United States Marine Field McConnell has linked the MI-3 Master Mariners Livery Company to Valerie Jarrett’s apparent role as the Chicago “Peg House Madam” [cf. the late Hull House lesbian Madam Jane Addams] who allegedly conspired with his sister Kristine Marcy – ex-COO of the U.S. Small Business Administration – to place peg-boy janitors with the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey for the Twin Towers bombing of 9/11.
McConnell notes Samantha Cameron flew to New York on Monday 10th September 2001 and apparently hooked up (?) with other madams through NSA Agent Maureen Baginski's wireless mesh which, he alleges, was procured by his sister's SBA peg-boy companies for a Twin Towers demolition to complete the job she attempted in 1993.
McConnell also alleges that Jarrett and her Mans Country peg boys (Obama?) extorted the transfer of Boeing's HQ to Chicago in 2001 and gave members of the Master Mariners, World Traders, GAPAN, Security Professionals and Innholders Livery Companies access to the encryption keys for the Boeing E-4B Nightwatch aircraft allegedly used to synchronize peg-boy bombings at Ground Zero and produce what Dr. Thomas Barnett has described as “the first live broadcast mass snuff film in human history”.
McConnell suggests the recent Project Spade arrests in Canada and the U.S. of members of a global pedophile ring, indicates that Jarrett and Marcy are trying to divert his forensic investigation team's attention from their roles in a 17th-century peg-boy loan-sharking racket apparently launched for investors in the British East India Company by Samantha Cameron’s ancestor and King Charles II’s mistress Nell Gwynne.

“Valerie Jarrett is not only one of President Barack Obama’s closest advisors; she also is one of the most radical, with close connections to the Chicago left that nurtured Obama in his early political career.
The Iranian-born Jarrett (her parents were American expatriates) found a foothold in Chicago politics through her marriage to Dr. William Robert Jarrett, whose father Vernon held sway as a columnist on the Chicago Sun-Times--for a time, the city’s only major black columnist.
In 1991, Vernon Jarrett enthusiastically promoted a Chicago visit by professor Derrick Bell, who was still on voluntary unpaid leave from Harvard Law School, in protest at the faculty’s refusal to hire visiting professor Regina Austin.
Barack Obama, who had joined Bell in that protest, had just graduated from Harvard and had begun work in Chicago at the law firm of Davis, Miner, Barnhill and Galland, a prominent local civil rights firm.
Bell’s visit had been arranged by the Community Renewal Society, a left-wing group that wanted Bell to help it launch a “racial justice agenda” across the Chicago area. He addressed the Society’s annual dinner, delivering a radical speech on the “permanence” of racism. Describing the civil rights movement as “childlike, trusting, believing, and hopelessly naive,” he suggested a more confrontational approach to race relations.
In addition to the dinner, Bell was invited to conduct a workshop with leading Chicago community organizers. Those invited included Obama’s pastor, Reverend Jeremiah Wright, as well as Father Michael Pfleger, both of whom became notorious during the 2008 presidential campaign.
Obama was not invited, but his boss, Judson Miner, was among the community activists listed as participants in the Society’s workshop.
Vernon Jarrett enthusiastically plugged the dinner in his column in the Sun-Times on October 22, 1991, in radical, alarmist terms:
The featured speaker is Professor Derrick A. Bell, Jr. a distinguished sage whose courage ranks as high as his academic accomplishments.
This is the same African-American author of several monumental studies and volumes of research on human rights who took leave of his Harvard Law School professorship last year in protest of Harvard’s shortage of women and racial minorities on its law faculty. Professor Bell has since joined the law faculty at New York University.
Meanwhile, hard-line right-wingers are splashing themselves in the ecstasy of Clarence Thomas’ Senate confirmation for the Supreme Court, and, yes, despite denials, their hopes also were fanned by Ku Klux Klan-love David Duke’s big vote in the Louisiana gubernatorial race Saturday.
Their bliss will continue if on Friday morning they can gloat: “Despite the $60 individual dinner price, which is modest for such events, attendance was down from last year’s Community Renewal Society dinner.”
Vernon Jarrett’s audience was the radical Chicago political world in Chicago in which Valerie Jarrett was soon entrenched, and in which she facilitated Barack Obama’s rise.
Obama was not Valerie Jarrett’s only project. She saw to the appointment of Van Jones as White House “green jobs” czar, noting that “we’ve been watching him...for as long as he’s been active out in Oakland.” (That activity included an anti-American rally on Sep. 12, 2001.) Her authority in the White House is almost unchallenged, and on visits to Chicago, local Democratic judges, officials and activists flock to see her and curry influence.
Jarrett attended the Supreme Court last week as it heard arguments on the Affordable Care Act, or Obamacare. Her presence as the president’s “eyes and ears” was noted by Breitbart.com’s Ken Klukowski. Jarrett had also led the administration’s media charge in advance of the Supreme Court arguments, arguing that Obamacare is necessary because it protects women’s health in particular, shaping the case to fit Democrats' narrative of a Republican "war on women."
As more moderate, pragmatic voices have abandoned the White House to attend to the actual business of governing--Chicago mayor Rahm Emanuel being only one of many defectors--Jarrett has remained and her influence has grown.
Jarrett endorses the idea that Obama is still a “community organizer” in the White House, and the administration’s Alinksyite tactics of race and class division bear her fingerprints as much as his own.”
“Port Authority Sold Rights To "World Trade Center" For $10
How much was the World Trade Center's brand worth to the Port Authority? $10. According to a report in The Record, the Port Authority sold the rights to five "World Trade Center" trademarks to a non-profit group created in part by a man who was instrumental in the construction of the Twin Towers.
The report states that in 1986, the Port Authority quietly sold the rights to use the WTC name to the World Trade Centers Association, who was then headed by Guy Tozzoli, the former director of the World Trade Department at the Port Authority.
Tozzoli, who died in January at the age of 90, is credited with helping choose the Twin Towers' architect and building the Windows on the World. In the late '70s he also was criticized for taking lavish trips around the world with his wife that were paid for by the PA.
“Never have I put a penny in my pocket," Tozzoli said at the time, rebuffing the accusations of impropriety.
The licensing deals the WTCA would capture later made Tozzoli millions. The Record reports that in 2011, Tozzoli's last year leading the WTCA, he took a salary of $626,000 for working an average of one hour a week.
A video promoting the WTCA features the director of the WTC of Nigeria explaining how 9/11 has helped the profile of the WTC brand:
“Certainly 9/11 has ironically raised the profile of the name such that you don’t really have to explain the name anymore. You may still have to explain in a little more depth what it actually does, but at least the name is pretty much in everyone’s mind’s eye.”
The deputy executive director of the Port Authority, Bill Baroni, said he was "gravely concerned" about the findings of the report, and would investigate the WTCA, which has asked the Port Authority for free office space in 1 WTC worth $585K annually in exchange for allowing the authority to use its trademark on merchandise.
In the video, Tozzoli says, “A World Trade Center is a physical facility with a purpose, a very specific purpose, and that is, to create a marketplace for those people who engage in international business or service international business.” Sounds about right.

To participate in our supplier diversity programs, your business must first be certified by The Port Authority of New York and New Jersey and then registered with our Procurement Department. Certification is a process that ensures that a company is owned and controlled by a member of a minority group or a woman or is a small business enterprise.
Once you've completed your vendor registration, your company will receive solicitations for Port Authority contracting opportunities. Once certified your company will be able to benefit from our set-aside, price preference and subcontracting programs and have access to a full complement of business-assistance programs. Because many public agencies and private organizations recognize our certification, we have opened the door for Port Authority–certified firms to access billions of dollars in contracting opportunities throughout the region.
Our 12% MBE, 5% WBE Goal
At the Port Authority, we believe that our operations should reflect our community and that minority, women-owned and small businesses can provide us with unique perspectives that benefit our agency. Our goal is to award 12 percent of contracts to minority businesses and 5 percent of contracts to women-owned businesses. We also encourage our business partners to adopt our 12%, 5% goal.
Over the last five years, this commitment to the region’s businesses has created nearly $2 billion in regional economic activity, $1.2 billion in awards, more than 10,500 new jobs, and $507 million in wages.
Who Can Apply
Eligible businesses can apply to be certified as one of the following and, once registered, will receive contract solicitations with the Port Authority:
Minority Business Enterprise (MBE) — Your business must be at least 51 percent owned by, or, in the case of a publicly owned business, at least 51 percent of the stock must be owned by citizens or permanent resident aliens, and the management and daily business operations must be controlled by one or more of such individuals who meet the following ethnic definitions: Black, Hispanic, Asian-Pacific, Asian-Indian, or Native American.
Women-Owned Business Enterprise (WBE) — If your business is at least 51 percent owned by citizens or permanent resident aliens who are women and whose management and daily business operations are controlled by women, your firm may qualify for this certification. In the case of a publicly owned business, the requirement is that at least 51 percent of the stock be women-owned.
Small Business Enterprise (SBE) — Businesses certified in this category must have a principal place of business in either New York or New Jersey; must have operated that specific type of business for at least three years, and cannot exceed certain average income limitations utilizing gross revenues for the last three fiscal years established by the United States Small Business Administration. The limitations are: construction — $14 million; architecture and engineering — $4.5 million; landscape architectural services — $7 million; marine engineering and naval architecture — $18.5 million; janitorial maintenance — $16.5 million; unarmed guard service — $18.5 million; financial services — $7 million and, commodity services — $7 million.
Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) — Firms that are at least 51 percent owned and controlled by one or more socially and economically disadvantaged individuals, or, in the case of a publicly owned business, at least 51 percent of the stock is owned by one or more socially and economically disadvantaged individuals; and whose management and daily business operations are controlled by one or more of such individuals.
Socially and economically disadvantaged individuals are citizens or lawful, permanent residents of the United States and are ethnically defined as Black, Hispanic, Portuguese, Spanish, Asian-Pacific, Asian-Indian, Native American, or who are women – regardless of race or ethnicity – and members of other groups found to be economically and socially disadvantaged by the U.S. Department of Transportation or by the U.S. Small Business Administration.

Contract Opportunities
To receive solicitations to bid on Port Authority’s contracts, you must first register your business and create a vendor profile so that your firm is included in a vendor database organized by the type of product or service you select. As the need arises, a Port Authority buyer can contact appropriate firms from the appropriate bid lists. When a firm, certified or otherwise, submits the lowest responsive bid, the Port Authority reviews that firm’s qualifications to perform that specific contract.
The Port Authority satisfies most of its purchasing needs through competitive bidding procedures. Contracts are awarded to the lowest responsive bidder or highest qualified proposer. Purchases may be made according to other accepted, efficient practices when this is in the best interest of the agency.
As an M/W/SBE vendor, you may qualify to participate in the following programs:
Set-Aside Program – The Port Authority reserves certain contracts for construction, supplies, equipment, and operations services to be bid out only to New York or New Jersey based, Port Authority-certified M/W/SBEs, that are registered with the agency’s vendor database. Construction Contracting
If you are certified with the Port Authority as a MWSDBE, you may participate in several unique programs designed to foster opportunities for you to compete for the Port Authority’s construction contracts.
Companies seeking M/W/SBE certification under the Construction Program need to complete a Construction Reference Sheet for each specialty they perform. They are prequalified by the Engineering Department based on references submitted and are categorized by trade, size of contract (e.g. contracts with estimated total costs less than $500,000, $500,000 to $1.5 million, and greater then $1.5 million), and the state in which the firm’s business is located. This information is used to determine who will be solicited for each contract.
If a company is already M/W/SBE certified and prequalified in a category and dollar range they may at any time submit a Construction Reference Sheet to the Office of Business and Job Opportunity to update the category(ies) or dollar range status.
Annual Construction Program
Each year a forecast of construction contracts is published in a continuing effort to encourage participation in the Port Authority’s procurement of construction services. This forecast identifies contracts to be publicly advertised, as well as set aside to M/W/SBEs. This guide is an invaluable resource in understanding Port Authority construction contract procedures.
Construction Contracting Bidding Programs
Set-Aside Program
Most construction contracts valued at less than $500,000 are considered for MWBE solicitation under this program, and certain contracts valued at $500,000 or more may be set aside for bidding by certified MWBE and SBE contractors with experience on contracts in the same estimated dollar range. Certain contracts over $1 million may also be set aside for bidding by select lists of pre-certified and pre-qualified M/W/SBEs.
This program enables vendors to compete with firms of similar size and expertise in a limited, yet competitive environment. Contract document fees are waived for all contracts included in this program.
Note: Bid bonds and Performance and Payment bonds are not required for contracts under $1,000,000 on set-aside or publicly advertised contracts.
MBE/WBE and DBE Subcontracting Programs
The Port Authority enters into contracts with "prime" contractors to ensure a single entity is responsible for its work. However, the Port Authority does set good faith MWBE subcontracting goals on a contract by contract basis for most of its publicly bid contracts valued in excess of $500,000. The Office of Business and Job Opportunity provides a listing of MWBEs to all bidders on these contracts.
The Port Authority also administers a Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) program that promotes participation of such firms in federally funded projects and airport concessions.
Quick Bid Program
The Quick Bid Program is another opportunity for MWBE companies to compete for Port Authority construction contracts in a limited competitive environment. Quick Bid contracts are for small construction contracts that are estimated not to exceed $500,000 in total cost. When a contract is identified for inclusion in this program, staff will solicit bids from a set-aside list of MWBE or SBE contractors qualified to perform work in the catgory(ies) represented by the contracts. This program is designed to shorten the time it takes to award small contracts or a general work in nature. The Authority also provides interested bidders with free construction contract documents for use in preparing and submitting their bids.
Payment Information
Contracts prepared under the M/W/SBE Set-Aside Program may contain provisions to pay the contractor twice a month to further assist smaller firms in meeting their payrolls.
M/W/SBE Special Payment Programs are available to help small business maintain a cash flow.
Professional and Technical Advisory Services
When the Port Authority’s workload demands require retention of external professional, technical and advisory service firms to supplement in-house capabilities, it typically relies upon a publicly advertised solicitation process. All such advertisements appear on the Authority’s website, and can be directly accessed at: http://www.panynj.gov/business-opportunities/bid-proposal-advertisements.html. Once at this location, select the “Professional Services” tab to view a complete list of current advertisements. The list changes often, and should be monitored daily for both new solicitations, and for addenda to current solicitations.
If your firm provides professional architectural, engineering and related technical services, you are also encouraged to complete a copy of the Engineering Department’s “Professional Service Firm Questionnaire.” The General Instruction link within the questionnaire provides information about completing the forms online, and related inquiries.
Set-Aside Programs
The Port Authority reserves certain Professional, Technical and Advisory services solicitations for Port Authority-certified MWBE firms. This enables such firms to pursue prime consulting opportunities in a limited competitive environment.
Subconsulting Opportunities
Port Authority agreements include provisions requiring consultants to make a good faith effort to provide subconsulting opportunities to Port Authority-certified MWBE firms. As an Authority certified MWBE, your firm’s name and contact information is made available to such consultants, who in turn, may seek your participation on an Authority or other project as the need arises.
Airport Concessionaires and Retailers
The Port Authority has a program to ensure that you have access to concessions and retail opportunities at various Port Authority facilities. Companies interested in operating newsstands, duty-free stores, food and beverage establishments, gift shops, and other retail stores at Port Authority facilities must have appropriate capitalization and significant experience in the business they are proposing.

Janitorial Maintenance SBE Program
The Janitorial Maintenance Small Business Enterprise Program provides Port Authority-certified JMSBEs the opportunity to compete for janitorial service contracts with companies of similar size and scope. Once certified as a JMSBE, vendors must participate in a prequalification process to determine the firm’s eligibility to bid or submit proposals for future cleaning contracts for general cleaning services. Over each three-year contract cycle, the Port Authority’s Procurement Department awards almost 20 JMSBE contracts ranging from $30,000 to $5.5 million a year. To participate, a janitorial services company must be certified as a small business enterprise that has been in business for three years, has a principal place of business in New York or New Jersey, and has gross sales on average of $16.5 million a year or less.”

Its tentacles extended across Canada, where 108 people have been taken into custody, and to six continents. In the US, 76 people were arrested while others have been rounded up in several European countries.”
