"To this day, people in Chicago are still scared about being murdered for talking about Barack Obama being gay or about what goes on at Trinity United with the still-active "Down Low Club". Young, gay, black men are mentored into the club and are eventually paired up with often unattractive and difficult to deal with straight black women who never have boyfriends (since guys don't want to have anything to do with them). A friend of mine in the "Think Squad" of prominent black professionals I talk to regularly calls these women "heifers" and says it’s very common for "cake boys" to be paired up with "heifers" so that "dummies are fooled" into thinking they are straight."

McConnell claims that Serco's National Security Adviser Maureen Baginski and Serco's Private Finance Initiative (PFI*) manager Bob Coulling, forced Obama to outsource his Red Switch privileges to Airbus/Serco at RAF Oakhanger sometime between the dates of photographs above.
PFI* = Private Finance Initiative program launched by David Cameron at Treasury in 1992
McConnell alleges that by outsourcing Red Switch privileges to Serco, the U.S. National Command Authority has allowed Serco's PFI partners – allegedly Airbus and ISIS – to mount man-in-the-middle attacks on the "Five Eyes" countries where Obama reads scripts to define what he is going to do to degrade ISIS while his Down Low friends in Chicago backhaul Serco’s Red Switch snuff-film images as black propaganda to intimidate the so-called "sheeple".
McConnell notes that Obama outsourced Air Navigation Services at Baghdad International Airport to Serco in 2011 after allowing Red Switch privileges to be transferred from the National Command Authority to Airbus for man-in-the-middle attacks on the residents of the battlespace around the city allegedly coordinated by Serco-ISIS operatives in the Baghdad control tower.
McConnell suggest that "Five Eyes" crime-scene investigators take a look at the tradecraft of the 32-year veteran Serco PFI project manager Bob Coulling who appears to have the skills needed to pull off such crimes in the areas of electronic warfare, tagging, asset recovery (extortion) and Childbase paedophile image analysis services for the MOD, GCHQ, CESG, Police, Home Office, Serious Organised Crime Agency, Ministry of Justice and Customs and Revenue and Immigration Service.

ISIS Treatment of Men, Women, and Children –
Leading The Way Iraq Field Report ISIS Treatment
of Men, Women, and Children – Leading The Way
Iraq Field Report
"Iraqi Troops Abandon Military Base To ISIS Raising Concerns Over Military Strategy In Iraq And Baghdad's Safety
The Iraqi military's
abandonment of a military base near the town of Hit, near the capital of Anbar
province, calls into question the strategy of coalition airstrikes
supported by local army units
as sufficient to stop the Islamic State advance on Baghdad. The base
abandonment left Hit under full jihadist
control.
"There's no question
that there are problems with the current military strategy, but it's doubtful
that ISIS could actually take Baghdad," said Benjamin Friedman, research fellow
in defense and homeland security at the Cato Institute, a Washington think
tank. “The Iraqi military should function better defending Baghdad than it does
in Anbar, but even if they took control they are gonna have a hard time
governing it without suffering the same sort of violent insurgency the United
States did."
The fall of the town
comes at a time when Kurdish fighters are trying to maintain control of the Syrian border town of Kobani, which has become a symbolic
battleground in the broader war against ISIS.
British Foreign
Secretary Philip Hammond, on a visit to Iraq, also said airstrikes will not be
sufficient to beat ISIS, and
the Iraqi military would have to do "the heavy work on the ground."
This statement follows
arguments from U.S. military leaders who said the only way to sufficiently deal with ISIS would be to put
U.S. boots on the ground, an idea
President Barack Obama has been against since airstrikes began.
However, it has become
clear the Iraqi military has been overwhelmed by the attacks from ISIS that
have endured throughout the summer, and the abandonment of the military base in
Hit may go some way to examining if Iraqi forces are able
to deal with the extremist
group.
"Our military leaders
argued that instead of leaving those forces exposed to attacks by ISIS, they
would be best used to shore up the defense of Asad air base," a senior police
official in Ramadi, the capital of Anbar province, told AFP.
While Hit is still 150
miles from Baghdad, ISIS has been probing some of the Iraqi capital's suburbs as near as 8 miles from the city.
But as Friedman
pointed out, the mission hasn’t been going on for a huge amount time.
"If you remember
Libya, the airstrikes were deadlocked for a little while before things
changed," Friedman said. "Part of that was the rebels getting their act
together and the airstrikes becoming better coordinated. So there is a lot of
time left before anybody hits the panic button."
However, the fight for Baghdad has
seemingly already begun as
ISIS sleeper cells carry out daily bombings and assassinations while the main
ISIS fighters continue to probe areas around the capital. If it pushes into
Baghdad, ISIS, which numbers 30,000 to 50,000 fighters, will come up against
60,000 government troops that have been tasked with defending the capital. But
as was seen with Hit and other towns around the country, questions still remain
over the discipline of those
troops in Baghdad, who may not
previously have come up against a group like ISIS.
The U.S. military,
which withdrew troops from the country in late 2011 after more than eight years
of war, launched airstrikes in August to assist Kurdish and Iraqi forces. After
U.S.-led strikes in Iraq, a coalition of five moderate Arab countries launched similar strikes
in Syria, where ISIS has captured
a huge amount of territory, declaring a caliphate in an area straddling the
Iraqi-Syrian border.
"The coalition
can only deliver effective support to the Iraqi government and Iraqi security
forces," Hammond, the U.K.’s top diplomat, said during his visit to
Baghdad. "The Iraqi people, the Iraqi security forces and Iraqi government
will have to take the lead on the ground.
"We always
understood that our campaign alone was not effective to be decisive in turning
the tide against ISIL," Hammond added, using an alternative name for ISIS.
"But it has halted the ISIL advance, it has forced ISIL to change its
tactics and it is degrading their military capabilities and their economic
strength, their ability to exploit oil revenues, for example."
"Serco to Continue Providing Air Navigation Services at Baghdad
International Airport
Date : 23 September
2013
Serco, the
international service company, in cooperation with our Iraqi partner Al Burhan
Group, has signed a new agreement with the Iraq Civil Aviation Authority (ICAA)
to continue providing Air Traffic Control (ATC) services, training and support
at Baghdad International Airport and extending our presence in Iraq.
Serco has been
providing these services in Baghdad since January 2011. The partnership between
Serco and the ICAA has achieved a number of successes. These include
achievement of the Vertical Separation Minimum, to increase airspace capacity,
and the successful training and validation of over 40 new Iraqi controllers,
while continuously developing a solid foundation for re-building Air Traffic
Services capabilities in Iraq.
This new 18 month contract,
extending the agreement until January 2015, enables Serco to provide the ICAA
with continued "On the Job Training" for new Iraqi air traffic
controllers in the Area Control Centre as well as ATC training in the Control
Tower at Baghdad International Airport. Under the new contract, Serco will also
provide the Aviation Academy with additional Air Traffic Services Instructors
to commence the training of up to 100 new Iraqi controllers which will help the
ICAA build a sustainable ATC system in support of the country's redevelopment.
Commenting on the new
agreement, Zafar Raja, CEO for Serco Middle East, stated: "The Iraq
airspace is a critical corridor to and from Europe for the region's airlines
and it requires safe, competent and efficient air traffic services delivery. We
are thrilled that the ICAA continues to have confidence in Serco's ability to
deliver on its promises and support in the commitment to train Iraqi
nationals".

U.N. Report Details ISIS Abuse of Women and Children
By JEFFREY
MARCUSOCT. 3, 2014
After fighters from
the Islamic State militant group attacked her village in northern Iraq in
August, an adolescent Yazidi girl was abducted, raped several times by
different men and then sold in a public market as a sex slave.
The episode is one
chilling example from a United Nations
report released Thursday that
details a litany of atrocities committed by Islamic State militants — and Iraqi
government forces and associated militias — against civilians in Iraq. Most
troubling are the examples
of "gross violations" of international law committed from July 6 to Sept. 10 against Iraq’s most vulnerable
civilians, women and children, who find themselves in the path of fighters from
the Islamic State, also known as ISIS or ISIL.
Women and girls were
raped and sold as sex slaves.
RELATED COVERAGE
In early August,
militants from the Islamic State abducted up to 500 women and girls from a
village in southern Sinjar and reportedly sent 150 of the unmarried women and
girls to Syria, "either to be given to ISIL fighters as a reward or to be sold
as sex slaves."
The report said the
Yazidi girl who was abducted by Islamic State fighters when they attacked her
village on Aug. 3 was raped several times by different men before she was sold
in a market."
"Women and girls are
brought with price tags for the buyers to choose and negotiate the sale," the
report said. “The buyers were said to be mostly youth from the local
communities. Apparently ISIL was 'selling' these Yazidi women to the youth as a
means of inducing them to join their ranks."
Some women tried to
fight back.
The report described
two instances in which women tried to fight back against Islamic State
militants, prompting deadly reprisals.
Female doctors working
at a hospital in Mosul were ordered to cover their faces and abide by strict dress
codes. Some of the doctors objected, saying veils made it difficult to treat
their patients, and went on a temporary strike, the report said.
One of the doctors who
participated in the strike was killed on Aug. 13 in her home in Tayaran, south
of Mosul.
About a week later, on
Aug. 21, when Islamic State fighters began beating women in a Mosul market for
refusing to wear veils, some women threw stones at their attackers, according
to the report. Four days later, the bodies of three women who had been shot and
tortured were found west of the city.
Children were abused
and used for propaganda.
According to witnesses
cited in the report, Islamic State fighters dumped more than 60 Turkmen and
Yazidi children in an orphanage in Mosul after they had witnessed the killing
of their parents by the fighters. "It appears some of the older children may
have been physically and sexually assaulted," the report notes.
"Later, ISIL
fighters returned to the orphanage and made the children pose with ISIL flags
so they could take photos of them."
ISIS is recruiting
child soldiers.
Militants are
recruiting children as young as 12 to fight for the Islamic State, the report
said, and witnesses in Mosul have seen children between the ages of 13 and 16
on patrol alongside the militants.
"Witnesses reported
that these children wear similar attire to that of ISIL gunmen, and sometimes
wear masks or kaffiyeh over their faces," the report said. “Children were seen
carrying weapons, sometimes too big for them to carry."
These child soldiers are also used for
propaganda, as the report notes that photos of their training have been posted
on social media sites and other websites."

Imagis launches
ChildBase(TM) child protection and recovery software for the National Crime
Squad
UK’s National Crime
Squad to use “astonishing, breakthrough technology” to help identify victims of
paedophilic abuse.
Imagis Technologies Inc. ("Imagis") (OTCBB:IGSTF; TSX-VEN:NAB; Germany:IGY) announced today the formal acceptance of its ChildBase child protection and recovery software as developed with the National Crime Squad of the United Kingdom. The software was publicly unveiled in conjunction with a media launch and demonstration on Thursday, July 24, followed by a formal launch in the UK’s House of Lords on Friday, July 25.
Developed in cooperation with Serco plc, the ChildBase solution – which is already being described in various media reports as ‘astonishing and groundbreaking technology’ – helps reduce the labour-intensive task of cataloguing and managing large quantities of images and data obtained from the Internet or from seized collections of child abuse imagery. Prior to the release of the software, investigators had to manually retrieve, view, categorize, and log each individual image, before cross-referencing it against hundreds of thousands of known images. ChildBase performs this task automatically and in a fraction of the time that it takes to do the same job manually. Without ChildBase, the task was so difficult that investigators were sometimes forced to give up trying to identify some of the images, each one a crime scene.
At the heart of ChildBase is Imagis' renowned biometric face recognition technology. This technology is used to compare the faces of people in new abusive images with those in pictures already investigated. The root facial recognition software – which has also been used in other law enforcement, homeland defense, security, and identification initiatives – is relatively immune to changes in hairstyle, subject aging, and weight gain.
"This project has involved a lot of hard work and resources over the past few years, but we feel that the investment has been well worth it," said Roy Trivett, President and CEO, Imagis Technologies Inc. “The proliferation of paedophelic imagery is an international problem. It is our hope that other countries and other government agencies will follow the lead of the British in a truly global effort to combat crimes against children.”
National Crime Squad spokesperson, Jackie Bennett, said in a story published in the UK’s Guardian Observer that, “This is the most powerful tool we have ever had, and (it) will transform the speed and success with which we can track down abusers and their victims.”
Likewise in an interview with BBC News, Jim Gamble, Assistant Chief Constable of the National Crime Squad, said, “ChildBase had already saved children from abuse and that a ‘string of prosecutions’ was being prepared…We are making the Internet as safe as humanly possible for our children. We are trying to make the global village an area we police in a global sense.”
The origins of ChildBase and the imagery now used date back to Operation Cathedral in 1998, a British-led operation that seized 750,000 images and smashed the so-called Wonderland Club ring of internet paedophiles, plus another 100,000 images from further operations. The solution was commissioned by the NCS in 2001 for pnds stlg 500,000. The current ChildBase system contains 280,000 images of abuse, involving about 20,000 children from around the world. The system is housed within the National Crime Squad and has been deployed with advanced security to protect the imagery and prevent unauthorized access. Revenues for this sale have all been previously accrued.
