#2175: Marine Links Obama's Kaya Teachers Racket to ISIS Snuff, Serco Tags, Freescale Chips

Plum City - (AbelDanger.net): United States Marine Field McConnell has linked Obama's development of a Kaya Identity protection racket for the Teachers' pension fund (TIAA-CREF) to ISIS snuff-film productions at crime scenes, allegedly managed by the Serco-sponsored Offender's Tag Association and monitored for CO2 concentrations by Freescale Semiconductor chips, so that a global faculty of useful idiots could persuade itself and government leaders that people stop producing catastrophic anthropogenic CO2 after they have been decapitated.

McConnell claims that his sister Kristine 'Con Air' Marcy built Kaya Identities for Obama's useful idiots in the Teachers' (TIAA-CREF) computer database and allowed them to conceal their roles in the development of al-Qaeda and ISIS protection rackets and the events of 9/11 described by Dr. Thomas Barnett as "the first live broadcast mass snuff films in human history".

McConnell claims that the Teachers, a major investor in Serco with its hot air banker HSBC, and co-investors in the $92 trillion Carbon Disclosure Project (CDP), helped finance Michelle Obama's 2008 election campaign for her husband in support of the carbon savings associated with partial-birth abortion and infanticides as filmed in the University of Chicago Hospitals.

McConnell claims that the Teachers and HSBC paid Barack Obama and David Archer at the University of Chicago to develop a Kaya Identity CO2 on-line calculator chip with Freescale so that Serco's tagged offenders could backhaul snuff-film images to HSBC archives in London.

McConnell alleges that HSBC funded Bob Coulling – Serco's  PFI sponsor – to set up the Airbus telemetry and command station at Oakhanger in the United Kingdom so that Freescale's Chinese employees on MH Flight 370 could be tracked to a Diego Garcia crime scene and killed in snuff film production designed to extort concessions (silence?) from China's government leaders.

McConnell alleges that in her March visit to Beijing, Michelle Obama extorted President Xi Jinping into an agreement to cut China's carbon emissions after showing him snuff films of the murders of the Freescale employees who designed Kaya chips for planes tracked through the Airbus Telemetry and Command Station at Oakhanger managed by Serco's Gary Butcher.

McConnell attributes the collapsing Serco share price and the resignation announcement of chairman Alastair Lyons to Abel Danger's research into the Kaya Teachers racket, Serco snuff film tags and the Freescale death chip, all of which were integral elements of Civil Case 1:08-1600 (RMC) – a lawsuit capable of exposing how 9/11 was accomplished and by whom.

McConnell invites uncompromised individuals in the entities below to investigate Serco's Airbus Telemetry and Command Station Manager at Oakhanger, Gary Butcher, and the 32-year veteran PFI manager Bob Coulling for the tradecraft needed to conceal a Kaya Teachers Racket and backhaul ISIS snuff-film images, especially in electronic warfare, tagging, asset recovery and paedophile image analysis for MOD, GCHQ, CESG, Police, Home Office, Serious Organised Crime Agency, Ministry of Justice and Customs and Revenue and Immigration Service.

Obama Stakes Final 2 Years on Climate Change

Serco... Would you like to know more?

AUG 25 2014 @ 2:35PM by Jonah Shepp

The UK intelligence agencies claim to have identified the ISIS militant who murdered American journalist James Foley in a video released last week:

According to The Times of London and other sources, "John" is believed to be Abdel-Majed Abdel Bary, a 23-year-old man from London, who went to Syria to join Islamist forces last year. His father, Adel Abdel Bary, is an Egyptian-born man who is accused of taking part in the 1998 U.S. embassy bombings in Tanzania and Kenya. He was extradited from the U.K. to the U.S. in 2012 and is currently awaiting trial. Bary was an aspiring hip-hop artist who performed under the name L Jinny when he still lived in London. His music has even been played on BBC Radio and there are several YouTube videos of his performances online. It's believed those videos could have been used to match Bary's voice to the voice of the man in the video of Foley's beheading.

As Gary Sick put it in an interview the Dish referred to on Friday, "eventually ... justice does catch up with these guys". If Abdel Bary is indeed the man behind the mask, we hope this is the first step toward bringing him to justice.

Now seems like a good time for this small programming note: The Dish has tried to avoid referring to Foley's murder as an "execution" or to his killer as an "executioner", because these terms confer some degree of legitimacy on the act. An execution, properly understood, means the killing of an individual by a state within the confines of its laws. This killing clearly violated Iraqi, American, Islamic, and international law, to say nothing of human decency, and construing it as an execution gives the thugs who carried it out too much credit. As for its perpetrator, he is no dispenser of justice, but rather a depraved criminal who killed a man and made a snuff film [with images allegedly backhauled by Serco's tagged offenders to the Airbus Telemetry and Command Station at Oakhanger UK for archiving at Canada Square, London].

Let's never lose sight of the fact that these scumbags are criminals, not warriors. And justice can't catch up with them soon enough."

"A CRIMINAL SLIPS THROUGH
BY NEWSWEEK STAFF 4/24/05 AT 8:00 PM

Chris O'Keefe, a tech manager at TIAA-CREF, the massive pension fund for teachers and professors, figured it was a no-brainer to hire Sonia Radencovich. Her resume listed the right experience for testing TIAA-CREF's computer databases that held client data like Social Security numbers. And she was a contractor from Tek Systems, a "preferred vendor" to TIAA-CREF. O'Keefe assumed Tek had checked her background. "She seemed like the type of person you could trust," he says.

Radencovich, however, left some key facts off her resume, NEWSWEEK has learned. Just days before she began work at TIAA-CREF last Sept. 27, she was sentenced to four years in prison for her role in a huge financial scam. Under what appears to be her real name--Sonia Howe--she was convicted of helping her friend and lover Martin Frankel bilk more than $200 million from insurance firms. She was to begin her sentence on Jan. 4, a few months after she started at TIAA-CREF, at the same prison that housed Martha Stewart for five months.

But her criminal background went undetected for nearly two months, during which she had access to customer data from a number of colleges, including Harvard, the University of Michigan and Purdue. A co-worker knew about her from the Frankel scam (he's serving 16 years) and notified management. Fund execs say they then discovered she had brought her laptop computer to the office--a violation of policy--and downloaded some data. She was fired in November and is now in prison on charges of racketeering and money laundering.

A TIAA-CREF spokeswoman says that an ongoing "forensic investigation" of Howe's activities shows she had access to data from fewer than 100 people, though Howe "potentially had access" to many more. She says there's no evidence that Howe misused the information. Howe's attorney, Stephen Manning, says she "did not make any unauthorized use of data."

But the security breach marks a new twist in the fast-growing problem of identity theft. Recent cases involved hackers who bypassed security controls or posed as legitimate customers to gain access to data. The lapse at TIAA-CREF, however, shows that even criminals can get easy access.

NEWSWEEK has learned that Tek Systems used a unit of Kroll Inc., a well-known consulting firm, to conduct its background checks. A copy of its report on Howe--obtained by NEWSWEEK--shows that she had used many different names over the years, including her real name. A spokeswoman for Kroll said Tek ordered only a "standard criminal background procedure" to search records over seven years just in the counties where she lived. It didn't include Connecticut, where she was convicted in federal court (a Google search of "Sonia Howe" turns up many hits that include government filings citing her sentencing and her ties to Frankel). An attorney for Tek Systems said the firm will expand background checks for clients, like TIAA-CREF, "if they ask."

TIAA-CREF, which says it's beefed up its internal controls, also fired O'Keefe for failing to supervise his staff, giving Howe access to client data and not stopping her from using her laptop at the office. He has now filed a "whistle-blower complaint" with the Labor Department and is considering suing his former employer. "Why is this my fault?" O'Keefe says in an interview. "I wasn't supposed to do a background check." Clearly, somebody should have--or at least done a Google search."

"The Stockholm Environment Institute defines a carbon offset as "a credit for negating or diminishing the impact of emitting a ton of carbon dioxide by paying someone else to absorb or avoid the release of a ton of CO2elsewhere".[16]

The University of Oxford Environmental Change Institute defines a carbon offset as "mechanism whereby individuals and corporations pay for reductions elsewhere in order to offset their own emissions".[4]

The Encyclopædia Britannica defines a carbon offset as "any activity that compensates for the emission of carbon dioxide (CO2) or other greenhouse gases (measured in carbon dioxide equivalents [CO2e]) by providing for an emission reduction elsewhere."[17]"

 "The "Kaya Identity"

We can actually play around with greenhouse gas emissions scenarios ourselves. To do so, we will take advantage of something known as the Kaya Identify. Technically, the identity is just a definition, relating the quantity of annual carbon emissions to a factor of terms that reflect (1)population growth, (2) relative (i.e., per capita) economic expansion, measured by annual GDP in dollars/person, (3) energy intensity, measured in terawatts of energy consumed per dollar added to GDP, and (4) carbon efficiency, measured in gigatons of carbon emitted per terawatt of energy used. Multiply these out, and you get gigatons of carbon emitted. If the other quantities are expressed as a percentage change per year, then the carbon emissions, too, are expressed as a percentage change per year, which, in turn, defines a future trajectory of carbon emissions and CO2concentrations.

Mathematically, the Kaya identity is expressed in the form:
F = P * (G / P) * (E / G) * (F / E),
where
F is global CO2 emissions from human sources
P is global population growth
G is world GDP
E is global energy consumption

By projecting the future changes in population growth (P), economic expansion (G/P), energy intensity (E/G), and carbon efficiency (F/E), it is possible to make an informed projection of future carbon emissions (F). Obviously, population is important as, in the absence of anything else, more people means more energy use.  Moreover, economic expansion measured by GDP per capita plays an important role, as a bigger economy means greater use of energy.

The energy intensity term is where technology comes in. As we develop new energy technologies or improve the efficiency of existing energy technology, we expect that it will take less energy to increase our GDP by and additional dollar, i.e., we should see a decline in energy intensity.

Last, but certainly not least, is the carbon efficiency. As we develop and increasingly switch over to renewable energy sources and non-fossil fuel based energy alternatives and improve the carbon efficiency of existing fossil fuel sources (e.g., by finding a way to extract and sequester CO2), we can expect a decline in this quantity as well, i.e., less carbon emitted per unit of energy production.

Fortunately, we do not have to start from scratch.  There is a convenient on-line calculator here, provided courtesy of David Archer of the University of Chicago (and a RealClimate blogger ). Below a brief demonstration of how the tool can be used. After you watch the demonstration, use the link provided above to play around with the calculator yourself."

"Congress
Published March 25, 2009 FoxNews.com

In 2000 and 2001, while Barack Obama served as a board member for a Chicago-based charitable foundation, he helped to fund a pioneering carbon trading exchange that is likely to fill a critical role in the controversial cap-and-trade carbon reduction scheme that President Obama is now trying to push rapidly through Congress.

During those two years, the Joyce Foundation gave nearly $1.1 million in two separate grants that were instrumental in developing and launching the privately-owned Chicago Climate Exchange, which now calls itself "North America's only cap and trade system for all six greenhouse gases, with global affiliates and projects worldwide."

One of those gases is carbon dioxide, the most ubiquitous greenhouse gas and the focus of the most far-reaching -- and contentious -- efforts to combat "climate change." On Monday, Obama's Environmental Protection Agency declared carbon dioxide a public health threat."

"Climate change, water scarcity, flooding, pollution and deforestation present material risks and opportunities to investors.

In order to protect their long term investments, institutional investors must act to reduce the long-term risks arising from environmental externalities.

CDP investor initiatives – backed in 2014 by more than 767 institutional investors representing an excess of US$92 trillion in assets – give investors access to a global source of year-on-year information [hot-air telemetry tracking] that supports long-term objective analysis. This includes evidence and insight into companies' greenhouse gas emissions, water usage and strategies for managing climate change, water and deforestation risks."

"Have You Seen the 2004 Michelle Obama Letter Endorsing Partial-Birth Abortion?
Oct. 23, 2012 5:50pm Erica Ritz

President Obama's position as a senator on issues like partial-birth abortion– where a live baby is pulled partially out of the birthing canal, only to have its skull punctured with a sharp object– is known to many voters.  Though he voted "present" a remarkable number of times, he voted three times against the Born Alive Act in Illinois, which says that babies who survive late-term abortions are entitled to all the rights and protections any other infant would receive.

Now, LifeNews has uncovered a fundraising letter signed by Michelle Obama in 2004– just one year after President Bush signed a bill banning partial-birth abortion– calling partial-birth abortion a "legitimate medical procedure."

The letter begins:

We have all been concerned lately with the rise of conservatism in this country, especially as it relates to women. You've read the alarming news about the Justice Department's request for hospitals to turn over the private medical records of dozens of patients. This cynical ploy is designed to intimidate a group of physicians and force them to drop their lawsuit seeking to have the so-called partial birth abortion ban ruled unconstitutional.

The fact remains, with no provision to protect the health of the mother, this ban on a legitimate medical procedure is clearly unconstitutional and must be overturned. [Emphasis added]

Here is a screen shot of the beginning of the letter:
(Photo via LifeNews)

Michelle Obama has come under fire for the letter before– particularly when her husband was running for president in 2008– but the letter was primarily spoken of, not circulated in its entirety.

"I'd like to ask Michelle how in the world she could in good conscience raise money from fear-mongering about this barbaric abortion procedure," pro-life advocate Jill Stanek said at the time.

When then-candidate Obama issued a warning to keep family out of the public eye, Stanek added: "So it's fine to kill late-term babies, but we can't risk hurting Michelle's feelings about it..."

Since arriving in the White House, the Obamas have remained strong pro-choice advocates, but are far less vocal about late-term abortions.  When asked about their previous stance, Obama representatives have said the legislation interfered with the mother's original right to choose.

If anything, the Obama campaign has turned such issues on their heels.  Their longstanding support for abortion makes them protectors of "women's rights," and those who disagree, or ask women to pay for their own birth control, are accused of waging a "war on women."

We can't let Sarahcuda do all the heavy lifting exposing Ayers and Dohrn. Here's a little background on Ayers/Dohrn from an article out of George Mason University's History News Network.

Ayers and Dohrn were there at the founding of the Weather Underground. At a 1969 "War Council" that helped launch the organization, Dohrn raised three fingers in a "fork salute" to Charles Manson, whom she proposed as a revolutionary inspiration. She went on to joke about Manson's victims and dubbed them the "Tate Eight" after Sharon Tate, the pregnant actress whom members of the Manson tribe stabbed in the womb with a fork. "Dig it," said Dohrn at the time. "First they killed those pigs, then they ate dinner in the same room with them, they even shoved a fork into a victim's stomach! Wild!"

Later that same year, Ayers attempted to extort money from the Vietnam Moratorium Committee — demanding $20,000 to abstain from violence during a planned peace protest. After rejecting this demand, a member of the Moratorium group asked Ayers what he really wanted. "To kill all rich people," Ayers responded. When another peace activist pointed out that Ayers himself came from wealth, the radical answered with an angry slogan: "Bring the war home. Kill your parents." (Note: Neither of these stories made it into Ayers's highly selective memoir.)

In the following months and years, Ayers, Dohrn and friends wreaked a lot of havoc. Bombings linked to the Weathermen took place in cities from San Francisco to New York, culminating with the March 1, 1971 bombing of the US Capitol and the May 19, 1972 bombing of a bathroom in the Pentagon. Then there was Boudin's and Gilbert's 1981 stunt with the Brinks holdup: the Weather Underground's sad, last, stupid gasp in collaboration with the Black Liberation Army."
