This morning in my email, there was a copy of the United Nations Arms Trade Treaty that is due to go into effect December 24, 2014. I read it – and in order to add to your arsenal of arguments, I want to give you a little different take on it.
First, the United Nations as an organization is an unequivocal failure. The alleged mission of the association was world peace. Every thing it does is based supposedly on humanitarian grounds – human rights for peace and security and yet, there is more poverty, death and destruction now than there was before it was created.
What the United Nations has accomplished is control of commerce through international agreements written to appear to serve one purpose but in the implementation, serve an entirely different purpose. Using Agenda 21 as case in point, it was supposedly designed to protect the environment and conserve resources for future generations – but what it does actually is to restrict commercial activity – except to those who are connected. The implementation of Agenda 21 is really nothing more than a game plan for criminal syndicates to impose monopoly control over resources.
Despite the fact that UN documents recognize the right to self-government, agreement and acceptance of those agreements restrict the rights of the people to self-government because while the people can vote out the criminals who signed on to the agreements, the agreements themselves stay in place in perpetuity. Freedoms lost by proxy in a "color of law" context at the international level, are virtually impossible to restore.
Atlantic Charter
In 1941, Franklin Delano Roosevelt signed an agreement with Winston Churchill known as the Atlantic Charter. The Charter is considered by historians to be the first step towards the formation of the United Nations Organization (Association). The following is a copy of the Atlantic Charter obtained from the Yale Law School – Avalon Project. The highlights have been added:

The President of the United States of America and the Prime Minister, Mr. Churchill, representing His Majesty's Government in the United Kingdom, being met together, deem it right to make known certain common principles in the national policies of their respective countries on which they base their hopes for a better future for the world.
First, their countries seek no aggrandizement, territorial or other;
Second, they desire to see no territorial changes that do not accord with the freely expressed wishes of the peoples concerned;
Third, they respect the right of all peoples to choose the form of government under which they will live; and they wish to see sovereign rights and self government restored to those who have been forcibly deprived of them;
Fourth, they will endeavor, with due respect for their existing obligations, to further the enjoyment by all States, great or small, victor or vanquished, of access, on equal terms, to the trade and to the raw materials of the world which are needed for their economic prosperity;
Fifth, they desire to bring about the fullest collaboration between all nations in the economic field with the object of securing, for all, improved labor standards, economic advancement and social security;
Sixth, after the final destruction of the Nazi tyranny, they hope to see established a peace which will afford to all nations the means of dwelling in safety within their own boundaries, and which will afford assurance that all the men in all lands may live out their lives in freedom from fear and want;
Seventh, such a peace should enable all men to traverse the high seas and oceans without hindrance;
Eighth, they believe that all of the nations of the world, for realistic as well as spiritual reasons must come to the abandonment of the use of force. Since no future peace can be maintained if land, sea or air armaments continue to be employed by nations which threaten, or may threaten, aggression outside of their frontiers, they believe, pending the establishment of a wider and permanent system of general security, that the disarmament of such nations is essential. They will likewise aid and encourage all other practicable measure which will lighten for peace-loving peoples the crushing burden of armaments.

Look at items number four and five – they pertain to trade and commerce and the internal regulation of same. The effect... to make it safe for trading companies to extract raw material wealth without the cost of military intervention to take the raw materials. There is no such thing as equal footing between countries whether they be large or small - and large, wealthy corporations.
In thinking about this, we must remember that our form of government is different than the United Kingdom. Recall that the City of London is a commercial syndicate with each member (livery company) of the syndicate holding a patent issued by royal decree on a particular line of business and operating as a "charity" for their respective lines of business.

The Atlantic Charter was a commercial agreement for the livery company lines of business and it seems to this writer, that the United Nations Association was the international extension of the tentacles of the London Livery Companies – extending their commercial patent rights to the entire world behind the facade of an organization for world peace and humanitarianism. It’s a fraud of galactic proportions.
It should be noted that "self-government" in the United Kingdom refers to the “self-governing” patent rights of the livery companies. FDR tried to implement this system of commercial self-government in the U.S. with his National Industrial Recovery Act. That part of it was found to be unconstitutional in Schecter Poultry Corporation v. United States.

What FDR couldn't do at the national level to centralize control for business, he, Churchill and Stalin did at the international level through the creation of the United Nations syndicate.
The following are excerpts from the UN Arms Trade Treaty that serve to make the point:
Article 1 - Objective
"Establish the highest possible common international standards for regulating or improving the regulation of the international trade in conventional arms;"
Article 2 - Scope
This Treaty shall not apply to the international movement of conventional arms by, or on behalf of a State Party for its use provided that the conventional arms remain under that State Party's ownership. [Note: they will lease the equipment and guns.... making more money than if they actually sold the devices. Leasing is the way they intend to control commerce and it will include everything we buy as well - leasing a washing machine, leasing a dryer, leasing a car, etc. That way you can't own anything - and they own everything you spend your money on]
Article 3 - Ammunitions/Munitions
"Each State Party shall establish and maintain a national control system to regulate the export of ammunition/munitions fired, launched or delivered by the conventional arms covered under article 2"
Article 4 - Parts and Components
"Each State Party shall establish and maintain a national control system...
Article 5 - General Implementation
"Each State Party shall establish and maintain a national control system...including a national control list "Each State Party, pursuant to its national laws, shall provide its national control list to the Secretariat
"Each State Party... shall designate competent national authorities in order to have an effective and transparent national control system regulating the transfer of conventional arms covered under Article 2 (1) and of items covered under Article 3 and Article 4.
"Each State Party shall designate one or more national points of contact to exchange information on matters related to the implementation"
What I see is centralization and monopoly control of the arms business – that will be imposed on domestic users of arms regardless of the purpose for which the arms will be used based on the presumption that arms are only used for cross-border hostility.
What we need to do in the State of Idaho is to declare the right of self-government of, by and for the people of the State of Idaho. We need to declare that the United Nations is an illegal and fraudulent organization and repudiate any and all agreements signed in support of the United Nations including the United Nations Participation Act signed on December 20, 1945.
Let’s find out if there is enough testicular fortitude in the Idaho legislature to steer the ship into the storm rather than turning tail and running because this time, it's all in - do or die time.
