This is what "war" is...

Editor's note: ...with Israel fighting Hamas in Gaza. Each of these US-manufactured bombs dropped off Israeli-flown and basically US-manufactured fighter jets (the Pentagon probably has no idea where the microprocessors are sourced from) including $100 million F35 aircraft cost roughly $21,000 to $36,000 per bomb. They are dropped off aircraft that cost roughly $100 million that burn through $40,000 an hour to fly destroying civilian infrastructure and killing people who subsist on less than $10 a day. The is Israel's greater construction project on the cheap. It's sort of like thinking the United States of Lockheed Martin goes to war on Gaza. In other words, these are "the Gods of war and finance." How long are the soldiers in the Israel IDF going to endure this carnage? Two female IDF soldiers had their legs amputated in a recent Beit Hanoun ambush. And don't think for a moment the Israeli's aren't inside the Pentagon and the White House (see Iran Says Israel Trying To 'Undermine' Tehran's Talks With US) to make absolutely certain the weapons and munitions continue flowing to Israel.

As Americans how do we interpret the appointment of Merav Ceren, a former fellow at Israel's Ministry of Defense, to serve as a director on the National Security Council (NSC) in the Trump administration despite Ceren's history as a high-level operative in the IDF:
