Off Limits Questions for the WH Press Corps

The Wayne Madsen Report (WMR) has learned from a veteran member of the White House Press Corps that the Obama administration has made it known through White House Press Secretary Robert Gibbs and other White House Communications officials that certain questions posed by the reporters who cover the White House are definitely off-limits. On the banned list are:

• any questions about Obama’s post-Columbia University employment with Business International Corporation (BIC), a global financial and political information company that WMR previously reported was a front for the CIA
• Obama’s withheld records while he was a student at Occidental College in Los Angeles from 1979 to 1981
• his records at Columbia

At the same time he was attending Occidental, Obama, using the name Barry Soetoro and an Indonesian passport issued under the same name, traveled to Pakistan during the US buildup to assist the Afghan Mujaheddin. WMR has learned from informed sources in Kabul that Obama has been extremely friendly, through personal correspondence on White House letterhead, with a private military company that counts among its senior personnel a number of Afghan mujaheddin-Soviet war veterans who fought alongside the late Northern Alliance commander Ahmad Shah Masood. The firm is also involved in counter-insurgency operations in Colombia, where Obama is building seven new military bases, and Iraq.

In 1981, Obama spent time in Jacobabad and Karachi, Pakistan, and appeared to have an older American “handler,” possibly a CIA officer. WMR previously reported that Obama also crossed the border from Pakistan and spent some time in India. At the time of Obama’s stay in Pakistan, the country was being built up as a base for the anti-Soviet Afghan insurgency by President Carter’s National Security Adviser Zbigniew Brzezinski and later by President Reagan’s CIA director William Casey.

Obama has suspiciously refused to release his transcripts from Occidental or Columbia University and he has remained cagey about his post-Columbia employment with BIC.

The word from the White House Press Corps is that if anyone were to ask Obama about BIC or possible past CIA work, domestically or abroad, the offending reporter would see a quick pulling of the White House press credential.

Levy, a Rhodes Scholar, appears to have helped Sidley Austin broker Carbon Disclosure Project catastrophe-bond insurance frauds during 9/11 when the ‘winning’ cat bond sponsors included Rhodes Scholars and alumni and/or faculty at the Kellogg School of Management.

Besides real estate development, Levy is the founder of Levy Restaurants, a nationwide culinary, catering and hospitality business. Levy Restaurants has hosted and continues to cater events such as the Kentucky Derby, World Series, Major League Baseball's All-Star Game, Super Bowl, GRAMMY Awards, and the NHL and NBA All-Star Games.

Hawks CAFE believes Levy is currently using an Olympics caterers’ bombing network to extort a carbon levy from host governments.

We alledge that Oxford alumni Tony Blair and Ed Balls, in a joint venture with Northern Trust Hedge Fund director Larry Levy, are using a ‘RAKHET’ network of Rhodes Scholars and the Kellogg School of Management to hedge earth temperatures and extort violators with contract killers based out of al-Qaeda Camp Mirage in Dubai, UAE.

Note: Managers of the Northern Trust hedge fund, who allegedly invested in Blair Brown-Balls cat bond frauds through 9/11, also provided the mortgage for the Obama Chicago mansion and arranged a loan of $170 million to Saddam's banker Nadhmi Auchi for a development in the South Loop of Chicago.

David Hawkins: Well, hello, Rayelan, it’s nice to be with you ahm, from my point of view there is no other story than the arrest on Sunday of Colonel Russell Williams, the Canadian Officer who appears to have been flying Bombardier electronic warfare and combat support jets through the nine-one-one attack on the United States, and he‘s been arrested and charged with murder and sexual assault. Of course he’s innocent until proved guilty ahm, those attacks, assaults and murders are associated with snuff films.

Rayelan: Now he wouldn’t happened to have been out at the pig farm would he have been?

David: That’s what we can on to, but very important for Americans, Australians, Canadian and British soldiers in Afghanistan, this man who would have flown Canadian Prime Ministers ad generals into key parts of the world including General Michaelle Jean [I think this is the correct name] Afghanistan.

David: Ah, was in charge of a Canadian intelligence base called ah, Mirage which is responsible for intelligence and logistics for Canadian Forces in Afghanistan where they’re getting shot and blown up on a regular basis with improvised explosive devices.

When I was in Tehran in September 2002, I had the opportunity to discuss in depth the events of September 11 with Hussein Shariatmadari, Director of the Kheyan press agency and spokesperson for the Supreme Leader of the Islamic Revolution. It was my first encounter with someone who had such a detailed knowledge of the events. We continued our discussion until late in the day.

On this occasion, he shared with me the investigative findings of his associates. They had pursued the same hypothesis as the one advanced by Pino Cabras (see below), but with far greater means at their disposal. They had constituted biographical profiles for each of the passengers on all four planes.

Their findings showed that 75% of the passengers had connections with the Pentagon, not only on flight AA77 but also on all the other flights. —Thierry Meyssan

On board Flight 77 there was a high density of passengers who worked at classified positions in the Defense sector: between 16 and 21 persons out of a total of 58 passengers.

The majority were aerospace engineers. One of them, Mr. Yamnicky, who worked in that capacity for the Veridian Corp., was a longtime CIA operative. Another passenger on the list, Mr. Caswell, led a team of about one hundred scientists for the US Navy. Others worked for Boeing and Raytheon in El Segundo, California, on a project dubbed Black Hawk.

Internet Cyber Attack War Game to be Broadcast on CNN

Recently there have been various schemes proposed for more government control of the internet. At first they dangled a carrot offering considerably increased bandwidth and programming in the form of Internet 2 which also came with an increased price tag. The result would have been an internet more akin to television with users getting a free pass to large corporate sites but paying to access blogs such as this one which would have been the end for many sites.

When the public took a pass on Internet 2, the government tried the stick in the form of internet security—more “be afraid, be very afraid.” Last March Senator Jay Rockefeller stated that the internet is the “number one national hazard” to national security and he believes that the former Director of National Intelligence Mike McConnell and Obama’s current director Admiral Dennis C. Blair agree.

According to a post by Barbara Kiviat to her blog at TIME.com:

I just went to a panel discussion about Internet security and let me tell you, it was scar-y. Between individual fraud, organized crime, corporate espionage and government spying, it's an incredibly dangerous world out there, which, according to one panelist, is growing exponentially worse.

At the World Economic Forum in Davos, Switzerland last month, Craig Mundie, Microsoft's chief research and strategy officer, proposed a solution in the form of a ‘Driver’s License For The Internet.’ The implication was that internet users are driving without a license.

To convince us of the danger and the real threat of internet security, the Bipartisan Policy Center (BPC) plans to simulate a cyber attack on America’s infrastructure on February 16, 2010 in a scenario reminiscent of the 9/11 war games and Northwestern University's International Center for Advanced Internet Research (iCAIR). According to a BPC press release issued today, the exercise, called Cyber ShockWave, “will provide an unprecedented look at how the government would develop a real-time response to a large-scale cyber crisis affecting much of the nation.”



It will be quite realistic, featuring senior officials, former officials and advisers. A production company has been hired to re-create a White House Sit Room in the Mandarin Oriental Hotel, professional scriptwriters have been working with experts to create a real-life simulation and all of it will be aired on CNN.

Participants include:

• John Negroponte, the first DNI, will be the fictional Secretary of State
• Michael Chertoff, Ex-DHS Secretary, will be the National Security Adviser
• Fran Townsend, former White House Homeland Security Adviser, will be secretary of DHS
• John McLaughlin, former CIA deputy director, will be the Director of National Intelligence
• Jamie Gorelick, Deputy Attorney General, will be Attorney General

Rules

Life on Earth is a game and runs on rules—the rules of the game. As a rule, we, the people, normally make the rules for our game, but over time, a bully has quietly rewritten the rules and the people obligingly play along.

This bully is a tyrant, a dictator, playing a dictator game and writing the rules to suit itself.

Thomas Barnett works for the dictator. 

Thomas P. M. Barnett calls himself “a strategic planner who has worked in national security affairs since the end of the Cold War and has operated his own consulting practice, Barnett Consulting, since 1998.”

Here is how Barnett defines Rule Sets: “A collection of rules that delineates how some activity normally unfolds.”

Compare that to algorithm (another word in popular use by the dictator and its agents): “A process or set of rules to be followed in calculations or other problem-solving operations.”

Captain Sherlock has called the dictator’s algorithms—Al Gore Rhythms and they can be used to trigger catastrophic events in a process the Captain calls “Murder by Numbers”. We’ll soon see why.

When the existing Rule Set no longer suits the tyrant, the dictator rewrites the rules and this process is called ‘Rule set reset’.

Barnett says about ‘Rule set reset’: “When you realize that your world is woefully lacking certain types of rules, you start making up those new rules with a vengeance (i.e. the Patriot Act, the doctrine of preemption).”

Anthropogenic Global Warming

The dictator has decided that the control of all people on Earth will be beneficial to the dictator. To that end, the dictator has written rules to establish this control.

The dictator has decided that Anthropogenic—from the Greek meaning man-made—Global Warming (AWG) will be the means to bring all people on this planet under its control. In order for this to occur, the people of Earth must believe that AWG is a real and current threat to their survival.

AWG is not about pollution even if the dictator has instructed the Environmental Protection Agency to write a rule (‘Rule set reset’) declaring CO2 a pollutant. EPA rules are man-made (anthropogenic) and do not overwrite the rules of nature. CO2 is a part of a natural system and is necessary for life on Earth. Humans breathe in oxygen and exhale CO2. Plants reverse this process, taking in CO2 and releasing oxygen.

By setting a cap on the amount of CO2 in an area occupied by humans, the dictator can control all humans since all humans breathe. If the dictator says that an airplane is allowed only 350 ppm CO2 (humans expel CO2 at the rate of 14,000 ppm), the cabin of the plane will eventually reach a level greater than the 350 ppm cap if the humans remain inside the cabin long enough and if the cabin air is not refreshed.

When the 350 ppm cap is reached, the dictator then decides whether or not to take action. Although the dictator may write a rule that 350 ppm is a danger to the Earth, the reality is that the Earth is not harmed by humans exhaling CO2 at 14,000 ppm.

Jack: Field, you were plowing through snow yesterday, something like that, you were in the Midwest bad weather we’re having?

Field: Ah ya, I started out Sunday morning from Nashville, Tennessee where I had been down in the Tea Party Convention and I had to stop driving at about Waverly, Iowa due to slippery roads, poor visibility and ah, all sorts of vehicles slinging themselves around randomly and ah, when I left Waverly, Iowa yesterday morning at about eight-thirty AM the visibility was poor, the roads were slippery and once again, it looked like a pinball machine rather than a highway and I would say, yesterday morning I probably saw sixty accidents some of them…

Jack: My goodness.

Field: …ya, it was, it was not a good day to be driving and ah, but I feel very fortunate that I had the luxury of time and no deadline so I could, you know, use a little bit of good judgment and try to avoid the ditch. But ah, you know, getting home safely yesterday was not a good bet and some how I was fortunate enough to do so. So, it’s nice to be home and it’s nice to be on your show again, Jack.

Jack: Well, thank you very much, I appreciate that. I have been, I’ve been to Waverly and I went to school in Iowa, eastern Iowa and I know what Midwest snowstorms can be like and you just find a nice warm place somewhere and you stay there until it’s over with.

Field: That’s what I did Sunday night and an added bonus I got to the hotel about fifteen minutes before the Super Bowl started.

Jack: There’s some other stuff going on out there that I want my listeners to hear you guys talk about especially the ah, ahm, what’s Emerson-Sandor doing with these Mindbox algorithms. What the possible – you know, this Middleton, Connecticut where the Clean Power Plant was partially blown up, people were killed. What that has to do with the Olympic Games that start this Friday? After Hawkins-McConnell KTKK Interview-Utah Passes Resolution Calling on EPA to Stop CO2 Reduction Programs

Abel Danger awards the Utah House of Representatives it's first ever “You Get It!” award for passing the Climate Change Joint Resolution.

1 Jan 2010—Utah State Representatives introducted House Joint Resolution 12 which implies that climate change science is a conspiracy and urges the United States Environmental Protection Agency to stop all carbon dioxide reduction policies and programs.

Citing the hacked emails between scientists at the Climate Research Unit at University of East Anglia and their colleagues, the resolution states there is “a well organized and ongoing effort to manipulate global temperature data in order to produce a global warming outcome” and declares that the EPA's endangerment finding is “based on flawed climate data.”

The resolution calls on the EPA “to immediately halt its carbon dioxide reduction policies and programs and withdraw its ‘Endangerment Finding’ and related regulations until a full and independent investigation of the climate data conspiracy and global warming science can be substantiated.”

4 Feb 2010—A legislative committee moved House Joint Resolution 12 to the Utah House floor on a vote of 10-to-1.



9 Feb 2010—At 7 am in Salt Lake City, David Hawkins and Field McConnell appeared on Utah's Jack Stockwell radio talk show (KTKK AM 630) and discussed the 9/11 Carbon scam and associated cat bond risks to state pension funds. Is the recent arrest of Colonel Russell Williams, Canadian Prime Minister Harper's former pilot and the coordinator of airborne security for the Vancouver Winter Olympics, the signal of a plan developed by JP Morgan Chase associates of Andre Desmarais (former Special Assistant to the Minister of Justice of Canada and a director of Bombardier on 9/11) for an Olympic coup d'état to overthrow the government of Canada?
