#1957: Marine Links Serco Red Switch-In-the-Middle to Boeing Autopilot Patent Pool and a 370 Cat III C

Plum City – (AbelDanger.net). United States Marine Field McConnell has linked Serco director Maureen Baginski’s alleged use of the Red Switch Network for man-in-the-middle propaganda attacks on targeted states to the various patent-pool devices associated with the Boeing Uninterruptible Autopilot and the Cat III C landing apparently executed on the British Indian Ocean Territory of Diego Garcia after the hijacking of the Boeing 777-200 of MH Flight 370 on March 8, 2014.

McConnell alleges that Serco – fined in U.K. for fraudulently tagging Crossed Keys prisoners – has extorted control over Boeing’s Autopilot patent pools by deploying Crossed Keys child-porn blackmailers as parking enforcement officers in Chicago and West Hollywood to silence Red Switch whistle-blowers allegedly including the late Boeing 9/11 director and former Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff John Shalikashvili, and the late investigative journalist Michael Hastings who was apparently Boston Braked on June 18, 2013.

McConnell believes Serco controls Red Switch and Autopilot patent pools by extortion of staff at the United States Patent and Trademark Office whose director Michelle Lee took up her new role on January 13, 2014 after serving at the USPTO’s Silicon Valley satellite office where Serco allegedly operates another one of its parking-enforcement, surveillance and blackmail rackets.

Examiner.com Missing Flight 370 update: Malaysia takes 11 Al Qaeda terrorists, 5-page report
May 8, 2014

Flight MH 370 vanished from the face of the earth two months ago, and in a desperate attempt to provide any news about missing Malaysia Airlines Flight MH 370, several media outlets, including Fox Nation, are reporting that “members of a violent cell of al Qaeda-linked terrorists are being questioned in connection with the disappearance of Flight MH370, according to several British press reports.” According to a May 6 CNN report, however, police spokeswoman Asmawati Ahmad said on Sunday that “there is no indication that the group, arrested last week, has any connection to the missing Malaysia Airlines Flight 370.”

The main British press report which discusses the arrest of 11 al-Qaeda linked terror suspects was published by the Daily Mail on May 4. In the article, the authors state that on Saturday, an officer with the Counter Terrorism Division of Malaysian Special Branch commented that the arrests “had heightened suspicion that the flight’s disappearance may have been an act of terrorism.”

“The possibility that the plane was diverted by militants is still high on the list and international investigators have asked for a comprehensive report on this new terror group,” said the counter terrorism officer. According to the officer’s statement, the international investigators involved were the FBI and MI6 (British Secret Intelligence Service) who had asked for information about any militants – including students, odd-job workers, a young widow and business professionals – between the ages of 22 to 55. The suspected militants were to be “questioned intensively about Flight MH370.”

While some of the suspects have admitted to planning “sustained terror campaigns” in Malaysia, all of them denied any involvement in the disappearance of Flight 370. As reported by CNN, the suspects were arrested in the city of Selangor, just outside the capital Kuala Lumpur and in the state of Kedah, which borders on Thailand. The violence in neighboring Thailand stems from ethnic Malay Muslim separatists and has been connected to al-Qaeda and to terrorists in other countries.

In the five-page Flight MH 370 report -- released by the Office of the Chief Inspector of Air Accidents Ministry of Transport Malaysia -- there is no mention of terrorism or militants. Interestingly, there is also no mention of Malaysia’s own military involvement after the disappearance of the Malaysia Airlines plane.

The five-page report can be viewed on Mashable.com and shows on page one what kind of aircraft MH 370 was, that it had 227 passengers and 12 crew members on board, and that its last known date and time was on March 8, 2014, at 1:21 a.m. The timeline presented on page two and three of the report mentions that a search and rescue effort for the plane was not initiated until four hours after its disappearance. Page four describes satellite information and international search efforts for the plane, and page five recommends real-life tracking of commercial aircrafts.

“It is recommended that the International Civil Aviation Organisation examine the safety benefits of introducing a standard for real time tracking of commercial air transport aircraft.”

In March, only days after the disappearance of the Malaysia Airlines plane, a Malaysian official confirmed that Malaysian Airlines Flight MH370 was hijacked. “Malaysian authorities have concluded that a passenger jet missing since last week was hijacked and deliberately steered off course, a government official involved in the investigation told The Associated Press.”

It has been two months since Flight MH 370 vanished from the face of the earth. For the family members of the 239 souls on board of the airplane, it has been two month of an emotional turmoil to which there seems to be no end. Malaysia has not dismissed a potential hijacking of the airplane and is now focusing on arresting terrorists?

Building a State-of-the-Practice Data Communications Network

To create a state-of-the-practice data communications network required Serco to engineer different solutions for each of the AFSCN’s unique locations. Each ground station around the world had to be surveyed in order to develop detailed installation plans, project support agreements and testing plans. Furthermore, to assure communications reliability between the ground station and the operational control nodes, Serco also had to conduct a complete circuit testing exercise. After completing the survey, Serco’s team continued with their due diligence, for developing and implementing a state-of-the-practice solution, by conducting circuit, system verification and integration, installation and checkout testing for each of the ground stations, including those located at Diego Garcia, in British Indian Ocean Territory, the Royal Air Force Base in Oakhanger, England and the Anderson AFB, in Guam

In developing this enhanced voice and data communications network, Serco’s team engineered and implemented an ATM backbone and secure voice system for each of the AFSCN ground stations. The installed network was based on a Wide Area Network (WAN) architecture utilizing IP based network capabilities and proprietary secure communication technologies such as KG-75s, KG-84S and KIV-7s. In addition, Serco ensured Defense Red Switch Network connectivity and operations throughout the AFSCN.”
