Marine Links Mrs. Clegg’s DLA Piper to RapidEye Tracker and Pistol Whipped Skull

United States Marine Field McConnell has linked Mrs. Clegg’s DLA Piper colleagues to EADS RapidEye tracking services allegedly used by the pistol-whipping pedophile client who fractured Zainab al-Hilli’s skull.

McConnell claims Mrs. Clegg’s erstwhile DLA Piper clients used EADS RapidEye tracking satellites to turn CCTV cameras away from crime scenes and thereby protect the identity of the snuff-film-team members who pistol whipped Zainab and shot her parents.

“Mail Online .. Did gunman trail Alps massacre victims all the way from their home in Britain? Police check CCTV footage as they retrace 600-mile journey Detectives are analysing data from hundreds of CCTV cameras on highways, toll points and petrol stations Investigation likely to last months because of the holiday traffic By ABUL TAHER and NICK CONSTABLE PUBLISHED: 01:01 GMT, 16 September 2012 | UPDATED: 01:11 GMT, 16 September 2012 .. Saad Al-Hilli, from Surrey, was murdered in a suspected assassination while on holiday with his family in France Police will trawl through thousands of hours of CCTV footage as they retrace the 600-mile journey undertaken by the Al-Hilli family before they were gunned down in an Alpine beauty spot. Detectives are investigating a theory that the hitman who killed four people and left a seven-year-old girl for dead may have followed the British family from their home in Surrey. Engineer Saad Al-Hilli, 50, his wife Ikbal, 47, and her mother Suhaila Al-Allaf, 74, were killed 11 days ago as they sat in their maroon BMW near a campsite in Annecy, eastern France. The couple’s daughter, Zainab, seven, survived despite being shot in the shoulder and pistol-whipped in the head. … Meanwhile, it is understood that Mr Al-Hilli worked for a satellite company which is being investigated by MI5 over fears it has been targeted by foreign agencies that want to develop hostile spying operations. A cousin of Mr Al-Hilli, who was contacted in Baghdad but refused to be identified, said: ‘If you investigate and find out about Saad’s job, you will know who’s behind his killing.’ The cousin, who lives in Istanbul but was on a business trip to Baghdad, added: ‘We have been told by the police not to say anything more.’ It is believed that French police are examining Iraqi-born Mr Al-Hilli’s work with Surrey Satellite Technology Limited (SSTL). Intelligence sources said the company had ‘been of interest’ to MI5 for ten years during which time the security service had conducted surveillance operations on British-based individuals who had made contact with SSTL.”

“A member of the U.S. House Intelligence Committee joined a colleague in urging law firm DLA Piper LLP’s Washington office to reconsider representing China phone-equipment maker ZTE Corp. (763) ZTE’s executives, along with Huawei Technologies Co., tried to dispel allegations by U.S. lawmakers that their potential expansions may increase cyberattacks and spying in a hearing yesterday. In what was described as the first appearance by Chinese executives at a congressional hearing, the executives heard accusations they haven’t cooperated with an investigation or shown they’re independent from a government accused of stealing U.S. intellectual property. Republican representatives Sue Myrick of North Carolina, a member of the intelligence committee, and Frank Wolf of Virginia in a letter yesterday told DLA Piper they’re disappointed the law firm is advising ZTE “as it attempts to circumvent U.S. government concern and gain a larger share of the U.S. marketplace.” The letter cited “threats your client may pose to the national security of the United States.” DLA had no comment, John Merrigan, a Washington-based partner, said in an e-mail. Huawei and ZTE, both based in Shenzhen, told lawmakers at the hearing the companies aren’t controlled by the Chinese government, which Mike McConnell, a former U.S. director of national intelligence, has called the “the most prolific” state thief of U.S. intellectual property.
