Plum City - (AbelDanger.net): United States Marine Field McConnell has linked Defense Red Switch Network overrides apparently staged by Serco's electronic warfare (E/W) expert Bob Coulling, to bugged telephone conversations between Steven Harper and cake boy president of the United States Barack Obama, and the Serco operatives who allegedly guided ad hoc shooter, "high-risk traveler" Michael Joseph Zehaf Bibeau, to his Parliament Hill targets.
McConnell claims that Serco agents overrode the Red Switch and bugged the cake boy’s Lucent and Cisco phones (above) so Coulling could monitor security between Canada and the United States and exploit the ad-hoc opportunity of a high-risk traveler with a stand down of Parliament Hill security prior to having the shooter/witness silenced by Sergeant at Arms, Kevin Vickers.
"To this day, people in Chicago are still scared about being murdered for talking about Barack Obama being gay or about what goes on at Trinity United with the still-active "Down Low Club". Young, gay, black men are mentored into the club and are eventually paired up with often unattractive and difficult to deal with straight black women who never have boyfriends (since guys don't want to have anything to do with them). A friend of mine in the "Think Squad" of prominent black professionals I talk to regularly calls these women "heifers" and says it's very common for "cake boys" to be paired up with "heifers" so that "dummies are fooled" into thinking they are straight."
McConnell suggests crime-scene investigators check out 32-year veteran Serco PFI project manager Bob Coulling who appears to have the tradecraft skills needed to pull off such ad hoc crimes in the areas of electronic warfare, tagging, asset recovery (extortion) and Childbase paedophile image analysis for MOD, GCHQ, CESG, Police, Home Office, Serious Organised Crime Agency, Ministry of Justice and Customs and Revenue and Immigration Service.

U.S. President Barack Obama spoke to Prime Minister Stephen Harper by phone Wednesday, expressing his country’s solidarity with Canada and offering assistance in the wake of the attacks in Ottawa that left one soldier dead Wednesday.
Speaking with reporters inside the Oval Office, Obama described his phone conversation with Harper, which took place hours after two shooting attacks occurred on Parliament Hill in the nation’s capital.
Obama said he pledged to ensure national security efforts continue to be co-ordinated between the two countries in light of the attacks.
"We have to remain vigilant when it comes to dealing with these kinds of acts of senseless violence or terrorism and I pledged as always to make sure that our national security teams are coordinated very closely," Obama said. "Not only is Canada one of our closest allies in the world, but they're our neighbours and our friends."
Obama said Harper was "very appreciative of the expressions of concern by the American people."
The president also said he was reminded of how "warmly" he was received during previous visits to Ottawa.
"So obviously we're all shaken by bit, but we're going to everything we can to ensure that we're standing side by side with Canada at this time."
Obama said it is not yet known what motivated the shootings.
According to a statement from the White House, Obama condemned the "outrageous attacks" in his phone conversation with Harper. The president was referring to both Wednesday's shootings on Parliament Hill and the attack on two soldiers in Quebec on Oct. 20.
As a massive police presence remained on the streets of the nation's capital on Wednesday afternoon, a source confirmed to CTV News that the "FBI is assisting the case," but no other details were provided.
A U.S. official said the Department of Homeland Security and U.S. law enforcement are "monitoring the evolving situation" in Ottawa.
FBI spokesperson Paul Bresson said that although there is no indication of a threat to the United States in light of Wednesday's attacks, the agency is taking certain precautions.
"FBI has reminded our field offices and government partners to remain vigilant in light of recent calls for attacks against government personnel by terrorist groups and like-minded individuals," Bresson said.

The man suspected of fatally shooting a Canadian reservist before storming Parliament Hill on Wednesday had been deemed a "high-risk traveller" by the Canadian government, CTV News has learned.
Michael Joseph Zehaf Bibeau, born in 1982, was killed Wednesday morning, after shootings at Ottawa's National War Memorial and inside Parliament's Centre Block.
A source confirmed to CTV News that the federal government had seized Zehaf Bibeau's passport.
CTV News has confirmed that the suspect in Wednesday's attack is Michael Zehaf-Bibeau. This is a reported photo of the suspect from an ISIS Twitter account which has been suspended.
The source could not provide information on when the suspect had received the "high-risk traveller" designation or when his passport was seized.
Canadian-born Zehaf Bibeau, who was raised in Quebec, had a criminal record, documents show, with a string of convictions for petty crimes dating back to the early 2000s.
The Canadian Press reported that the Quebec records appear under three different names: Michael Bibeau, Michael Zehaf Bibeau and Michael Bibeau Zehaf.
Court records show that Zehaf Bibeau was also charged with robbery in Vancouver in 2011. He was convicted on a lesser charge of uttering threats.
Zehaf Bibeau underwent a psychiatric assessment prior to that conviction and was found fit to stand trial, records also show.
Vancouver police did not provide details on Zehaf Bibeau's case but confirmed that they are working with RCMP to assist with the investigations into the shootings in Ottawa.
