Crown Gaulthier registered pig farm for sextortion of RCMP
Hawks CAFE is asking UKIP to investigate Crown Agents Sisters’ Paule Gauthier and her colleagues in re the 1996 launch of a Crown-registered charity ‘Piggy’s Palace Good Times Society’, allegedly for use in the collection of snuff-film images and DNA samples at a B.C. pig farm and the ‘sextortion’ of RCMP and Canadian government officials.
Our KSM agents have evidence that Crown Agents Sisters set up the pig farm as a registered charity to collect snuff-film content and Stasi-style Geruchsproben (‘smell samples’) in a conspiracy to sextort visitors into providing support for alleged criminal and terrorist activities.

Robert Pickton was "a pretty quiet guy, hard to strike up a conversation with, but I don’t think he had much use for men." Pickton drove a converted bus with deeply tinted windows, Hiscox told authorities. "It was Willie’s pride and joy," he said, "and he wouldn’t part with it for anything. Willie used it a lot." The brothers also ran a supposed charity, the Piggy Palace Good Times Society, registered with the Canadian government in 1996 as a non-profit society intended to "organize, co-ordinate, manage and operate special events, functions, dances, shows and exhibitions on behalf of service organizations, sports organizations and other worthy groups." According to Hiscox, the "special events" convened at Piggy Palace--a converted building at the hog farm--were drunken raves that featured "entertainment" by an ever-changing cast of Downtown Eastside prostitutes.”

Since 1994 Gauthier serves as Honorary Consul General for Sweden in Quebec City. In 1990, she was made an Officer of the Order of Canada. In 2001, she was made an Officer of the National Order of Quebec. Also in 2001 she was made an Officer of the Royal Order of the Polar Star, by His Majesty King Carl XVI Gustaf of Sweden and in 2008 she was elevated to Commander of that order.”

The Stasi -- East German secret police -- kept an enormous museum of "smell samples" of German citizens, kept in case they ever needed to give hunting dogs the scent of a fugitive criminal. After the fall of the Berlin Wall, many astounding revelations came to light about the Stasi, the East German secret police. One of the more bizarre activities the Stasi was found to have engaged in was the collection of Geruchsproben — smell samples — for the benefit of the East German smell hounds. The odors, collected during interrogations using a perforated metal “smell sample chair” or by breaking into people’s homes and stealing their dirty underwear, were stored in small glass jars. Many of the remaining East German smell jars are on display at the Stasi Museum in Berlin. They are also described in Stasiland by Anna Funder.”
“Pickton's rights breached six times But judge ruled none were serious enough to merit excluding the damning evidence By Lori Culbert, Vancouver Sun August 5, 2010 Robert (Willie) Pickton's Charter rights were breached by police at least six times during the investigation into the missing women case, Pickton's trial judge ruled during the lengthy legal proceedings against the accused. In most instances, B.C. Supreme Court Justice James Williams ruled the jury would be allowed to hear about the evidence, because to rule otherwise would put the administration of justice in disrepute .. The initial search of Pickton's property, when officers found the belongings of two murder victims and a damning firearm with a sex toy attached; parts of the cell plant operation, during which Pickton made certain confessions to an undercover officer; and the police seizure of Pickton's clothing, which bore the DNA of two murder victims. The defence sought to have thrown out all of the video and some of the audio recordings of Pickton's interaction with an undercover officer posing as his cellmate after his arrest in the missing women case on Feb. 22, 2002, when he said he had killed 49 women and had planned to kill one more before taking a break, making a 5-0 sign with his hand; and when he also said that he used a rendering plant to dispose of bodies. The police had days-old warrants to intercept private communications involving Pickton, but those warrants didn't extend to conversations in a jail cell. However, the Crown argued that Pickton should have had no expectation of privacy while in a jail cell with a stranger. The judge disagreed, ruling Pickton's Charter rights were, in fact, breached by the audio recording of his conversation with the undercover agent in the cell. That was partly because, Williams wrote, Pickton didn't appear to understand when a police officer warned him earlier that day that he would be audio-and videotaped. "I also consider it relevant that Mr. Pickton appears to be a simple person," Williams said in his written ruling. "It is apparent that Mr. Pickton exhibits a certain unsuspecting quality with respect to the criminal process that is inconsistent with a belief that his communications would be monitored and captured while he was in custody." But the judge ruled his rights were not breached by the videotape, since inmates are routinely captured by security cameras and Pickton had "repeated" conversations with his cellmate about an "ornament" in his cell being a video camera. Williams made this conclusion, he wrote, despite Pickton "engag[ing] in intensely personal behaviour" in front of the camera -he masturbated on his cell bed just hours after his arrest. Police did get a warrant to start audio recording Pickton in the cell by 11 a.m. the next day, about 19 hours after he was first placed in the cell. By that point, Pickton had not yet made his damning statements about the 49 murders and the rendering plant. The judge ruled the audio breach was not egregious and that there was no other reliable way to introduce the evidence -which was crucial to the Crown's case -- except by relying on what was obtained through the Charter violation. "Mr. Pickton is charged with a large number of counts of first-degree murder and the case has a notoriety of nearly unparalleled dimension. While that cannot dictate an outcome that is other than principled, the magnitude of the charges weigh in favour of the admission of the evidence," Williams wrote in his March 2006 ruling. In a separate voir dire, also argued in 2006 without the jury present, veteran defence lawyer Glenn Orris convinced the judge that Pickton's Charter rights were violated two times when the RCMP entered Pickton's farm for the first time in February 2002. Police were searching the farm looking for illegal weapons, based on a tip from a source, and then stumbled across items belonging to two missing women. Williams agreed there were Charter violations when the RCMP officer got the search warrant approved using a telewarrant system instead of a justice of the peace; and when the same officer questioned Pickton, following his arrest, about what police might find in his house, even though Pickton had already indicated he would want to speak with a lawyer. Orris argued, therefore, that the jury should never hear about some of the evidence police seized in that initial search -in particular, a .22-calibre gun with a dildo attached to the barrel, containing the DNA of Pickton and victim Mona Wilson. "If you co-opt the justice system," Orris told the judge, "you can't come back to court to say 'Although our hands are dirty ... we now want you to admit this evidence against Mr. Pickton." But Williams ruled neither of the breaches was serious enough to lose that key piece of evidence. Orris had also strenuously argued the firearms search warrant was just a trumped-up "fishing expedition" for curious investigators to get on to Pickton's farm to snoop for any evidence in the missing women case, but Williams rejected the argument. "While the manner in which the search warrant was obtained and executed may not have been a model of ideal police work, it was also not part of the grand design alleged by the defence," Williams said in his ruling. The third set of breaches involved a rookie RCMP officer who took clothes and some bloody bandages from Pickton's hospital room without a warrant following a March 1997 knife fight that resulted in both Pickton and a woman going to Royal Columbian Hospital with serious injuries. Pickton was arrested for attempted murder in the case but charges were later stayed. However, the clothing remained in a police storage locker for years. Following Pickton's arrest in the missing women case in 2002, investigators had the lab test the boots and jacket and discovered the DNA of two women, Cara Ellis and Andrea Borhaven, who had disappeared from the Downtown Eastside just before the March 1997 knife fight. Pickton would later be charged with both their murders .. However, one month later, Williams was responsible for ensuring the jury never heard about the clothing when in his next ruling, written in August 2006, he split the trial in two, banishing the Borhaven and Ellis murder charges -along with their DNA on Pickton's clothing -from the accused's 2007 trial. lculbert@vancouversun.com”
