BREAKING: "One Pilot Locked Out Of Cockpit" Germanwings FLT 9525
McConnell believes that Serco, the current operator of the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office, and National Visa Center, used dirty shareholder money from HSBC drug-hub frauds and Allianz insurance frauds to set up the Base One war room in the Bronx in March 1995 and issue phony visas and activate the stolen patents needed by Black Hand navigators to carbon cap the aviation industry.
"Here's what we know about the co-pilot who crashed Germanwings flight 9525
NATASHA BERTRAND MAR. 26, 2015, 9:06 AM
The co-pilot of the downed Germanwings Airbus 320 who "intentionally" crashed the plane, according to French officials, has been identified as 28-year-old German national Andreas Lubitz. .. Lubitz joined Germanwings in September 2013 after training at the Lufthansa Flight Training School in Bremen, according to Lufthansa officials, and was praised by the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) for "meeting or exceeding the high educational, licensing and medical standards established by the FAA," the Aviation Business Gazette reported in 2013. Lubitz also trained at an Arizona flight school from July through November of 2010, and was last in the US on a crew visa in October 2014, a US law enforcement source told CBS. … Officials said Thursday that Lubitz showed a "willingness to destroy this plane," the Daily Beast reports, and he could reportedly be heard breathing until the plane crashed, ruling out any kind of medical emergency that may have left him incapacitated. Lubitz apparently locked the pilot out of the cockpit before deliberately pushing the button to start the plane's descent. The pilot did not do anything wrong in leaving the cockpit, Lufthansa CEO Carsten Spohr said in a Thursday press conference"
"Germanwings plane crash: Pilot locked out of cockpit before aircraft hit French Alps, says investigator, German state prosecutor …. 'Not the slightest explanation' for crash. The reports come after the head of French air crash investigation agency BEA said "usable data" was recovered from one of the plane's black boxes... BEA chief Remi Jouty said data had been recovered, but experts still had "not the slightest explanation" for the crash. While stressing it was too early to form a clear picture, he ruled out a mid-air explosion having taken place and said the crash scenario did not appear to be linked to depressurisation. Among the new details, he said the airliner had flown in a straight line directly into the mountain — but would not say whether that suggested at the hand of a pilot or auto-pilot."
"(NaturalNews) For some reason we have yet to fully understand, jetliners keep disappearing or falling out of the sky with disturbing regularity. .. Now with the Germanwings jetliner incident, we have the New York Times "pulling a CNN," you might say. According to this NYT story, the memory card of one of the airplane's two black boxes is missing, and the story claims it must have been "destroyed by the impact." "Investigators have so far been unable to retrieve data from one black box, and the other was badly damaged and its memory card was missing," reports the New York Times. If you read the logic of that sentence, it seems to state that no data was recovered from either black box, right? But then in the exact same story, the NYT also reports, "Remi Jouty, director of France's Bureau of Investigation and Analysis, confirmed that audio of voices had been recovered from the black box in the crash of the Germanwings plane in the French Alps." So, wait: there WAS voice recording data recovered from one of the black boxes? Confusing things even further, another paragraph in the same story says: At the crash site, a senior official working on the investigation said, workers found the casing of the plane's other black box, the flight data recorder, but the memory card containing data on the plane's altitude, speed, location and condition was not inside, apparently having been thrown loose or destroyed by the impact. So what we really have here is a story about two black boxes: one which either has voice data on it or doesn't have voice data on it, and the other black box which we are supposed to believe was located but the memory card it protects was missing because it was destroyed even though it was surrounded by a black box that's almost impervious to destruction."
"Serco Processes 2 Millionth Patent Application for U.S. Patent and Trademark Office
March 19, 2013 RESTON, VIRGINIA – March 18, 2013 –
Serco Inc., a leading provider of professional, technology, and management services to the federal government, announced today that their Pre-Grant Publication (PGPubs) Classification Services team recently processed their 2 millionth patent application for the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office (USPTO). Each application was also processed within the contractually required 28-day window."
"Anti-hijacking cockpit door system for aircraft US 20030052779 A1
ABSTRACT
An aircraft cockpit door system is disclosed comprising a bulletproof cockpit door and bulkhead, and a bulletproof lavatory isolation door and bulkhead. A logic control circuit alternately locks the two doors, keeping the cockpit crew at all times isolated from other persons aboard the craft to ensure the safety of the cockpit crew, and ultimately the aircraft."
"Airliner irreversible-control anti-hijack system US 6845302 B2Black Hand* – HSBC navigators with a Serco "License to Track, Film and Kill (Carbon Cap)" for the City of London's Honourable Artillery Company 1537; The Master Mariners and Air Pilots (formerly GAPAN) 1929, and The Ancient and Honorable Artillery Company of Massachusetts 1638 – whose alumni include U.S. Presidents James Monroe, Chester Alan Arthur, Calvin Coolidge and John F. Kennedy and – perhaps – Barack 'Choom Gang' Obama.
ABSTRACT
Directed toward universal commercial-airliner application as an air/ground-lifesaving function, this cost-effective retrofitable system enables airliner-pilots to conveniently actuate an inconspicuous AIRCIA™/enable-switch,—thereby instantly disabling onboard flight-commands to render the airliner's guidance-system irretrievably placed into total reliance upon its existing autopilot-system in RF-communication with encrypted remote ground/air-intercept personnel. Acting to virtually confound any criminal-attempt by a hijacker to commandeer an airliner, the airliner thus becomes flown only as directed by an authorized remote/flight-control station in cooperation with the airliner's remotely-reprogrammed onboard avionics-system, automatically vectoring the airliner to land safely via the existing avionics/autopilot-system at a designated airport. The AIRCIA™-system is initially verified for flight-worthiness operation upon every routine preflight/check-list procedure, its master ECU/restore-switch being accessible externally of the aircraft-interior. Support-system options include SmartCard®-interfacing, and automatic is engagement of AIRCIA™-system in event of natural-cause pilot-incapacitation, and ATI (automatic/tranquil-Infusion) which introduces tranquilizing-gas into the airliner's entire interior."
McConnell believes Serco uses Base One war room for United States patent and visa frauds and hired Black Hand navigators to tranquilize the co-pilot of Germanwings Flight 9525, lock the pilot out of the cockpit and fly the autopilot through a carbon-cap crash into the French Alps.

Lubitz — described by people close to him on Thursday as a "rather quiet," "polite," and "fun" young man — was from Montabaur, in the Rhineland-Palatinate region of Germany. He had little professional flight experience, having only logged 630 flight hours before co-piloting the doomed flight 9525.
The young pilot's evident skills landed him a spot in the prestigious FAA Airmen Certification Database. Lubitz showed no signs of any psychological problems and passed all of the medical tests administered during his training, a Germanwings official said. Upon returning to Montabaur to renew his glider pilot's licence — which he first obtained as a teenager — Lubitz apparently "gave off a good feeling," one of his acquaintances told CBC News.
He was a member of the LSC flight club, which posted a death notice on its website naming him, according to the Wall Street Journal: "Andreas became a member of the club as a youth to fulfill his dream of flying," it said.
"It was his dream fulfilled, the dream he so dearly for with his life. The members of the LSC Westerwald mourn Andreas and the other 149 victims of the disaster. Our deepest sympathy goes out to the victims of all nationalities."
Lubitz reportedly lived with his parents in Montabaur and kept a flat in Duesseldorf where the doomed Germanwings flight from Barcelona was bound, Montabaur mayor Gabriele Wieland told national news agency, DPA. Public records show Lubitz was also "an avid runner who often took part in local races," the Straits Times reported.
Officials said Thursday that Lubitz showed a "willingness to destroy this plane," the Daily Beast reports, and he could reportedly be heard breathing until the plane crashed, ruling out any kind of medical emergency that may have left him incapacitated.
Lubitz apparently locked the pilot out of the cockpit before deliberately pushing the button to start the plane's descent. The pilot did not do anything wrong in leaving the cockpit, Lufthansa CEO Carsten Spohr said in a Thursday press conference.
The revelation that Lubitz intentionally downed the plane may answer one of investigators' most pressing questions, including why air traffic controllers were unable to make contact with the plane during the flight's final two minutes, and why the plane made a "very long descent at normal speed without any communications, though the weather was absolutely clear."
It is unclear what Lubitz's motivations were, but officials are slowly ruling out terrorism. "According to the current state of knowledge and after comparing information that we have, Lubitz does not have a terrorist background," German Interior Minister Thomas de Maiziere said on Thursday.
Carsten Spohr said that Lubitz took a "long" and "unexpected" break during his training, but proved himself "100% airworthy" in all areas. "There was never any doubt over his competence or skills," Spohr said.
Spohr noted during the conference that while all Lufthansa co-pilots undergo psychological evaluations when they are hired, they do not have to take these tests again.
The more likely explanation seems to be that Lubitz was suicidal.
"While incredibly rare for a pilot to kill himself — and everyone else on a plane — there is both national and international precedent for what experts call 'aircraft-assisted pilot suicides,'" Terrence McCoy wrote in the Washington Post.
Over the past 20 years, 24 American pilots have killed themselves while flying their planes, and eight aircraft-assisted pilot suicides occurred between 2003-2012 alone, according to FAA data.

"Germanwings plane crash: Virginia mother and daughter named as victims
State Department confirms three Americans were on board plane that crashed in France but were not yet releasing third victim’s name 'out of respect for the family'
Three Americans were among the victims of the Germanwings air crash over the French Alps, the US State Department confirmed on Wednesday.
Two of them were named as Yvonne Selke and her daughter Emily, from Nokesville, Virginia. The State Department said it was not releasing the third victim’s name yet “out of respect for the family".
Raymond Selke, the husband of Yvonne and father of Emily, paid tribute to his loved ones, calling the two "wonderful to a fault".
Speaking from the family home in Nokesville, about an hour south-west of Washington DC, Selke said Yvonne and Emily had been on vacation in Spain when they boarded the flight to Germany that went down on Tuesday with no survivors. The plane, bound for Düsseldorf, took off from Barcelona and crashed into a mountain in the French Alps.
"They loved traveling, and they loved to be in each other's company. They were just traveling out there together," Selke said.
Yvonne Selke, 58, was an employee of contractor Booz Allen Hamilton and Emily Selke, 22, was a graduate of Drexel University in Philadelphia.
Emily had a passion for music, and her ambition was to "manage large shows, music shows in the entertainment industry", Selke said.
Asked if his wife had any particular passions, he said: "Life."
Emily had one sibling, an older brother Trevor. "He is doing OK," Selke said of his son.
In an earlier statement, Selke had said: "Our entire family is deeply saddened by the losses of Yvonne and Emily Selke. Two wonderful, caring, amazing people who meant so much to so many." He asked people to dedicate their prayers to his lost loved ones.
Selke told the Guardian that he had been offered passage to the crash site by Lufthansa, the parent company of Germanwings, but at this time, he said, he preferred not to travel and to wait in hope that his wife and daughter's remains could be repatriated.
"My wife and daughter were wonderful people. Generous, kind, wonderful to a fault,” he said. They were traveling for pleasure in the region when they took the flight bound for Germany, he said.
Yvonne Selke worked at the Pentagon's satellite mapping branch, the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency. She was described as a highly regarded staff member, according to a local news report.
Emily graduated from Drexel in 2013, and tributes to her from sorority sisters at the university were being posted on Facebook.
One statement read: “She embodied the spirit of Gamma Sigma Sigma. As a person and friend, Emily always put others before herself and cared deeply for all those in her life."
"UPDATE 2-Allianz says it is lead underwriter for crashed Germanwings Airbus plane
Tue Mar 24, 2015 1:44pm EDT
(Reuters) - German insurer Allianz confirmed it was the lead insurance underwriter for the Airbus A320 plane which crashed in the French Alps on Tuesday.
All 150 people on board the plane, operated by Lufthansa's Germanwings budget airline, were feared dead.
"We are ready to support our client as fully and quickly as possible, working in conjunction with our co-insurers," Allianz said in a statement.
Planes are normally insured by a consortium of underwriters who share the risk.
AIG AIG.N was another of the underwriters, insurance industry sources said.
JLT and Willis were joint brokers for the insurance placement, two separate industry sources added. The plane had an insured loss of $6-$7 million, they said. (Reporting by Carolyn Cohn, Jonathan Gould and Richa Naidu, editing by Sinead Cruise and Simon Jessop)"

"Opened in 1994 as the successor to the Transitional Immigrant Visa Processing Center in Rosslyn, Va., the NVC centralizes all immigrant visa preprocessing and appointment scheduling for overseas posts. The NVC collects paperwork and fees before forwarding a case, ready for adjudication, to the responsible post.
The center also handles immigrant and fiancé visa petitions, and while it does not adjudicate visa applications, it provides technical assistance and support to visa-adjudicating consular officials overseas.
Only two Foreign Service officers, the director and deputy director, work at the center, along with just five Civil Service employees. They work with almost 500 contract employees doing preprocessing of visas, making the center one of the largest employers in the Portsmouth area.
The contractor, Serco, Inc., has worked with the NVC since its inception and with the Department for almost 18 years.
The NVC houses more than 2.6 million immigrant visa files, receives almost two million pieces of mail per year and received more than half a million petitions from the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Service (USCIS) in 2011. Its file rooms' high-density shelves are stacked floor-to-ceiling with files, each a collection of someone's hopes and dreams and each requiring proper handling. ….
The NVC also preprocesses the chief of mission (COM) application required for the filing of a petition for a Special Immigrant Visa (SIV). Such visas, for foreign nationals who have performed services for the U.S. government in Iraq and Afghanistan, require COM concurrence before the applicant can file a petition with USCIS. The NVC collects the requisite documents from such applicants and, when complete, forwards the package to the U.S. embassies in Baghdad or Kabul for COM approval"
