#1768: Marine Links MI-3 Innholders Key to Barshefsky Starwood Peg House, Gorelick 9/11 JABS

Plum City – (AbelDanger.net). United States Marine Field McConnell has linked public key infrastructure of the MI-3 Innholders’ Livery Company to Ambassador Charlene Barshefsky – the alleged peg-house mentor for Starwood Hotels and Resorts Worldwide – and Jamie Gorelick’s apparent use of Nortel's Joint Automated Booking System (JABS) to deploy Clinton and Boeing agents in the attempted overthrow of the government of the United States by force on 9/11.

McConnell claims that Barshefsky ordered Clinton peg boys to steal the public key protocols needed for a 9/11 attack with modified Boeing aircraft, from the offices of late Commerce Secretary Ron Brown while Jamie ‘Mistress of Disaster’ Gorelick used MI-3 JABS devices to move alibied peg-boy johns through the Starwood Sheraton hotels in Port Douglas, Queensland, and Chicago, Illinois.

McConnell notes that Barshevsky, an Innholders director of Starwood since September 2001, arranged with Boeing director the late John Shalikashvili – the son of a peg-boy major in the Waffen SS – and the Clintonistas to transfer all Boeing’s military secrets, including MI-3 patent-pool devices associated with PKI, passenger JABS and the QRS11 guided un-interruptible autopilot, to the PLA in 1997.

McConnell is using this post to invitate behavioral analysts of the FBI's Critical Incident Response Group to let him teach them how to recognize the spin of his MI-3 founder sister Kristine Marcy and bring the Starwood Obama Barshevsky ('SOB') peg-house madams to justice for the crimes of 9/11.

Gorelick and Barshefsky Named Washington's Most Influential Women
June 29, 2010
Jamie Gorelick and Ambassador Charlene Barshefsky selected for work and reputations that put them in an Elite Tier.

The National Law Journal recently published a list of the 33 Most Influential Women in Washington and WilmerHale Partners Jamie Gorelick and Ambassador Charlene Barshefsky were included among the elite. These women, selected by editors of The National Law Journal, were recognized for their distinguished work and respectful influence.

Jamie Gorelick has been a pioneer as a leading criminal and civil litigator, one of the first women partners in Washington, and has since been a leader in pro bono service, President of the DC Bar, and a senior lawyer in the public sector heading the two largest law firms in the world—at the Departments of Defense and Justice. She embodies the core values of the legal profession that have in turn influenced lawyers in Washington and throughout the world. The National Law Journal quoted O’Melveny & Myers partner Walter Dellinger III saying, "Jamie combines really good values, great judgment, a sharp mind and extraordinary management skills. There is no one I would rather entrust with a complex and difficult matter."

Ambassador Charlene Barshefsky, WilmerHale’s Washington DC-based senior international partner, is used to making headlines. Since the early 1990s, she has been in the spotlight for having negotiated hundreds of market opening and investment agreements around the world, including China’s World Trade Organization agreement; her agreement to open the Vietnamese market, which normalized relations between Vietnam and the United States; and her pursuit of pro-growth trade policies in the Middle East. Her negotiations have been the subject of case studies at Harvard Business School, and she has been widely lauded by law schools and legal publications alike, including as the recipient of numerous honorary degrees. She was quoted in the The National Law Journal feature saying, gender discrimination has “never been an issue for me. I think women actually have an advantage in negotiations. We tend to be highly intuitive."”

“Ambassador Charlene Barshefsky (born August 11, 1950) served as United States Trade Representative, the country's top trade negotiator, from 1997 to 2001. She was the Deputy U.S. Trade Representative from 1993 to 1997. She is a partner at the law firm of Wilmer Cutler Pickering Hale and Dorr.[1] Early life, education, and career [edit]

In 1975, she earned her J.D. from the Columbus School of Law of The Catholic University of America.

Barshefsky was nominated by former President Bill Clinton to serve as Deputy U.S. Trade Representative along with Rufus Yerxa and Richard W. Fisher. In 1999 she was the primary negotiator with China's Zhu Rongji, laying out the terms forChina's eventual entry into the World Trade Organization in December 2001. Her negotiations have been analyzed inHarvard Business School case studies.[1]

She previously served as Vice Chair of the International Law Section of the American Bar Association as well as a member of its governing council and chair of its Publications Committee.

“Boeing moves corporate headquarters to Chicago on September 4, 2001.
HistoryLink.org Essay 5367 : Printer-Friendly Format

On September 4, 2001, The Boeing Co. moves its world headquarters from Seattle to Chicago. The move is announced on March 21, 2001, and involves about 1,000 jobs. Chicago is chosen because it is "a location central to our operating units, customers and the financial community -- but separate from our existing operations" (Seattle P-I), according to Chief Executive Officer Phil Condit. Seattle had been Boeing's home since its founding in 1916.

When the move was announced, Boeing embarked on a search for a location that would suit the firm, which in the preceding years had acquired other aerospace giants such as McDonnell Douglas. New York and Dallas were considered. On May 10, 2001, the company picked Chicago and rented a 36-story building on Riverside Drive in the downtown area. CEO Condit stated that the decision was not related to the recent power crisis or to an earthquake that struck the Northwest on February 28, 2001.

Only the headquarters moved. Commercial airplanes, Boeing Capital Corp., Air Traffic Management, Connexion by Boeing, Military Aircraft and Missile Systems, Space & Communications, and Phantom Works all remained in the Seattle area. At the time of the move, the company employed 78,400 people in the Seattle area and 198,900 people worldwide.

“FBI Critical Incident Response Group Investigations & Operations Support

The Investigations and Operations Support Section (IOSS) supports other CIRG sections, FBI field offices, FBI Headquarters divisions, U.S. law enforcement agencies, and FBI legal attaches at U.S. embassies abroad in the preparation for, response to, and successful resolution of major investigations, critical incidents, and special events. IOSS personnel provide expertise in behavioral assessment, crisis management, special events management, rapid deployment, and logistics and information technology…and provide input on the development of national plans, policies, and exercises; training for FBI, law enforcement, military, and intelligence personnel; and research and development. The section includes the National Center for the Analysis of Violent Crime and the Operations Support Branch.

National Center for the Analysis of Violent Crime

The primary mission of the National Center for the Analysis of Violent Crime (NCAVC) is to provide behavioral-based investigative support to the FBI, national security agencies, and other federal, state, local and international law enforcement involved in the investigation of unusual or repetitive violent crimes, threats, terrorism, cyber, white collar crime, public corruption, and other matters.

The NCAVC consists of four units:

Behavioral Analysis Unit 1 (counterterrorism, arson and bombing matters);
Behavioral Analysis Unit 2 (threats, cyber, white collar crime, and public corruption);
Behavioral Analysis Unit 3 (crimes against children);
Behavioral Analysis Unit 4 (crimes against adults).

The Violent Criminal Apprehension Program (ViCAP) consists of a database and web-based tool available to law enforcement agencies to link homicides, sexual assaults, missing person, and unidentified human remains that may be geographically dispersed, allowing police departments to better coordinate communication and investigative efforts on potentially linked crimes. The FBI maintains the database and our analysts assist investigators with case linkages and other analysis. Over 5,000 law enforcement agencies have participated in ViCAP—created in 1985—and have contributed more than 85,000 cases to the system.”
