Attention Gentlemen:
In 1974, James Sabow and I were stationed at MCAS El Toro. We appeared in the same USMC Aviation Recruiting Pamphlet. Later as a Northwest Airlines pilot, I was regularly in LA Basin to visit my parents and associates in the Marine Corps. My contact with James Sabow in 1986-1987 is classified. I swore 4 oaths to defend the United States against all enemies, foreign and domestic. I have honored those oaths taken on these dates:

It is my expert opinion, and it will be my testimony, that Colonel James Sabow USMC was murdered on 22 January, 1991 on orders of 3 evil parties who I collectively refer to as the SABOW 3.
If any of the four men addressed have the nerve to campaign knowing Sabow was killed on orders of the Sabow 3, you know how to find me.
For General Dunford and Governor Walker, I have already found you and suggest you reread 18 U.S. Code § 2382 - Misprision of Treason.
Whoever, owing allegiance to the United States and having knowledge of the commission of any treason against them, conceals and does not, as soon as may be, disclose and make known the same to the President or to some judge of the United States, or to the governor or to some judge or justice of a particular State, is guilty of misprision of treason and shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than seven years, or both.Three generations of McCains have been accused, by myself, Field McConnell, of Treason against the United States of America for which my mother, father and self have dedicated our lives to protect, as did Colonel James Sabow USMC. My sister, Kristine Marcy, was used by Jimmy Carter to "reinvent government" with the 1979 creation of the United States Senior Executive Service which was an act of Treason.
Please read letter of Doctor David Sabow, MD, regarding what he communicated to McCain. Then google [ mccain + Field McConnell + tim pawlenty + TREASON ]. I twice blocked Pawlenty from high office. Who will be the next in line. Stand up, or stand down.

I have attempted to contact Mr. Trump and Senator Rand Paul on extraordinary wedge issue that would absolve any criticism each has regarding Senator John McCain. In addition, it would exemplify the positions of Senator Rand Paul and Donald Trump as being one of the few candidates who could and would take on the political class in Washington and show who they really are.
McCain is NOT a hero. He is a coward. The unsung hero is Colonel James E. Sabow, USMC who flew 221 combat missions in Viet Nam while stationed in Da Nang, Republic of Viet Nam. In addition to that incredible flight history resulting in 15 Flight/Strike air medals, he received the Bronze Star with combat "V" after joining front-line infantry companies instructing them in new techniques in coordinating air support. Then after returning to the States he became proficient with the Harrier VSTOL jet fighter and soon became the most experienced Harrier pilot in the entire Marine Air Wing. He was the preferred Harrier pilot in the air shows across the nation and appeared on the cover of the book, titled Marine Air. Prior to that signature accolade, he was the center-fold for the Marine Corps Recruitment Center's brochure. Being in charge of air related carrier operations off Honduras during the "Show of Force" Contra - Central America - Sandinista affair he received a special commendation. He continued to be among the recipients of the highest fitness reports in the entire Marine Corps.
Then tragedy struck! While stationed at El Toro MCAS, California where he was Chief of Operations, Marine Air, Western Area he learned of criminal operations involving the shipment of weapons by C-130 non-military planes (South) and returning (North) to military bases with massive drug shipments.
During a previous billet at El Toro in 1986-7 he became suspicious of an influx of drugs on the base and initiated an investigation that included employing an "undercover" investigator. Interestingly, this occurred just as Colonel Sabow was scheduled to attend War College, almost a necessity to receive the rank of general. His career abruptly changed direction and, coincidentally, he was sent to the distant reaches of Okinawa.
On the evening of Jan. 21, 1991, in a one hour long telephone conversation, Col. Sabow informed General J. K. Davis (retired-Asst, Comm, MC) that he intended to expose this criminal operation. Less than twelve hours later, Col. Sabow was found by his wife lying dead in the backyard of his home located on the El Toro base. Then the lies! The first: Colonel Sabow committed suicide.
I contacted Senator John McCain. He agreed to look into the matter. I already had gathered information that raised suspicion that the base commander, General W. Tom Adams and his Chief of Staff Joe Underwood, were involved in these criminal operations. More evidence implicated them in the murder. I shared this information with McCain. A few weeks later McCain contacted me and stated, "Perhaps, Dr. Sabow, your brother wasn't the hero that your family thought he was." Having already reviewed the official Marine Corps fitness reports of Col. Sabow's entire 28 1/2 yr. career, I was incredulous as well as distraught. My brothers and I were raised with the notion that your reputation will long outlive your life and your behavior and accomplishments will dictate your reputation.
Stemming from our Catholic upbringing, we also, regarded the sin of calumny as one of the most heinous acts one can inflict on one's fellow man, for it is an attempt to destroy one's reputation. While our physical life ends, one's reputation persists and is the pride that persists in our progeny.
Senator McCain and those involved in the cover-up of Col. Sabow's assassination harbor more guilt than the misguided killers of Col. Sabow and evoke the guilt of calumny to its highest degree.
(Katherine Griggs states that her ex-husband Col. George Griggs who served Marine Corp Commandant General Al Grey, as deputy in charge of special operations, was involved in the assassination). Furthermore Colonel George Lange III, Senior Marine Corp JAG and Wayne Rich Deputy United States Attorney General were in charge of the cover-up.
And as the scandal would not die, Assistant Attorney General Sapperstein, a cohort of Wayne Rich in charge of special operations in the DOJ, was sent to California to once and for all shut things down. Thereafter, the DOD had little trouble engaging others who would lie and succumb to the threats to which they were exposed. While Col. Griggs may have engineered the actual killing, the coverup could only occur by impugning Col. Sabow's reputation. There were no lack of cowards who were willing to destroy Col. Sabow, even after his death.
Over the years many outstanding individuals joined me in my quest to defend my brother and pursue his killers. One was Anthony Battista. Tony Battista, retired permanent chief of Research and Development, HouseArmed Services Committee, by pure coincidence, while doing research for his PhD heard about Colonel Sabow's death. This was at least five years after the murder. His interest and experience that also involved House intelligence matters prompted him to contact me. He immersed himself in the investigation and concluded that Col. Sabow was murdered and that the evidence was so overwhelming that the only logical reason for disputing this conclusion was - COVERUP. Times re: House Committees and Staffs stated,"But the staff member who draws the most comment is Anthony R. Battista, 44, a specialist in mathematics, aerospace matters and naval weapons. He is considered brilliant by some, arrogant by others and perhaps the most influential staff member by nearly everyone. 'Better Have Him Aboard') Tony Battista invited Dr. Sabow to Washington where he would introduce him to members of Congress. Over lunch after visiting several congressmen, Dr. Sabow was sitting next to Tony Battista, who called Senator McCain's office and asked for Anne Sauer, an aide to Senator McCain whom Tony knew quite well. He asked Ms. Sauer to have the Senator call him to discuss the Col. Sabow affair. At that time there was a beginning attempt to have a reinvestigation of Col. Sabow's death introduced to the House Armed Service Committee and to be included in the Defense Appropriation Bill. (It finally was). A few minutes later Ms. Sauer returned the call to inform Tony that because Dr. Sabow misquoted Senator McCain regarding Colonel Sabow, under no circumstances would the Senator offer any help even if it is shown that Colonel Sabow was murdered. What Dr. Sabow reported regarding McCain's comments occurred more than five years prior to this call. Apparently, McCain was harboring some semblance of guilt to have remembered the incidence and being able to recall it in such short order. "Even if it is shown that Colonel Sabow was murdered", quoted Ms. Sauer to Tony Battista.
Senator McCain knew then and knows now that Colonel Sabow was murdered. He also knows that Colonel Sabow is the epitome of the definition of a hero and not solely by his exploits in Viet Nam but also his willingness to jeopardize his life and career by "outing" an ongoing criminal enterprise being conducted on our military bases.
Moreover, I provided Senator McCain with copious hard evidence that included skull x'rays, GSR, fingerprint, blood-spatter, hand-written documents outlining the coverup from Marine Headquarters and much more. Any reasonable person after evaluating what was provided Senator McCain would arrive at one conclusion-murder!
Be assured, I realize that Senator McCain spent five years in captivity. And that was an unfortunate situation but has been similarly experienced throughout our American history, highlighted by the Bataan survivors. However, it should be understood that overcoming a deplorable situation by perseverance and even will-power does not necessarily fulfill the definition of heroism. A real hero has an ingrained character trait that manifests itself time and time again, not to be confused by a single heroic act. A real hero is a person with courage who has a choice to act both willingly and deliberately beyond the norm for the good or betterment of those with him or the institution of which he is a part or which he loves.
He acts irrespective of the consequences to him. The archetypal hero is a person with courage who acts above and beyond the norm and acts after consideration and deliberation. Finding one's self in a situation beyond one's control and surviving the ordeal does not require courage. It requires will-power, tenacity, perseverance but not necessarily courage.
The hero in this epic is Colonel James Sabow, USMC. He demonstrated courage in Viet Nam every night when he climbed into his A-6 Intruder and he continued his courageous behavior back home as he attempted to rid his beloved Marine Corps from the disgrace into which it has fallen.
