A Guide for Budding Captain Sherlocks, Part 1

At the heart of the Captain Sherlock material is insurance fraud based on racketeering, extortion and murder for hire orchestrated by members of a power elite operating under the cover of universities and law firms.

To understand this power elite who plan to control the world, it may be useful to understand words and terms which they commonly use. Captain Sherlocks may think of these words and terms as the language of the elite.

Rules

Life on Earth is a game and runs on rules—the rules of the game. As a rule, we, the people, normally make the rules for our game, but over time, a bully has quietly rewritten the rules and the people obligingly play along.

This bully is a tyrant, a dictator, playing a dictator game and writing the rules to suit itself.

Thomas Barnett works for the dictator.

Thomas P. M. Barnett calls himself “a strategic planner who has worked in national security affairs since the end of the Cold War and has operated his own consulting practice, Barnett Consulting, since 1998.”

Here is how Barnett defines Rule Sets: “A collection of rules that delineates how some activity normally unfolds.”

Compare that to algorithm (another word in popular use by the dictator and its agents): “A process or set of rules to be followed in calculations or other problem-solving operations.”

Captain Sherlock has called the dictator’s algorithms—Al Gore Rhythms and they can be used to trigger catastrophic events in a process the Captain calls “Murder by Numbers”. We’ll soon see why.

When the existing Rule Set no longer suits the tyrant, the dictator rewrites the rules and this process is called ‘Rule set reset’.

Barnett says about ‘Rule set reset’: “When you realize that your world is woefully lacking certain types of rules, you start making up those new rules with a vengeance (i.e. the Patriot Act, the doctrine of preemption).”

Syndicates

Another word to understand is syndicate. If you are interested in or deal in finance, you may be familiar with this word.

Because financial deals are so large in these days of globalization (globalization is another of the dictator's rules) no single person or financial institution has the funds required for the really big transactions. In the case of very large loans, groups of lenders participate in the funding. The group of lenders is called a syndicate and the loan offered by the syndicate is said to be a syndicated loan.
  • syndicate—group of lenders
  • syndicated loan—the loan granted by a syndicate
  • bank syndicate—a group of banks that lend to a single borrower
One thing that came to the mind of Captain Sherlock is that when groups of criminal organizations engage in illegal activities they are called crime syndicates.

Wikipedia says that a syndicated loan is one that is provided by a group of lenders (the syndicate) and is structured, arranged, and administered by one or several commercial or investment banks known as arrangers.

When a criminal organization takes your money for protection, you pay a ‘bag man’. You could think of these investment bank arrangers and administers as ‘bag men’. Currently a major ‘bag man’ is Goldman Sachs.

Major syndicates for the purposes of our story are:
  • retirement funds like Teachers Insurance and Annuity Association—College Retirement Equities Fund (TIAA-CREF)—one of the largest financial services companies in the US with more than 3.6 million individuals from 15,000 institutions with $398 billion in assets under management
  • labor unions, i.e. International Brotherhood of Teamsters (IBT), Service Employees International Union (SEIU), Laborers’ International Union of North America (LIUNA)
  • Universities Superanuation Scheme (USS) in the UK with assets of £22 billion and more than 162,000 members (higher education employees)
Anarchists, syndicalists and other libertarian socialists also use the word “syndicate” to refer to an enterprise democratically managed by its workers.

Syndicate comes from the French word syndicat which means trade union (syndic meaning administrator), from the Latin word syndicus which in turn comes from the Greek word σύνδικος (syndikos) which means caretaker of an issue.

Protection Racket

You are probably familiar with the term protection racket and may be actively participating in a major protection racket called insurance since the dictator has written rules requiring insurance for loans.
Wikipedia—A protection racket is an extortion scheme whereby a criminal group or individual coerces other less powerful entities to pay protection money which allegedly serves to purchase protection services against various external threats, usually violence or property damage—sometimes perpetrated by the racketeers themselves.

In some cases, the “protection” is little more than extortion, with no real service rendered unto the victim. Otherwise, the racketeers will warn other criminals that the client is under their protection and that they will punish anyone who harms the client.

Services that the racketeers may offer could include the recovery of stolen property or punishing vandals. The racketeers may even advance the interests of the client, such as muscling out the client's competitors.

Although the organization might be particularly coercive in obtaining protection money, it is usually careful to shelter its ‘mark’ from attacks by competitor organizations that similarly attempt to solicit or threaten the targeted individuals or businesses. When two competing organizations attempt to extort from the same "clients" disputes concerning territory arise.
With these terms defined we can begin to reveal the findings of our forensic economists—Hawks CAFE.

  2. What a wonderful website. I found out about you three from Militia Radio. I heard you on the live feed on their show last week.

I downloaded all of your podcasts and have been sending them to all my friends.

My one friend was so upset over the broadcasts he had to stay away from them a few days. It was too much to take in.

I feel the same way. It's a lot to take in. But after hearing your podcast, you are doing God's work.

I have you three in my prayers nightly. The day of reckoning for these traitorous scum is coming to a theatre near you.

    God bless all of you.
