#1762: Marine Links MI-3 Peg House Innholders to Lexington, Capone and Jack Ruby Contract Hits

Plum City – (AbelDanger.net). (50 year +1 day): Having established that the money-shot image of the Lee Harvey Oswald assassination on November 24, 1963, was transmitted over NBC/RCA (Serco) Telstar patent pool devices, United States Marine Field McConnell has linked MI-3 peg houses operated by the Innholders Livery Company to Chicago’s Lexington Hotel – an alleged homosexual brothel and command authority base for the contract killers; Al Capone and Jack Ruby.

McConnell claims that MI-3 founder, William “Intrepid” Stephenson, deployed the Canadian Robert MacNeil, then an RCA/NBC White House reporter, to position cameras for the money shots of the U.S. President John F. Kennedy and Lee Harvey Oswald assassinations and McConnell alleges that the MI-3 order to kill Oswald was relayed over Innholder communication systems via Ruby's sister and peg-house madams operating out of the Princess Hotel in the Bahamas and the Lexington Hotel in Chicago.

Jack Ruby 'wanted to leave Dallas as soon as Kennedy was shot but his sister told him to stay' not knowing he was going to kill Oswald

Jack Ruby's nieces have told how their mother convinced him not to leave Dallas in the days after President Kennedy was shot, not knowing that he would end up shooting the President's killer. The nightclub owner was filmed by a bank of cameras as he ran up to Lee Harvey Oswald and shot him on live television two days later on November 24, 1963. Theories immediately arose that alleged he was in cahoots with Oswald and killed him in an effort to prevent a larger conspiracy from being revealed, but his surviving relatives say that is false.”

Jack Ruby and Italian Rifles
July 28, 2012
By admin
This document concerns Jack Ruby, the man [and alleged former Lexington Hotel peg boy] who silenced Lee Harvey Oswald. Ruby, who began his organized crime career with Al Capone’s mob in Chicago as a runner figured in to many parts of history. When the McClelland commission on organized crime subpoenaed mob boss San Giancana for corruption of the waste handlers union in Chicago, he refused to testify and was jailed on contempt. They moved to his second in command, then known as Jacob Rubenstein (Jack Ruby), but before they could act a letter arrived from the office of the Vice President of the United States, Richard Nixon. He requested that they not subpoena Rubenstein, since “this individual assisted us on the House Un-American Activities Committee”. The mob never liked the Communists, but Ruby seems to have many ties to US intelligence, going back to his service with [MI-3’s] ONI in WWII. ONI was the first major agency to link to the mob, long before the CIA. ONI hands William Sullivan and Cartha Deke DeLoach created Division 5 at the FBI for domestic spying and more, and J Edgar Hoover said there was “no such thing as organized crime”. He probably got a good return on his bets at the DelMar race track in California for that. Ruby was also a gun runner, and ran guns to Castro at one point with his partner McWillie. He was moved from Chicago to Dallas and controlled different operations there involving organized crime. In this document, not released with the other JFK files since it was marked NBR (“not believed relevant”), Ruby’s noted activities include inquiries about Italian rifles. The gun used to frame Lee Harvey Oswald was an Italian Mannlicher-Carcano, credited for losing WWII for the Italians who used it due to its inaccuracy and trouble in handling. Quite a coincidence, but apparently not “relevant”. [On the contrary; it’s totally relevant]

“Young Jack soon showed the effects of parental discord. On June 6, 1922, at the age of 11, he was referred to the Institute for Juvenile Research by the Jewish Social Service Bureau. The reason for the referral was "truancy and incorrigible at home." On July 10, 1922, the institute recommended to the bureau that Jack be placed in a new environment where his characteristics might be understood .and where he might be afforded the supervision and recreation that would end his interest in street gangs. In March 1923, the institute advised the bureau that "placement in a home, where intelligent supervision and discipline can be given" was appropriate.

The institute's psychiatric examination, which served as a basis for these recommendations, took place in 1922, prior to the advent of many techniques and theories of modern psychiatry, but it is the most objective evidence of Jack Ruby's childhood character. According to the psychiatric report, Jack was "quick tempered" and "disobedient." He frequently disagreed openly with his mother, whom he considered an inferior person with whose rules he did not have to comply. Jack told the institute's interviewer that he ran away from home because his mother lied to him and beat him. Although Mrs. Rubenstein was severe with her children, she was described as totally incapable of coping with them "because of their delinquencies, i.e., principally their destructive tendencies and disregard for other people's property." His mother's "extreme temperament" and quarrelsomeness were cited as possible causes of Jack's "bad behavior."

Self-administered questionnaires revealed that Jack felt his classmates were "picking" on him and that he could not get along with his friends. They also indicated that, although Jack described himself as a good ballplayer, he did not belong to any clubs and was not a member of any athletic teams. Jack's psychiatric interviewer reported:

He could give no other good reason for running away from school except that he went to amusement parks. He has some sex knowledge and is greatly interested in sex matters [allegedly groomed as a Lexington Hotel peg boy by MI-3 ONI agents]. He stated that the boys in the street tell him about these things. He also claims that he can lick everyone and anybody in anything he wants to do.

The interviewer noted that during "mental tests" he reacted quickly, often carelessly, and his attention was apt to wander so that he had to be reprimanded. A letter recommending the boy's placement in a more wholesome environment stated:

He is egocentric and expects much attention, but is unable to get it as there are many children at home.

His behavior is further colored by his early sex experiences, his great interest [in sex] and the gang situation in the street. From a superficial examination of his mother who was here with him, it is apparent that she has no insight into his problem, and she is thoroughly inadequate in the further training of this boy. Recognizing that the sketchiness of the case record precluded complete diagnosis, Dr. Raymond E. Robertson, currently the superintendent of the institute, reported nonetheless that it seems "firmly established * * * [that] his unstable and disorganized home could not provide Jack with the necessary controls and discipline."

Placement in Foster Homes

On July 10, 1923, a dependency hearing involving Jack, his younger brothers Sam and Earl, and his sister Eileen, was held in Chicago's juvenile court. The petition alleged that the children were not receiving proper parental care. They had, until then, been in their mother's custody, living on Roosevelt Road, the border between Jewish and Italian districts. The juvenile court made a finding of dependency. It appointed the Jewish Home Finding Society guardian with the right to place the children in foster homes, and it ordered Joseph Rubenstein to pay the court clerk $4 per week for the support of each child. On November 24, 1924, this order was vacated, which apparently signified the termination of the guardianship and the return of the children to their mother. On April 8, 1925, the case was continued "generally," meaning that it was inactive but could be reactivated if the court so desired.

Despite court records, the exact circumstances and length of time that, Jack Ruby lived away from home are not entirely clear. Records indicate that Jack, Sam, Earl, and Eileen Rubenstein were wards of the Jewish Home Finding Society "for a short time in 1922-23." However, Jack and Eileen stated they spent. about 4 or 5 years in foster homes. Earl testified that he and Sam were originally sent to a private foster home and then lived on a farm for a little more than a year, while Jack was on a different farm "some distance away." Subsequently the three brothers lived together in another foster home.”

JFK ASSASSINATION

Did Canadian-born Robert MacNeil meet Lee Harvey Oswald after JFK shooting?
By Michelle McQuigge The Canadian Press

When the shots rang out in Dallas, Robert MacNeil didn’t think of staying safely on board the press bus – he bolted out the door, sprinted up a grassy knoll and plunged into the heart of one of the twentieth century’s defining moments. 16X9: JFK: 50 years later

The Canadian-born reporter was just a few months into a stint covering the White House for NBC in November 1963, and the assignment to accompany U.S. President John F. Kennedy to Texas had been passed up by a more senior colleague who opted to cover a convention in Hawaii instead.

When the events of that trip turned deadly, MacNeil was on hand to hear witness accounts and keep the country briefed on medical updates. He may even have exchanged a few words with the president’s assassin.

But the newsman, who became a household name by cohosting the popular MacNeil/Lehrer NewsHour on the U.S. Public Broadcasting Service, said he pulled off one of his toughest journalistic assignments by breaking the rules.

“I was very new to covering the president, and I suppose the iron-clad rule is that if you’re covering the president, you stay as close to the president as you can,” MacNeil said in a telephone interview from his home in New York City. “Whereas I had been a foreign correspondent for NBC for several years before that, and in television news, like any kind of news, if something happens you run towards it. The closer you are, the better your television.”

That maxim served him well from the moment gunfire echoed through Dealey Plaza. MacNeil said he could not see the action from his position in the motorcade trailing the president, despite being only seven vehicles away at the time.

He ordered the press bus driver to stop the vehicle and let him out, making him the only reporter on board to race towards the action. MacNeil zeroed in on police who had rushed to the scene and followed them over landmarks that would become synonymous with the investigation into Kennedy’s death.

He trailed officers over the grassy knoll [to remove evidence] where some theories suggest a second assassin may have fired shots that missed their mark.

He followed police past cowering witnesses shocked by what they had just seen and ultimately scaled a fence in their wake as they fanned out in search of clues.

And after realizing that he needed to report the day’s events to NBC, his need for a phone took him by chance to the Texas School Book Depository, which the Warren Commission that investigated Kennedy’s death concluded was the site from which Oswald fired three shots.

While there, MacNeil had an encounter with a man who may well have been the assassin himself.

Bermuda’s WWII Espionage Role
November 11, 2011 | 3 Comments

It’s been said Bermuda was “Britain’s number-one listening post” during World War II [1939-1945] –and if that’s true, then the Princess Hotel was its headset.

The waterfront hotel in Hamilton was transformed into the island’s counterintelligence headquarters for the British, which monitored the transatlantic mail passing through the island aboard flying boats [a Pan American World Airways Clipper is pictured here moored off the Darrell's Island air station in the Great Sound during the war years. Bermuda was a staging point for the US-European flights operated by Pan Am and Britain's Imperial Airways].

In the meantime, another Joe K message, also followed up by the FBI, contained a panicky message about a car in New York running down and killing a certain “Phil”. The BSC had informed the FBI that “Phil” had been Captain Ulrich von der Osten of the German Abwehr intelligence agency who had entered the United States via Japan a month prior: he was supposed to direct the activities of a group of spies in the US. Based on this, the FBI was able to determine that “SeƱor Lido” and von der Osten were one and the same.

Piecing together a reference from “Phil’s” notebook, an intercepted cable from Portugal to Joe K. and information from the Joe K letters intercepted in Bermuda, the FBI was able to identify von Osten’s companion as Ludwig himself. He was located and thus placed under surveillance to determine his contacts. It was later known that von der Osten arrive in the US with the purpose of directing the Joe K spy ring; however, with his untimely death, Ludwig was left in command of the ring. Under FBI surveillance Ludwig was seen continuing his routine of visiting the docks in New York Harbor and US Army posts around the state.

Ludwig and ten other members of the Joe K spy ring were subsequently indicted in the US District Court for the Southern District of New York for treasonable conspiracy and espionage. Censors from Bermuda were flown to New York to testify against the spies.

Because their spying was undertaken before the US entered World War II, the spies escaped the death penalty and were sentenced to long prison terms instead.

Following the trial, the New York prosecuting attorney wrote to BSC headquarters at Rockefeller Centre to thank Sir William Stephenson for the role played by the Bermuda operation in breaking up the spy ring.

“Now that the Ludwig case is finally and successfully concluded, I wish to take this opportunity of expressing to you my appreciation of the most friendly and helpful co-operation and assistance which you and your associates rendered us in that case,” said US Attorney Mathias F. Correa.

“In my opinion the testimony and exhibits furnished … by members of the Imperial Censorship stationed at Bermuda [the alleged MI-3 Innholders’ base for planning the contract killing of JFK and Lee Harvey Oswald] contributed very largely, in the case of some of the defendants almost wholly, to the successful outcome of the case.”

A highly successful industrialist before he was recruited by Winston Churchill to head-up British intelligence operations in the Western Hemisphere , Sir William Stephenson moved to Bermuda in the 1960s. Ironically, he and his wife lived in a suite on the top floor of the Princess Hotel for many years before buying a home in Paget.

Although he lived a private existence here, Sir William had a small circle of close Bermudian friends and provided a number of local charities with anonymous gifts. A scholarship for local business students was established in his name at the Bermuda College.

Sir William died in Bermuda in 1989 at the age of 92 and is buried at St. John’s Church, Pembroke.

“High up on my list of heroes is one of the great secret agents of the last war …,” said James Bond author Ian Fleming, who met Sir William when he served in British Naval Intelligence during World War Two.

“People often ask me how closely the ‘hero of my thrillers, James Bond, resembles a true, live secret agent.

“To begin with, James Bond is not in fact a hero, but an efficient and not very attractive blunt instrument in the hands of government, and though he is a meld of various qualities I noted among Secret Service men and commandos in the last war, he remains, of course, a highly romanticised version of the true spy.

“The real thing, who may be sitting next to you as you read this, is another kind of beast altogether. “…

Sir William Stephenson — decorated with the Military Cross and Distinguished Flying Cross for his exploits as an aviator in World War One — became one of the great secret agents of the last war, and it would be a foolish person who would argue his credentials …

“Bill Stephenson worked himself almost to death during the war, carrying out undercover operations and often dangerous assignments

“He was awarded the Presidential Medal for Merit, and I think he is the first non-American ever to receive this highest honour for a civilian. But it was surely [his] supreme reward that when Sir Winston Churchill recommended Bill Stephen son for a knighthood he should have minuted to King George

VI, ‘This one is dear to my heart.’
“It seems that other and far greater men than I also have their heroes.””

“Telstar is the name of various communications satellites. The first two Telstar satellites were experimental and nearly identical. Telstar 1 was launched on top of a Thor-Delta rocket on July 10, 1962. It successfully relayed through space the first television pictures, telephone calls, faximages and provided the first live transatlantic television feed. Telstar 2 was launched May 7, 1963. Telstar 1 and 2, though no longer functional, are still in orbit as of October 2013.[1]”

“1923 - Al Capone established his headquarters at the Lexington Hotel, at the corner of east 22nd Street (Cermak Road) and south Michigan Avenue, in Chicago. He also gained control of the Chicago suburb of Cicero, Illinois, as a "safe base" for his illegal operations.”

Serco [Formerly RCA, formerly Marconi] Loses UK Prisons Contract Amid SFO Fraud Investigation By LIANNA BRINDED : Subscribe to Lianna's RSS feed | November 22, 2013 10:46 AM GMT

Serco has lost its chance to win a lucrative UK prisons contract only a day after its UK and European chief executive Jeremy Stafford stepped down amid a Serious Fraud Office investigation into the embattled security group.

Serco revealed that it has lost out on the contract to run three UK prisons after the government decided they would be kept in the public sector's hands.

"From meetings with the UK government it is clear that the operational needs of the prisons will be best served by the necessary changes being implemented without further delay," said Ed Casey, acting group CEO, who replaced Chris Hyman in October.

"We are also continuing to make good progress across the various audits, reviews and our proposed corporate renewal programme within the timing previously communicated by government." The Ministry of Justice told IBTimes UK: "The Justice Secretary Chris Grayling has announced today that the South Yorkshire prison cluster (HMPs Lindhome, Moorland and Hatfield) will remain under Prison Service management.

"Serco was announced as the leading bidder for the prisons in July this year but the award of the contract was delayed as a result of investigations into the company's operations. "The Ministry of Justice now considers that it is not viable to delay the competition process any longer and all three prisons will now become part of the benchmarking process which is delivering swift reforms and impressive savings across the public sector prison estate." Serco Contracts on Ice

In July, Serco's bid on the deal to run the prisons was delayed following allegations that it misreported hundreds of millions of pounds worth of contracts to the government. The Ministry of Justice said it had seen evidence of misreporting by Serco on its £285m (€342m, $462m) contract to ferry individuals from courts to prison. It is accused of reporting the delivery of prisoners to and from courts when no such journey had taken place.

"It's become very clear there has been a culture within parts of Serco that has been totally unacceptable, and actions which need to be investigated by the police," said Grayling at the time.

"We have not seen evidence of systemic malpractice up to board level, but we have been clear with the company - unless it undertakes a rapid process of major change, and becomes completely open with government about the work it is doing for us, then it will not win public contracts in future.

"The taxpayer must know that their money is being properly used." Serco and G4S in Crisis

Both Serco and its counterpart G4S are under criminal investigation by the SFO amid allegations of over-charging the government for the electronic tagging of criminals, done on behalf of the Ministry of Justice.

An opening of criminal probes came days after the resignation of Serco group chief executive Hyman.

On 21 November, UK and Europe chief executive Jeremy Stafford also quit.

G4S UK chief executive Richard Morris, who had previously been managing director of electronic monitoring at G4S Care & Justice Services, also resigned.

The government has suspended Serco and rival G4S from signing any new contracts before the Cabinet Office review into existing work is complete.

Recently, Serco revealed that it will axe around 400 jobs in its UK and business process outsourcing operations.
