Dear Lord Pearson and Mr. Farage:
Crown Sisters Baroness Garden and The Launderers’ 9/11
Hawks CAFE is asking UKIP to investigate Crown Agents Sisters’ Baroness Garden for her apparent use of sleeper cells deployed by The Worshipful Company of Launderers in the spoliation of evidence of her late husband’s alleged role as ‘maestro’ of the 9/11 war games.
Our KSM agents suspect that Crown Agents use Livery Companies (see crests of the Launderers, World Traders, and Air Pilots and Air Navigators) to place women such as Baroness Garden, in sex-trap or wife-servant roles with opportunities for disrupting crime scene investigations and protecting maestro husbands from prosecution (Google Promis).
KSM has evidence that Crown Agents paid Sister Garden at City & Guilds (1988-2008) to embed Launderers’ sleeper cells in City Livery Company networks and extort (?) Tim Garden, her late Air Marshal husband, into retiring from the RAF to prepare a 9/11 war game with al-Qaeda decoy-and-drone maneuvers and a no-fly zone for the US Air Force!
“The purpose of terrorism is to frighten you. 11-Oct-01 Tim Garden writes: In most counter-terrorist operations, the military are always subservient to the forces of law and order and the intelligence activities, even when it’s overseas. The international community now have started building up the most extraordinary coalition across the world, which means that intelligence can be shared in a way that was unthinkable even a fortnight ago. We’ve [?] focused and personalized this around one individual which is always slightly difficult, - Osima bin Laden. There would perhaps be great satisfaction in bringing him to justice, and I would prefer that we captured him and took him to a court and tried him. But however it is done, the elimination of one man will not end terrorism. The campaign – and I don’t go much for the use of the word ‘war’ in all this – it is a long-drawn-out counter-terrorist campaign that we are talking about – will have to continue even if we are successful in the very difficult task of finding one man in a remote region of the world. Nevertheless, the infrastructure that he has can be removed by military means, and I think we will see that done in the near term.”
“Sue Garden was born in London and read Modern Languages at St Hilda's College Oxford. “NATO Review Summer 2002 ... Should NATO's new function be counter-terrorism? .. [Tim Garden wrote ..] After the regime change in Afghanistan, there is no common view among Alliance members about the best means to tackle the longer-term threat of international terrorism. The Europeans, with considerable counter-terrorist experience, know that there are no simple short-term military answers. As you say, we need a multi-dimensional strategy that relies not just on military force but also on new forms of diplomatic, financial, economic, intelligence, customs and police cooperation. NATO is not the forum for such intricate and complex approaches. Fortunately, Europe does have the beginnings of a supranational approach to these new security problems. The European Union provides the mechanism for shared justice and home affairs approaches. Despite the difficulties of pooling counter-terrorist intelligence, even between agencies within a nation, the European Union has much more prospect of achieving useful cooperation than NATO. Tackling the long-term causes of terrorism through conflict-prevention measures and overseas aid has been a strength of Europe, which currently spends three times as much as the United States on such activities. Only in the field of military capability does the European Union continue to fail, and NATO has had little success in moves to rectify this weakness. If NATO decides to make the war on terrorism its focus, the transatlantic divide on both strategy and tactics will deepen. Better that we accept that NATO has a niche utility for some years to come. It makes it easier for military coalitions to form when needed. It provides reassurance to the new member nations, and a forum for grandiose gestures to old enemies. We are all comfortable with its continuing existence; but it would be foolish to think that its members would be prepared to sign a blank cheque to underwrite a US view of how to tackle terrorism. NATO was appropriate in an age of mutual deterrence. For today's global problems, which extend into many other areas than terrorism, the European Union and the United States need to cooperate and do so through a strengthened United Nations, rather than a regional military alliance.”

“The Company of Launderers owes its existence to a group of men who met on a sticky humid day at the height of summer at a meeting room which had been double booked and the distinguished guest speaker failing to appear! The meeting took place in 1957 [The year in which alleged serial killer John Bodkin Adams was prosecuted after having been arrested the previous year for the murder of two elderly widows, Gertrude Hullett and Edith Alice Morrell]” .. “In 1964 the Royal College of Heralds made a ‘Grant of Arms’ to the Company and this armorial crest brings together several symbolic as well as real elements of the Livery’s history. Central to the design is Henry Sidgier’s patented washing machine of 1782, as well as symbolic depictions of a domestic cat – the cleanest of all animals - surrounded by lilies and sunflowers – symbols of the launderer’s ambition to provide purity, warmth and brightness to their customers. Also depicted are: Princess Nausicaa from Homer’s Odyssey and an eighteenth century washerwoman carrying a washing dolly; both these representing the practices and ancient status of the Laundrycraft [and, more subtly, reveal the opportunities for The Launderers to sabotage a prosecution with patented evidentiary information technology as described below]”
“Crown Agents is exactly what its name implies, an agent of Her Majesty the Queen. It was founded in 1833 as Crown Agents for the Colonies, and historically played a vital role in the creation and management of what British historians call the Third Empire .. Crown Agents printed the stamps and banknotes of the colonies; provided technical, engineering, and financial services; served as private bankers to the colonial monetary authorities, government officials, and heads of state; served as arms procurers, quartermasters, and paymasters for the colonial armies .. Her Majesty's Murder, Inc. .. Crown Agents' range of ``services''--arms procurement, border controls, offshore banking--also nicely fit the ``administrative requirements'' of the world's organized crime cartels .. review of some of the more sordid aspects of the recent history of Crown Agents, suggests that the firm has been at the center of the British Crown's highly sensitive patronage of global organized crime--what EIR long ago dubbed Dope, Inc.”
