Hawks CAFE is asking UKIP to investigate Crown Agents' Sisters for the development of the South African Net1 e-payment system, apparently used by David Cameron, a former Jardine Matheson ship jumper, to procure credit for pink-bag pedophiles to operate a triangular trade in commodities such as drugs, fish, guns, explosives and kidnapped children.

In exchange for the fish and lumber, plantation owners on Barbados stuffed the vessel with barrels of molasses, the sweet dark sticky byproduct of sugar manufacturing. From Barbados, the shipmaster then returned to Boston and delivered up the molasses to distillers in exchange for rum. The holds that brought in barrels of molasses now carried away barrels of rum. From Boston to Africa with Rum Now the vessel, laden with rum, crossed the Atlantic to the west coast of Africa to places where Africans had been captured and collected in sweltering prison camps. The shipmaster then bargained with the Europeans and Africans who controlled the captives: so much rum for so many slaves [Bordereaux agreements between Scriveners, Solicitors and Insurers]. The deal struck, the slaves were crammed into the vessel's hold. The ship then sailed for the Caribbean. Now the shipmaster traded slaves for molasses [Disputes settled by Arbitrators], and then returned to Boston. This trade evolved over decades, making many merchants rich [Bankers]. Boston merchants weren't alone in this trade. Traders from Britain and from other American ports also competed. By the 1760s, most Boston merchants had abandoned the slave trade to merchants in other ports, especially those in Newport, Rhode Island, which by then was the center for slave trade in the northern colonies."

It is difficult for me to believe that this was his only motivation. As we finish talking he tells me something else. The two leaders of the pirates that hijacked the CEC Future have since been killed. One of them was shot dead by his own men as soon as he reached the shore in a battle over the ransom money."

Brenda Stewart, senior vice president of sales and marketing for Nasdaq-listed Net1 UEPS Technologies, deals with such ambitions as part of her daily job description. Net1 has designed and developed a payment platform called UEPS (universal electronic payment system) not unlike the kind you'd find in use by most modern banks. The only difference is it makes use of smartcard and biometric fingerprint technology for secure identification. In 1989, the founders of the UEPS, who had previously designed, developed and operated Saswitch (the shared ATM/point-of-sale switching system used in South Africa) realised these payment systems only catered for the top 20 percent of the market. Stewart retells the origin of the company with fondness: "When these issues were investigated, it became clear that they were common to all countries in the world. In some countries, the 'banked' portion of the population is as low as five percent. This was our challenge: we needed to address it," she says. Going to war In Iraq, Net1 is the technology provider to a consortium [allegedly led by Crown Agents] deploying the UEPS as a payment system. The UEPS platform will provide interoperability between ATMs, merchant devices and bank branches. In the first stage, the system is being used to distribute grants to about one million war victims and martyrdom beneficiaries, as well as the payment of pensions to about two million people. "We're very excited," says Stewart. "A number of other business enquiries and opportunities are arising from the government, banks and business sectors in Iraq. If the UEPS can be deployed and operate successfully in a wartorn country like Iraq, it can work anywhere." Net1 aside, one could imagine the application of this payment system in a country like Zimbabwe. The somewhat Utopian ideal of a cashless society makes sense in a country that's seen its economy virtually implode, and forced to shift to transacting in US dollars. The biggest problem is that Zimbabwe doesn't have enough foreign exchange to run an economy in US dollars. Forex that enters the system in the form of salaries is being removed from the country. Why not flood merchants and banks with terminals? Why not saturate merchants and bank branches with POS terminals to perform all transactions (sales, money transfers, bill payments, micro-loans) electronically? In effect, you'd be able to keep cash inside the economy. Problem solved? Currently, Net1's smartcards can cater for up to 255 different wallets, and Stewart admits that the team can "only think of about 14 applications". The company has designed a range of applications, products and services off its switching, settlement, clearing and smartcard system. Banking is only one of these. The technology could be used as a national identity card, together with a bank account. "You could add multiple applications to this," she says. The opportunities are indeed endless: government transportation, national health insurance, voting, tracking the issuing of medication. It's only a matter of time before a country snaps up the idea. Stewart jokes light-heartedly with Belamant that perhaps the mission should be to "rule the world [with murder for hire?]". One day, quite possibly."

Their abductors, members of the Mandela United Football Club take them to the home of Winnie Mandela where they are accused of being police informers and beaten for 3 days. His battered, stabbed, decomposing body [bearing signs of pedophile torture and rape?] is later found in a nearby riverbed."
