#2312: Marine Links Steady Cockpit Breathing To Serco Base-One Visas, Black-Hand Patented Gas

Plum City - (AbelDanger.net): United States Marine Field McConnell has linked the steady cockpit breathing of the late Andreas Lubitz, co-pilot of Germanwings Flight 9525, to visas allegedly used by Serco agents to operate Base One Technologies' honeypots and Black Hand* patent pool devices such as the gas which tranquilized Lubitz prior to his murder.

Germanwings Pilot Deliberate Crash - O'Reilly

McConnell (30 year airline and 22 year military pilot; 23,000 hours of safety) believes that Serco agents issued Lubitz (630 hours) with visas for six months of flight training in Arizona in 2010 and a last visit to the United States in 2014, prior to profiling him as an unconscious actor in the Base One honeypot which camouflages Black Hand navigation of Flight 9525 into the French Alps.

McConnell claims that Serco ordered former patent lawyer Hillary Clinton to set up Base One as the protege operator of Department of State honeypots in the Bronx in 1994 where Black Hand navigators have apparently adopted the British "Crown Rights" rule to practice whatever patents are issued by sovereign state (cf. "uninterruptible" autopilot developed by Boeing and patented in Canada.)
"Here's what we know about the co-pilot who crashed Germanwings flight 9525

The co-pilot of the downed Germanwings Airbus 320 who "intentionally" crashed the plane, according to French officials, has been identified as 28-year-old German national Andreas Lubitz. .. Lubitz joined Germanwings in September 2013 after training at the Lufthansa Flight Training School in Bremen, according to Lufthansa officials, and was praised by the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) for "meeting or exceeding the high educational, licensing and medical standards established by the FAA," the Aviation Business Gazette reported in 2013. Lubitz also trained at an Arizona flight school from July through November of 2010, and was last in the US on a crew visa in October 2014, a US law enforcement source told CBS. … Officials said Thursday that Lubitz showed a "willingness to destroy this plane," the Daily Beast reports, and he could reportedly be heard breathing until the plane crashed, ruling out any kind of medical emergency that may have left him incapacitated. Lubitz apparently locked the pilot out of the cockpit before deliberately pushing the button to start the plane's descent. The pilot did not do anything wrong in leaving the cockpit, Lufthansa CEO Carsten Spohr said in a Thursday press conference"
"From the early days of the Republic, Congress and the federal courts grappled with the government's rights to own or use patents it issued [cf. Crown Agents use of Boeing Uninterruptible Autopilots for Black Hand 9/11]. Courts rejected the British "Crown Rights" rule that allowed the sovereign to practice whatever patents it issued. Instead, the federal government was conceptualized as a legal person on par with any other persons with regard to issued patents. But, this simple rule presented challenges as complexities arose in three intertwined patent rights scenarios. The first involved inventions by government employees. The second revolved around government and government contractor use of patents held by private citizens. And the third involved inventions by federal contractors and their employees arising under federal funding. While these three scenarios seem quite distinct today, nineteenth and early twentieth century courts often treated them as overlapping. The confusion was not resolved until the mid-twentieth century when a combination of executive branch and Congressional legislation set the roots of current government patent policy. This Article reviews the history in detail and illuminates current government patent policy debate occurring through such seemingly diverse cases as Stanford v. Roche and Zoltek Corp. v. United States."
Black Hand*Serco navigators of HSBC assets with a "License to Track, Film and Kill (Carbon Cap)" for the City of London's Honourable Artillery Company 1537; The Master Mariners and Air Pilots (formerly GAPAN) 1929, and The Ancient and Honorable Artillery Company of Massachusetts 1638 – whose alumni include U.S. Presidents James Monroe, Chester Alan Arthur, Calvin Coolidge and John F. Kennedy and – perhaps – Barack 'Choom Gang' Obama.

McConnell believes Serco issued visas to operatives and actors in a Base One Technologies' honeypot where the late Andreas Lubitz, co-pilot of Germanwings Flight 9525, was tranquilized with a patented gas device prior to Black Hand navigators’ murder of everyone on board with a remotely-controlled descent and high speed crash into the French Alps

"Lubitz had been with Germanwings, a budget airline owned by Lufthansa, since September 2013 and had completed 630 hours of flight time, the airline's media office said.

Lufthansa CEO Carsten Spohr told reporters that Lubitz "interrupted" his training, which he began in 2008. That break lasted several months, he said, but added that such an interruption isn't uncommon.

Spohr said he couldn't give any information about why the co-pilot had stopped and then restarted his training.

If it was for medical reasons, he said, then that information would have been private before the crash, he said, but it will be part of information gathered during the investigation.

Most of Lubitz's training took place at the Lufthansa flight training center in Bremen. He also trained in the United States, spending six months at facility in Arizona as part of a required program to get his license, a Lufthansa spokesperson said.”

Boeing Patents Airliner Anti-Terrorist System
Autopilot Autolands Aircraft For Incapacitated Crew A new "uninterruptible" autopilot developed by Boeing and patented in Canada purportedly flies and lands the aircraft in case the crew is incapacitated. An autopilot that can fly and land an airliner isn't new, but one that activates itself when it senses excessive force on the cockpit door is (the crew may also activate it manually).

Even that feature isn't as controversial as this: once initiated, the system may not be disengaged by anyone aboard the aircraft.

Once engaged, Boeing's system will accept directions from ground-based controllers. The controversy stems from concerns over what might happen should the system malfunction -- or worse, should terrorists gain control of an aircraft from the ground.

A less-controversial system is under development in Europe. Called Security of Aircraft in the Future European Environment (SAFEE), the design incorporates microphones and cameras in the cabin allowing pilots to monitor passenger activity. It also includes digital fingerprinting and iris scans for cockpit access, and a function tied to sensors and the flight controls preventing a terrorist from flying an aircraft into a building.

Several companies are working together on SAFEE. Airbus has already tested the threat detection element of the system. Pilots may easily monitor activity in the cabin with sensitive microphones and video cameras. The company plans a full simulation in January of 2008.

European electronics giant Thales is developing the anti-collision element of the system and plans to test it next month.

Dutch firm NLR will develop biometric sensors for fingerprinting and iris scanning. Its system will be tested next August. FMI: www.boeing.com, www.thales.com, www.airbus.com"

"Anti-hijacking cockpit door system for aircraft US 20030052779 A1
ABSTRACT
An aircraft cockpit door system is disclosed comprising a bulletproof cockpit door and bulkhead, and a bulletproof lavatory isolation door and bulkhead. A logic control circuit alternately locks the two doors, keeping the cockpit crew at all times isolated from other persons aboard the craft to ensure the safety of the cockpit crew, and ultimately the aircraft.

"Airliner irreversible-control anti-hijack system US 6845302
B2
ABSTRACT
Directed toward universal commercial-airliner application as an air/ground-lifesaving function, this cost-effective retrofitable system enables airliner-pilots to conveniently actuate an inconspicuous AIRCIA™/enable-switch,—thereby instantly disabling onboard flight-commands to render the airliner's guidance-system irretrievably placed into total reliance upon its existing autopilot-system in RF-communication with encrypted remote ground/air-intercept personnel. Acting to virtually confound any criminal-attempt by a hijacker to commandeer an airliner, the airliner thus becomes flown only as directed by an authorized remote/flight-control station in cooperation with the airliner's remotely-reprogrammed onboard avionics-system, automatically vectoring the airliner to land safely via the existing avionics/autopilot-system at a designated airport. The AIRCIA™-system is initially verified for flight-worthiness operation upon every routine preflight/check-list procedure, its master ECU/restore-switch being accessible externally of the aircraft-interior. Support-system options include SmartCard®-interfacing, and automatic is engagement of AIRCIA™-system in event of natural-cause pilot-incapacitation, and ATI (automatic/tranquil-Infusion) which introduces tranquilizing-gas into the airliner's entire interior."

"Opened in 1994 as the successor to the Transitional Immigrant Visa Processing Center in Rosslyn, Va., the NVC centralizes all immigrant visa preprocessing and appointment scheduling for overseas posts. The NVC collects paperwork and fees before forwarding a case, ready for adjudication, to the responsible post.

The center also handles immigrant and fiancé visa petitions, and while it does not adjudicate visa applications, it provides technical assistance and support to visa-adjudicating consular officials overseas.

Only two Foreign Service officers, the director and deputy director, work at the center, along with just five Civil Service employees. They work with almost 500 contract employees doing preprocessing of visas, making the center one of the largest employers in the Portsmouth area.

The contractor, Serco, Inc., has worked with the NVC since its inception and with the Department for almost 18 years.

The NVC houses more than 2.6 million immigrant visa files, receives almost two million pieces of mail per year and received more than half a million petitions from the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Service (USCIS) in 2011. Its file rooms' high-density shelves are stacked floor-to-ceiling with files, each a collection of someone's hopes and dreams and each requiring proper handling. ….

The NVC also preprocesses the chief of mission (COM) application required for the filing of a petition for a Special Immigrant Visa (SIV). Such visas, for foreign nationals who have performed services for the U.S. government in Iraq and Afghanistan, require COM concurrence before the applicant can file a petition with USCIS. The NVC collects the requisite documents from such applicants and, when complete, forwards the package to the U.S. embassies in Baghdad or Kabul for COM approval"
