McConnell believes that Contreras-Sweet has been procuring crashes, fraudulently presented as pilot error or technical faults, through Serco's Certified Service Disabled Veteran Owned and SBA 8(a) companies which have the technical expertise to deploy crew commanders at crime scenes to remove any evidence of an aircraft being modified with the 8(a) patented tor devices.
McConnell notes that his sister Kristine Marcy, then-Chief Operating Officer of the Small Business Administration, implemented a 60-minute loan-guarantee program over Serco's 8(a) onion router network in January 2001, since when, lenders such as HSBC, Serco's drug-hub banker, liquidate 8(a) companies which fail to complete tasks for which money is borrowed!

Military officials are searching for a marine light attack helicopter that went missing Tuesday near Charikot, Nepal, Pentagon officials said, at around 10 p.m. Japan Standard Time.
The aircraft was assisting with disaster relief in response to earthquakes that have struck the south Asian nation, killing thousands late last month. Another earthquake there on Tuesday killed at least 68 more.
Six U.S. Marines and two Nepalese aboard at the time, Pentagon spokesman Col. Steve Warren said.
"On May 12, at approximately 10 p.m. JST, a UH-1Y Huey with, Marine Light Attack Helicopter Squadron 469 in support of Joint Task Force 505 was declared missing while supporting Operation Sahayogi Haat," U.S. Navy Capt. Chris Sims told CNN in a statement Tuesday.
About 300 American personnel are on the ground in Nepal.
The cause of the disappearance was not immediately clear Tuesday afternoon and the incident is under investigation.
Radio transmissions indicated its crew was having some type of fuel problem before it went missing, said Warren, who added the U.S. government is "hopeful" the aircraft didn't crash but doesn't know.
