As stated in yesterday's e-mail I am trying to pull together different strands to explain how courts, councils etc., work together to the detriment of the public at large (Brian Gerrish did an excellent job of this) Until then this is the best, if somewhat confusing, explanation I have of how/why the Judges ruled the way they did yesterday.

In the main our Hospitals, Councils/ Social Services probation etc., either operate as a (PPP)Public Private Partnership, effectively privatisation, or as Trusts. Whether publicly funded(most are) or not is neither here nor there, the fact of the matter is that any perceived (government) authority attributed to them in the past was lost with their change of status. What I have observed over the last 3-4 weeks is that actions taken against a target by Councilst etc., with the aid of selected solicitors via magistrates courts are a completely fraudulent racket aimed at extorting an agreement which is then rubber stamped at County Court Level and above. The High Court Judges did not make a ruling because they would have then become accessories to prior actions. Government and the judiciary are aware that this scenario is being played out all over the country on a daily basis. Whether families, motoring offences, property disputes etc., everything hinges on people being co-erced, using brutality,force or finance as a weapon where necesary, into agreements so a higher court judge can then rubber stamp it without fear of reprisal and at the same time completely whitewashing past actions.

Ann and Hollies legal team knew this, everyone on 'the other side' knew they were being strung along until they could be pushed into accepting the esablishments desired outcome. The same with Brian Green. Personally, I was strung along for years over a manufactured property dispute, they took nearly everything, in fact my ultimatum was 'reach an agreement - however many mediation meetings I had to pay for, or risk a judge ruling that I loose everything and more. I have endured years (and still am) of mistreatment at the hands of theses scumbags but can only hazard a guess at the turmoil, fear and terror that Hollie, Ann, and now Brian have been knowingly put through.
