Malaysia Airlines flight MH370 disappeared from public view on 8 March, 2014 and as I write these comments on 19 May, 2014, some 72 days later I find the suffering imposed of the surviving family members to be cruel and unusual treatment at the hands of all countries who searched, or contributed satellite details, of MH370 because in most cases the top of the various entities must know that MH370 was not truly lost. The ‘searching countries’ did not know until informed by Abel Danger that Malaysian Air Traffic Control and Australian SAR ( search and rescue ) have relationships with Serco so at the very least an electronic rerouting of MH 370 could have occurred at the hands of Serco, a Five I country’s military/intelligence arms or a combination OR A SERIES. In any case, it could not have happened at all if the United States Depart of Justice and ALPA ( Airline Pilots Association, union, USA ) had taken serious their duties in the prosecution of Civil Case 1:08-1600 (RMC) FIELD McCONNELL v. ALPA.
The manner in which MH370 was taken control of includes illegal modifications of Boeing aircraft. Illegal not because they were not patented and authorized, but illegal because airline pilots globally were not made aware that their aircraft were capable of being commandeered remotely in the interest of safety. Human hijackings are impossible now because of the installation of HUAPs ( Honeywell Uninterruptible autopilots) in all Boeing and Airbus large airliners and most likely the modern Bombardier and Embraer regional jets. Had MH370’s pilot crew been aware of the existence of the HUAP/BUAP on their aircraft AND if they had been trained in procedures and protocols relating to activation ( capture ) of the uninterruptible auto pilot they, the crew, would have recognized an electronic capture of their flight and would not have worried knowing that it could be landed safely anywhere within fuel endurance range of that flight on that date with that specic and unique fuel load. On the 72nd day former Malaysian Prime Minister Mahathir Mohamad, who served as Prime Minister from 1981 to 2003, expressed his opinion that MH370 did not crash and he suggested CIA and Boeing may know the current disposition of the aircraft and whether is still appears in Malaysia livery colors or has been repainted. He went on to state that the plane could have been switched onto autopilot remotely by the CIA if it had been hijacked. In my professional opinion, that could include a human hijacker, or a corporate hijacker. In either case the BUAP would have been directed to take the Flight Management System off Flight Plan 1 and activate Flight Plan 2 at or very near BIDOT waypoint cone of confusion where control of MH370 could at the same time being handled by Singapore, Vietnam or Malaysia Air Traffic Control. Until page one of the cargo manifests is published in its original state, even suggestions such as a geo-political game involving U S military technology being sold to China by a malevolent entity wishing to ignite World War 3 cannot be ruled out as that is what we experienced in the United States on 9/11. If evil plans such as this were created by a mastermind wishing to incite more evil were uncovered by the Pentagon, ‘white hats’ in the U S military would have had weapon, opportunity and motive to recapture the airliner once it deviated from Flight Plan 1 at BIDOT.
In my opinion this is what happened, ‘black hats’ captured it at BIDOT and were turning it to the left and U S ‘white hats’ could not risk the loss of the cargo or the intellectual property aboard to fall into the wrong hands. The ‘white hats’ in the U S then locked the BACK DOOR of the BUAP and landed it safely at Diego Garcia or RMAF Butterworth located in state of Penang in Malaysia or any other airport within the fuel endurance range of the flight’s dispatch release legally agreed to by the dispatcher and captain. I, like Prime Minister quoted above, have no doubt that the aircraft was landed safely. However, once it was on the ground the United States realized the new dilemma.
The NEW DILEMMA will be explained after considering this six pack of questions: who might profit strategically, who has technological ability to execute this covert operation, who has already executed a covert operation such as this, who is able to cover up truth and lead the media in a desired direction, who may have cast the actors, who scripted the drama of MH370 with political maneuvers before, during and after the remote capture?
The NEW DILEMMA is now for the United States of America to come to grips with the Boeing Uninterruptible Autopilot which was the weapon used by one, or two, nation states or corporations. The opportunity presented itself at the cone of confusion where Malaysia , Singapore and Vietnamese airspace are adjacent [ BIDOT waypoint ]. The motive will be argued in court but the motives of at least four different countries must be considered and weighed.
The nature of the NEW DILEMMA is if the Truth be told, MH370 will have inadvertently educated the world to what weapon was used against America on the morning of 9/11.
