#1825: Marine links CWT’s MI-3 Bilderberg List to Sochi Black-Widow Tags, Serco Surrender or Bust

Plum City – (AbelDanger.net). United States Marine Field McConnell has linked CWT’s list of government and military guests booked into Bilderberg conferences by the MI-3 Innholders Livery Company, to the tagged black-widow bombers in Radisson hotels for the Sochi Olympics and the ‘Surrender or bust’ challenges facing Serco director Maureen Baginski.

McConnell claims that Baginski and CWT director Trudy Rautio gave the MI-3 Innholders a backdoor key into Bilderberg guest and associated hit lists (cf. MI-3's Wandering Persons Registry) to support the black-widow bombing of the Sochi Olympics and the two women must now decide on whether to stop the bombing and surrender the hit list or to bomb ahead and bust the Serco tagging racket under investigation by the Serious Fraud Office.

McConnell invites key word Googlers to read excerpts below and emerging chapters of “The List of Thurso Innholders – The Wrist That Didn’t Bleed” at http://www.abeldanger.net/

Black widow’ in Sochi hunted as potential suicide bomber
Police leaflets at a central Sochi hotel on Tuesday contain warnings about three potential suicide bombers.

SOCHI, RUSSIA—Russian security officials are hunting down three potential female suicide bombers, one of whom is believed to be in Sochi, where the Winter Olympics will begin next month.

Police leaflets seen by an Associated Press reporter at a central Sochi hotel on Tuesday contain warnings about three potential suicide bombers. A police letter said that one of them, Ruzanna Ibragimova, a 22-year-old widow of an Islamic militant, was at large in Sochi.

Russian authorities have blamed the so-called “black widows” of slain insurgents for previous suicide attacks in the country.

Security officials in Sochi were not available for comment on Tuesday. The Black Sea resort town will host the games in February amid concerns about security and potential terrorist attacks.

The southern city of Volgograd was rocked by two suicide bombings in late December, which killed 34 and injured scores more. An Islamic militant group in Dagestan posted a video on Sunday claiming responsibility for the bombings and threatened to strike the
games in Sochi, about 500 kilometres west of Dagestan.

Police material distributed to the hotel staff also included pictures of two other women in veils: 26-year-old Zaira Aliyeva and 34-year-old Dzhannet Tsakhayeva. It said they had been trained “to perpetrate acts of terrorism.”

It warned that the two women “are probably among us,” but, unlike Ibragimova's case, did not say if they are in Sochi.

No further information was provided about the two women or their motivation. The term “black widow” refers to the belief that women who have carried out past suicide attacks in Russia did so to avenge the deaths of husbands or other male relatives.

The Olympics are to be held Feb. 7-23. Russia has mounted an intense security operation in the city, but concern persists that “soft targets” outside the Olympic venues, such as buses and tourist facilities, are vulnerable to attack.

Russian troops also have been active fighting militants in Dagestan, one of the predominantly Muslim republics in Russia's North Caucasus and the centre of an Islamic insurgency that has engulfed the region.

On Tuesday, troops shot dead the leader of a militant group, Interior Ministry spokeswoman Fatina Ubaidatova said. She said the militant, Eldar Magatov, was wanted in attacks on security forces, bombings and the extortion of businessmen.

Interior Ministry troops elsewhere in Dagestan defused an explosive device placed near a village administration building and engaged in a firefight with militants holed up in a house, the spokeswoman said.”

Bilderberg Group delegate and former UK diplomat, Sir Sherard Cowper-Coles, speaks out to dispel conspiracy theories
2:50pm Monday 10th June 2013 in News
A former leading British diplomat, who attended The Bilderberg Group meeting in Watford, has spoken out to dispel the conspiracy theories surrounding its discussions.

In an interview with the Watford Observer, Sir Sherard Cowper-Coles, 58, said the group was no different to many other international forums held around the world and voiced surprise at the large protest it drew.

Sir Sherard, a former British ambassador to Saudi Arabia and Afghanistan, left public service to take up a job at BAE Systems in 2011 and was invited to Bilderberg for the first time this year.

The group, which met at The Grove hotel last week, has remained secretive for most of its 59-year history and describes itself as an off-the-record forum for leading global figures to debate the pressing issues of the day.”

Sherard Louis Cowper-Coles KCMG LVO (born in London, England, 8 January 1955[1]) is a British diplomat. He was the Foreign Secretary's Special Representative to Afghanistan and Pakistanin 2009-2010. After leaving the Foreign Office, he worked briefly for BAE Systems as international business development director. He left BAE Systems in 2013 and is now a Senior Adviser to HSBC's Group Chief Executive Officer. His surname is pronounced 'cooper coals'.

Biography[edit]

Sherard Cowper-Coles is the son of Sherard Hamilton Cowper-Coles and Dorothy (née Short). He was educated at Freston Lodge School, New Beacon SchoolTonbridge School and Hertford College, Oxford,[2] where he read classics. He speaks fluent ArabicHebrew, and French and has studied Pashto.

In 1982, he married Bridget Mary Elliott, and they have four sons, Henry Sherard, Rupert Neil, Frederick Peter and Myles Philip, and one daughter, Minna Louise.[2] In 2011, he divorced Bridget Mary Elliott and married Jasmine Zerinini, a French diplomat, in 2012. They have a daughter, Louise Elizabeth.[3]

Diplomatic career[edit]

Cowper-Coles entered the diplomatic service in 1977. He was Third Secretary and later Second Secretary in Cairo, 1980–1983, First Secretary in the Planning Staff of the Foreign and Commonwealth Office, 1983–1985; Private Secretary to the Permanent Under-secretary of State, 1985–1987, First Secretary in Washington, 1987–1991, Assistant in the Security Policy Department of the FCO, 1991–1993, Resident Associate, International Institute for Strategic Studies, 1993–1994; Head of the Hong Kong Department of the FCO, 1994–1997, Political Counsellor in Paris, 1997–1999; Principal Private Secretary to Robin Cook, the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs, 1999–2001.[2]

His first role as a head of mission was in Tel Aviv as the British Ambassador to Israel from 2001 to 2003. He was next appointed ambassador to Saudi Arabia in Riyadh, a post that he held until 2006. From 15 May 2007 until April 2009 he served as ambassador to Afghanistan in Kabul.[2] In February 2009 it was announced that he would be taking up a new role as special representative of the UK Foreign Secretary to Afghanistan and Pakistan.[4]

In early 2010 it was reported that he clashed with senior NATO and US officials over his insistence that the military-drivencounter-insurgency effort was headed for failure, and that talks with the Taliban should be prioritised.[5]

On 21 June 2010 the British high commission announced he had taken "extended leave" from his position in Afghanistan.[5]Following comments from the Foreign Secretary, William Hague, it appeared unlikely he would return to the post.[6]

Post-diplomatic career[edit]

In 2011 Cowper-Coles became BAE Systems' international business development director, focusing on the Middle East and south-east Asia.[7] He is a committee member of the Saudi-British Society. [8]

His appointment at BAE caused some controversy, since he is thought to have “had a profound effect” on the decision by Robert Wardle, then director of the UK's Serious Fraud Office, to end an investigation into BAE's allegedly corrupt dealings with Saudi Arabia.[9]

Memo leak regarding NATO, USA, Afghanistan[edit]

He attracted controversy in October 2008 when a leaked French diplomatic cable suggested he had been sharply critical ofKarzai and US policy. While insisting Britain should support the US, he was quoted as saying: "We should tell them that we want to be part of a winning strategy, not a losing one." [10][11]

This memo leak occurred the same week another additional memo was leaked concerning fellow British ambassador, SirNigel Sheinwald's comments with regard to United States Senator Barack Obama. Both leaks concerned foreign policy and occurred in the final weeks of the 2008 US Presidential Election.[12]

CWTSatoTravel Awarded E-Gov Travel Services-2 Master Contract
WASHINGTON, D.C., September 13, 2013 — CWTSatoTravel has been awarded an E-Gov Travel Services-2 (ETS-2) Master Contract by the U.S. General Services Administration (GSA). ETS-2 is the second generation travel management program, built on the success of ETS-1, which will help the government further consolidate online travel booking services and expense management platforms to drive cost savings and efficiencies.

This contract award was based on GSA’s determination that CWTSatoTravel met the technical requirements established in the ETS-2 solicitation. It will enable CWTSatoTravel to service federal agencies through the E2 Solutions application service that was deployed under the ETS-1 Master Contract over the past 10 years.

“We value our continued partnership with the GSA and look forward to providing federal agencies with an integrated platform of travel and expense management services that leverages our experience in servicing the federal traveler over the past 10 years,” said Matt Beatty, president, Military & Government Markets, CWTSatoTravel. “We’re committed to fashioning travel programs that fulfill federal agency missions while assisting travelers to travel smarter and more efficiently."

“With ETS2’s improved usability and optimized online travel planning — travelers will be able to navigate easier and optimize travel planning to make informed cost and sustainability decisions at point-of-sale. It serves as the gateway to optimize the government’s scale and full market leverage to lower travel costs,” said GSA Director of Travel and Transportation Services Tim Burke. “Additionally, ETS2’s strengthened operational environment will improve management by adopting commercial best practices in software development, data transparency and improved security controls. This will achieve efficiency and cost saving so agencies can accomplish their mission and deliver value for the American taxpayer.”

CWTSatoTravel’s E2 Solutions application offers new capabilities and a new user experience that integrates the federal government’s travel processes, regulations and policies.

“We’re excited to be working with GSA and look forward to implementing clients on the ETS-2 platform in partnership with Northrop Grumman,” added Beatty.

CWT's arrangement required the creation within Nortel's dedicated call center of a "fare research desk," to which all traveler reservations are sent for the purposes of comparison. The desk's Internet browsers are enhanced with the SideStep plug-in—a small piece of software—which pulls information from more than 100 Web sites. If the desk finds an alternative fare deemed worthy of purchase based on price and restrictions, travelers are offered the option to take it.

"In a majority of cases we can issue the ticket ourselves or secure it through a third party," said Stephen Cassidy, a global director for CWT Canada. In some instances, though, agents would direct travelers to the Web site to book themselves, notifying them that they are forfeiting CWT's en route services.

Asked whether he sees CWT rolling out the product to the remainder of its client base, Cassidy acknowledged the cost challenge: "We're considering how we might do that, but there are certainly some additional costs that need to be evaluated," he said. Much of the customization Brampton, Ontario-based Nortel bought from SideStep was designed to create links to five consolidators and charter airlines to which SideStep did not already connect its consumer product.”

“Our [CWT’s MI-3 Bilderberg List for the 9/11 script kiddies!] Clients Serving those who serve: Alshamel Travel’s military and government division has been moving the U.S. government, contractors, Department of Defense civilians and U.S. military personnel throughout the Middle East, Central Asia and East Africa region since 1999. We’ve ticketed the soldier’s Rest & Relaxation (R&R) program since 2003, moving over one million service personnel and counting.”

Snip from site: Should good people celebrate the destruction of the wicked? Should they rejoice at the promotion of the righteous? Yes, and yes! The difference between righteous and wicked men is enormous, and even citizens with little nobility or religion can appreciate the difference. But God's people know the difference even better and celebrate accordingly.

A nation's citizens appreciate a benevolent, faithful, and wise ruler; they mourn a foolish, oppressing, and selfish ruler (Pr 29:2). Egypt rejoiced to have Joseph, and Babylon to have Daniel. Shushan, the capital of Persia, mourned when wicked Haman was promoted, but they rejoiced when Mordecai replaced him (Es 4:15; 8:15)! And Israel celebrated their great blessings to have David and Solomon as kings (II Sam 6:14-19; I Kgs 4:20-25).

When King Asa initiated a revival in Judah, many left their homes in Israel and moved to be under such a good king (II Chr 15:8-19). It was the same under good King Hezekiah (II Chr 30:21-27). Therefore, wise citizens will pray for their leaders, for in the prosperity of good rulers they will obtain their own blessing (Jer 29:4-7; I Tim 2:1-2).

Vengeance is the Lord's; He will repay (Rom 12:19). Both destruction and promotion come from the Lord (Ps 75:6-7; Is 13:6). Those who fear the God of heaven know there are no accidents, coincidences, or acts of nature. They know He uses whirlwinds, hurricanes and tornadoes, and waves, tsunamis and hurricane surges (Nah 1:3).

When calamities and disasters strike the enemies of God, the people of God rejoice! Israel danced at the Red Sea, when the bodies of Pharaoh and his army washed up on shore (Ex 14:30-31; 15:1-21). The psalmist wrote about the happy event of seeing Babylon's small children dashed against rocks (Ps 137:8-9). And the apostles and prophets of God also rejoice over the destruction of spiritual Babylon (Rev 18:6,20).

Godly men make a difference between personal enemies and God's enemies. You have no right to rejoice when a personal enemy is in trouble (Pr 24:17-18; Job 31:29-30; Ps 35:11-14). Instead, you should pray for him and do what you can for him (Matt 5:43-48; Rom 12:17-21). You can only justify hating God's enemies (Ps 52:6-7; 139:22-23).

Is there cause for joy in any ruler today? Forget your province or nation! Jesus Christ after His resurrection and ascension into heaven was promoted over all angels, devils, and men in the universe for the benefit of His church (Eph 1:20-23)! Those in the kingdom of God have the greatest ruler ever as Saviour and Friend! Celebrate! Rejoice!
