What the hell is Janet Yellen trying to convey?

Editor's note: We really want to know just what the hell Janet Yellen was trying to convey when she stated "the US can afford two wars?" It now looks as though China and Russia just have to sit back and watch the empire collapse as Iran's drones are closely monitoring US naval assets operating in the Mediterranean. The following Politico article discusses how the Pentagon has no money to pay for the buildup in the Mediterranean. The Pentagon has no money because the United States of Lockheed Martin has squandered it getting a lot of US military personnel killed in the process.
