McConnell notes his sister – then custodian of the DOJ Asset Forfeiture Fund – asked him in 1988 how to protect a plane carrying mutinous prisoners and he told her about remote droning.
Kristine Marcy then switched her career in government to launch ConAir and DOJ Pride in 1994.
In 1998 Marcy became Chief Operating Officer of the SBA and launched a set-aside program to help Serco develop its prisoner tagging program; put parking enforcement officers in Chicago; modify Boeing aircraft for decoy and drone maneuvers, and, collect evidence needed to blackmail Obama and the BEAGLES into willing or unwilling support for Autopilot OVERRIDE 9/11.

Malaysia Airlines Flight 370 and the 239 people aboard haven't even been found yet, but an opportunistic filmmaker is already shopping a movie in Cannes telling the "true" story of what happened to the vanished jet.
If the Cannes Film Festival had an award for most squirm-inducing production, it would surely go to the producers of a new thriller telling the “real” story of the still-missing Malaysian Airlines jet.
The Vanishing Act: The Untold Story of the Missing Malaysian Plane is the brainchild of Indian film company Rupesh Paul Productions, and purports to tell the hidden story of Flight 370 based on an investigative report that was widely discredited, as the director himself remarked to CNN. “It is definitely controversial,” said Rupesh Paul.
Little more than two months have passed since the Malaysia Airlines jet vanished with 239 people on board, and in that time the film production team has given the film a title, printed 8-page promotional brochures, edited a trailer and, according to Paul, courted interested investors from China and Malaysia. Small Business Conference for LGBT Communities Resumes After Government Shutdown
The SBA’s economic empowerment tour heads to New York

The U.S. Small Business Administration’s Many Faces One Dream LGBT Economic Empowerment Tour for Communities of Color is back on track after being stalled due to the federal government shutdown. Initially set to take place last month, the New York City leg of the 13-city tour will now occur on November 20-21, 2013 at the New York Marriott near the Brooklyn Bridge. MFOD was launched this year to bring focus on innovation and creativity in the small business sphere.
“While we were excited and ready to host the MFOD-NYC conference in October, the shutdown of the federal government forced us to postpone our NYC tour stop,” says Sharon J. Lettman Hicks, Executive Director and CEO of the National Black Justice Coalition, the nation’s leading Black lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender (LGBT) civil rights organization. “Know that while our Congress was busy playing political football, we stayed the course. We are proud of our partnership with the U.S. Small Business Administration, and we plan to ensure that our government continues to work for us,” says Lettman Hicks.
“We’ve got a lot of hard work that we still have to do, but we can already point to extraordinary progress that we’ve made…on behalf of Americans who are gay and lesbian, bisexual and transgender,” said President Barack Obama in a released statement.”
McConnell is directed by Abel Danger Global to offer expert witness services to plaintiffs who wish to sue Serco for its alleged use of Chicago hotels as homosexual brothels to blackmail Boeing employees and execute the March 8 OVERRIDE of Captain Zaharie and his Autopilot.
