Crusade of the Administrators

Mountain States Group is the Contractor for the privatized Health & Welfare District offices in Idaho. Imagine my surprise when I discovered that one of their program offices, The Agency for New Americans (ANA), a 501-C3 is affiliated with the Episcopal Migration Ministeries. The function that they perform is "provide support for interim financial assistance, English language training, employment services, case management and social adjustment services." 556 so-called refugees from 16 countries were resettled in Idaho in 2011 (source Form 990). The countries these people are coming from include Bhutan, Burma, Iraq, the Congo, Afghanistan, Eritrea and Somalia. Their FAQ sheet also lists Columbia but that country is not listed on the 990 form.

When I spoke with a man at the state Health & Welfare office (can't remember his name), he told me that the district Health & Welfare offices are run by the Idaho Association of Counties (IAC) commonly called I-acky. I'll get back to them in a minute – but for now, I want to follow the thread of the Episcopal Migration Ministries.

Who are the Episcopal Migration Ministries?

They are a program of the Anglican Communion which is a gathering of Anglican and Episcopal churches from around the world. “At the head of the Anglican Communion is the Archbishop of Canterbury.

The Anglican Church is the Church of England. After the revolutionary war, colonists refused to swear allegiance to the British monarch as required by the Church of England. The Episcopal Church was formed as a result – same church – different name.

The British Monarch holds the title Defender of the Faith and Supreme Governor of the Church of England.

On the Episcopal Church website, it says the following:

The Church, especially the Episcopal Church is a missionary society for the welfare of the world. That is true for Episcopalians corporately (our official corporate name is the Domestic and Foreign Missionary Society), but more importantly it is true spiritually.

My analysis is that the Church of England is a livery company that uses the psychology of spiritual belief to further their commercial interests for the priviledged class surrounding the monarchy. The priviledged class is of course, the livery companies. It serves to remember that it was King James who authorized the writing of the bible which forms the basis for Christian religious belief. Collectively, the livery companies are a military-and commercial complex that is parasitic and relies on colonial wealth extraction to support them and in a most luxiourous fashion I might add.

The Anglican Communion is a United Nations NGO and their office is located in the Tavistock Crescent.

The Anglican Communion Office, based in London, England, at St Andrew's House, is the permanent secretariat for the Instruments of Communion. It serves Anglican Consultative Council, the Primates' Meetings and the Lambeth Conference, as well commissions, committees and groups that emerge from time to time, as the need arises. The Revd Canon Kenneth Kearon serves as Secretary General of the Anglican Communion. The office maintains the Anglican Communion database and has an archive of Anglican meetings dated back to the formation of the ACC.

The St Andrew's chapel has been designated a "Cross of Nails" Centre for peace and reconciliation, affiliated with the Community established through Coventry Cathedral, England.

I wondered if the Tavistock Crescent was where the Tavistock Institute was located. I don't think it is but I found this very interesting webpage written apparently by someone who was a young communist and was there in the 1960s. Still, just mention of Tavistock in connection with anything is an important link to follow:

The Institute was founded in 1946 by a group of key figures at the Tavistock Clinic including Elliott Jaques, Henry Dicks, Leonard Browne, Ronald Hargreaves, John Rawlings Rees, Mary Luff and Wilfred Bion, with Tommy Wilson as chairman, funded by a grant from the Rockefeller Foundation. Other well-known names that joined the group later were John D. Sutherland, John Bowlby, Eric Trist, and Fred Emery. Kurt Lewin, a member of the Frankfurt school in America, was an important influence on the work of the Tavistock, according to Eric Trist, who expresses his admiration for Lewin in his autobiography.

Perhaps the most influential figure to emerge from the Institute was the psychoanalyst Isabel Menzies Lyth. Her seminal (1959) paper 'A case study in the functioning of social systems as a defence against anxiety' inspired a whole of organisational theory focused on unconscious forces that shape organisational life.

Many of these founding members of the Tavistock Institute went on to play major roles in psychology. John Rawlings Rees became first president of the World Federation for Mental Health.[1]

Jock Sutherland became director of the new post-war Tavistock Clinic, when it was incorporated into the newly established British National Health Service in 1946. Ronald Hargreaves became deputy director of the World Health Organization. Tommy Wilson became chairman of the Tavistock Institute.[1][2]

Rockefeller along with the Carnegie Institution and the Harriman's provided funding for Cold Springs Harbor. It's so comforting to find out that the World Health Organization is connected to Tavistock, Rockefeller money and the Frankfurt school.

Anyway...back to the Commies...

The United Nations Anglican Communion Office has offices in New York and Geneva.

In 2006, The Episcopal Church's General Convention declared the Millennium Development Goals (MDGs) to be the top mission priority of The Episcopal Church. The ONE Episcopalian Campaign represents a partnership between The Episcopal Church and the ONE Campaign, striving together to end extreme global poverty and achieve the eight MDGs set by the United Nations and affirmed by every nation in the world.

The Fact Sheet for the ACO office includes this:

The 75th General Convention in 2006, through resolution D022, adopted the MDGs as a mission priority for the Episcopal Church over the next three years, and officially endorsed the ONE Episcopalian campaign. This builds on the action of the 2003 Convention in endorsing the Goals and calling upon dioceses and parishes to designate at least 0.7% of their annual budgets to international development. The Anglican Communion also has endorsed the MDGs in a variety of settings, including resolutions of the Anglican Consultative Council and communiqués of the Primates' Meeting.

What is the One Campaign? One planet... One people.... One world governance system administered through the United Nations and by whom? Church of England and their proxies plus the Commonwealth of Nations? [The Queen is also head of the Commonwealth – 53 nations, 53 votes in the UN]. Bill Clinton signed the Millennium Declaration for global governance on September 8, 2000. )

Of COURSE... they support Agenda 21. The Anglican Communion is a UN NGO.

New World Order

When we talk about World Order, we are talking about organization. When George H.W. Bush talked about a New World Order, he was talking about a new organization for the world. When a world leader like Bush talks about something of the magnitude of a New World Order, those weren't just throw away lines in a speech. There was substance behind those words. That means there was a plan, planners and implementers of the plan for a new organization.

Speaking from the point of view of the average history-crippled American, the Old World Order was that of nation-states with defined geographical boundaries, internal legal systems, culture, customs and traditions – separate sovereign countries so the New World Order had to be something different than that.

Thus the problem was defined. Since the American people are kept as mushrooms by our rigged political system supported by mainstream media propagandists all made possible by our system of social training with a minimal amount of education thrown in for show, the objective of this analyst/writer has been to discern the organizational design of the New World Order from all sources of information but in particular, documents pertaining to redesign of our government in a world context along with the cultural transformations occurring in our country and other countries as well when connective fibers were detected.

A search on my website for the terms global systems and global governance will bring up enough reading for six months so it is not my intent to repeat anything previously documented. Rather, it is to place another piece in the big puzzle of the New World Order in its proper position.

All Roads Lead to London

Before we can understand the New World Order, we have to understand the organization of the City of London. It's not just a city. It's an organization of companies. You could call it a company of companies. It is separate territory from the rest of the United Kingdom – like a country within a country.

The city exists as a "free zone" for the craft and trade guilds of the UK.

These guilds are granted a patent on their profession by the reigning monarch. Most of the guild names are prefaced with "the Worshipful Company of...". That's a very important point to remember. Collectively, the guilds are known as the Livery Companies. The Livery Companies perfected the art of the skim. They perform oversight of the trade by setting standards, requiring the use of those standards and then charging a fee for their use. Their purpose (from the history posted on their website) – emphasis added:

"The  early  companies  protected  customers,  employers  and  employees  alike  by  checking  standards  of  work,  quality  of  goods,  weights  and  measures,  and  imposed  severe  penalties  on  those  who  broke  the  rules.  They  controlled  imports  and  immigrant  labour,  set  wages  and  working  conditions.  They  trained  the  young  and  looked  after  members  in  sickness  and  old  age.  At  a  burial  of  a  member  (attended  by  every  member  of  the  company)  the  coffin  would  be  covered  with  the  company’s  own  coffin  cloth;  vigils  were  kept  and  prayers  offered  for  the  soul  of  the  deceased.

... As the companies grew and prospered in the 14th, 15th and 16th centuries, so they acquired halls as permanent meeting places. These halls were the places to settle trade disputes, bind apprentices, elect masters and wardens, discuss business and to socialise. The few mediaeval halls that survived the Great Fire of London in 1666 eventually succumbed to Victoria re-building or the bombs of World War II, although of the 38 halls in existence today, several were rebuilt on original mediaeval sites. In mediaeval times religion played a very important part in guild life and each company had its own patron saint and adherence to a particular church. The original titles of some of the older livery companies are a reminder of this, for example, the Society of St Simon and St Jude (Shipwrights); the Fraternity of Corpus Christi (Salters); the Brotherhood of St Clement (Founders).

Each guild is associated with a division of the military and the Queen is the head of the military. The management structure of the guild is that of a court. For most guilds, the structure is comprised of the Master (as in ship’s captain), the Wardens, Court Assistants, a Clerk and a Beadle to keep order.

The guilds operate as charities – or in our language, 501-C3s. The guilds establish funds to assist their own members and families but eventually branched out to give the appearance of being benevolent all the while collecting tributes from businesses and Freemen. The Guilds also pay tributes and provide resources to the reigning monarch creating a very cozy, exclusive club system.  

The 12 oldest guilds are collectively called the "Great Twelve."

The Mercers' Livery Company is the oldest livery company with history dating back to the 12th century. The trade of mercery comes from "the Latin term "merx" which means merchandise”. Christian Soldiers.

"The Company is also patron of a number of benefices in the Church of England (i.e. it has the right to appoint the vicar or rector of a parish) and maintains close links with its affiliated units in the United Kingdom’s Armed Services.

"The Company and its associated charitable trusts, makes substantial grants to support education, general welfare, church and faith and arts and heritage. A network of alms houses and other homes for the elderly are also managed by the charitable trusts associated with the Company. The Company is closely involved with the running of 17 schools across the country and supports them primarily through the appointment of governors.

Every place you read about the British Monarchy, it says that the system is a historical relic – just tradition – nothing to see here, just move along. Don't believe it.

"With the original functions and influence removed, interest in the Livery dwindled throughout the remainder of the 19th century but the 20th century revival brought new companies representing the modern professions. In 1992 the Company of Information Technologists was granted its charter and letters patent and became the 100th City of London livery company."

Putting all of this together with the Mountain States Group and the Idaho Association of Counties I-acky (ack!)

The New World Order is an administrative system in which policy will be made at the global level through the United Nations. Through the Commonwealth of Nations, the City of London and the Monarch has 53 votes. The United States has 1 vote.

The administrative units of the global system are modeled after the City of London – "free zones". They are called global hub cities in most literature.

The subversion of our country, our government and our way of life has been operating at the county level. Privatization of government functions to private sector contractors has facilitated the Crusade of Christian Administrators thru the network of the Angelican Communion – Church of England.

County officials have been seduced into cooperation in establishing the "free zones" which go by the name Intermodal Commerce Zones (PDF file) that become inland ports when connected to an international port of entry – an airport in Idaho for the most part. As international ports, these zones come under Admiralty Law – the Queen's law. The international ports are what I called the Trojan Triangles.

No doubt county officials – and the top leadership of the largest businesses were promised that they would become the Masters and their wives the Mistresses or Consorts for the reverse situation in the replicated British system of wealth and privilege

They think they will be come members of the privileged class under the British monarch.

Time for a closer look at the Mercers – the "oldest livery company."
