillary Clinton. During the Republican Primary Debate, Trump tried to spin the
donations as a ploy to get Hillary to his wedding in 2005. However, that
explanation fails to address why he continued making donations toward her
campaigns up through 2007 and why he has so generously donated over $100,000
toward The Clinton Global Foundation.
Extreme Policy
Opinions
In addition to having
supported Democratic candidates in the past, Trump's party affiliations have
also changed numerous times, going from Republican to Independent, Democrat,
and back to Republican. However, his fluctuations between parties apparently
has had no effect on his policies, as he is arguably the most radical of the
conservative field in certain areas, particularly immigration.
His call to close the
border between Mexico and the United States was a welcome proposition by many,
but his actual proposal raises some red flags. Trump wants the Mexican
government to pay for the construction of the wall that would close off the
boarder. How exactly Trump plans to get the Mexican government to agree to such
a project is unknown, but the proposed policy has stirred a lot of anger in
Latino and minority communities.
Extreme policies like
these are causing more middle ground voters to shy away from the Republican
party as a whole. Trump personifies the Republican stereotype of a racist, old
white male perfectly, and he is not doing himself or the Republican party any
favors.
Lack of Substance
Trump has thrived thus
far in the campaign, as he has something many of the other candidates do not:
name recognition. As a result, Trump has remained ahead in the polls and
received substantially more media coverage than his opponents without ever
actually giving any specifics on the policies that he would try to implement as
president.
If you go on the
websites of most any other political candidate, there are entire sections
devoted to their views on different topics and the policies that they hope to
implement. However, Trump's website is lacking substantial information,
containing only his biographical background. Yet Trump boasts his success as a
business man, calling himself "the very definition of the American success
story."
Success versus
Attention
Repeatedly during the
course of his brief campaign, Trump has taken the fact that his comments
received a lot of attention as an indication that it is a popular opinion.
Following the debate, Trump blasted Fox News in a tweet saying, "I got you
the highest debate rating in history & you say nothing but bad."
Whether the attention from the debate was a result of his statements or merely
his ability to entertain is up for discussion.
According to his
campaign website, Trump also showed his support for military veterans by being
the Grand Marshall in a parade that drew 1.4 million people, as opposed to the
mere 100 people that showed up for the Veteran's Day Parade. Somehow, Trump's
ability to feed his ego also helps support veterans who have risked their lives
for our country.
You Decide
So what do you think?
Is Donald Trump a serious candidate seeking the White House? Is this just
another way for him to feed his ego? Or is he a decoy sent to undermine the
Republican party?
"Robert F. Dees (born 2 February 1950 in Amarillo,
Texas) is a retired major general in the United States Army. A specialist on national security issues he
is currently the chairman of the Ben Carson campaign for the Republican
presidential nomination in 2016… Dees has also written a trilogy of books on
resiliency. The books in the trilogy are Resilient Warriors, Resilient Leaders
and Resilient Nations.[5] Policies[edit] Dees in 2015 was the "main
national security adviser" to presidential candidate Ben Carson. Dees has argued a theme that has been adopted by Carson linking
national security to spiritual values. Dees argues in Resilient
Nations (2014) that the greatest threat to America is not terrorism or
China or Russia but rather the decline of its "spiritual infrastructure.”
Dees writes: At the height of Roman decadence, good became evil and evil became
good .... One can rightly argue that the United States is frightfully close to
a similar fate. Prayerfully, it is not too late.[6]"

Combined Resilience Exercising
Types of Exercise
Workshop Exercises These are structured discussion events where participants
can explore issues in a less pressurised environment. They are an ideal way of
developing solutions, procedures and plans rather than the focus being on
decision making. Table Top Exercises These
involve a realistic scenario and will follow a time line, either in real-time
or with time jumps to concentrate on the more important areas. The
participants would be expected to be familiar with the plans and procedures
that are being used although the exercise tempo and complexity can be adjusted
to suit the current state of training and readiness. Simulation and media play
can be used to support the exercise. Table-top exercises help develop teamwork
and allow participants to gain a better understanding of their roles and that
of other agencies and organisations. Command/Control Post Exercises These are
designed primarily to exercise the senior leadership and support staff in
collective planning and decision making within a strategic grouping. Ideally
such exercises would be run from the real command and control locations and
using their communications and information systems. This could include a mix of
locations and varying levels of technical simulation support. The Gold Standard
system is flexible to allow the tempo and intensity to be adjusted to ensure
maximum training benefit, or to fully test and evaluate the most important
aspects of a plan. Such exercises also test information flow, communications,
equipment, procedures, decision making and coordination.
Simulation and Media
Support The method of delivering an exercise is flexible and will be designed
with the client to meet their requirements with options ranging from simple
paper-based delivery through to full use of their real communications systems [Red
Switch Network and Hawkeye onion router surveillance aircraft] and advance
computer simulation [In Trump’s death pool and war room suites]. In addition, media
play can also be added in the form of news injects and the provision of
experienced journalists and television crews to help test procedures and also
assist in training key staff.
