a) There was a government or military exercise in progress at or near the crime scene, distracting resources and consuming threat supervision, leaving security holes in which the exercise could be switched live in the confusion.
b) The established Chain of Command was compromised or by-passed, be it Malaysian ATC, the Kiev Government, Ukrainian ATC or the Naval Command Centre at the Pentagon.
c) The compromise came in the form of a parallel Command Authority, held by compromised individuals and therefore government departments.
d) The compromise was initially set up by private defence contractors such as Serco/G4S, Pentagon 2000 or Marconi Systems working in composite with other multi-national companies or government departments, with technological access to security infrastructure.
e) The security infrastructure is able to be tapped into and live feed used to control the actors or change the script of the flase flag event ad-hoc, when necessary.
f) Those that point the finger first after an event are always those with the means, opportunity and motive to commit the offence in the first place.
g) Those who are initially blamed first are always those who stand to lose the most, because they stand in the way of those doing the blaming, or possess something the blamers want. (this is natural behaviour, as evidenced by other 3 year olds playing with their toys in the sand pit or Barry Soetoro, Punahou '79!)
h) The real perpetrators usually boil down to Serco / G4S, the White's Club alumni and the Bankers/Vatican, their patsies being the European Monarchy, Israel, the 5-Eyes Governments, the EU and the City of London.
i) Control and timed release of partially false information to a hungry 24/7 media blurs the actual timeline and facts to a point that everyone has plausible deniability and all claims have an associated counter-claim.
j) The truth is so obvious, and so vile and terrible, that it is impossible to be believed by the trusting masses. We have been conditioned not to discern correctly and not to approach information analytically, and we are too busy and too distracted to spend any time researching and being critical thinkers."

Confusion within the Ukranian ATC control tower as to who gave the shootdown order alludes to a second chain of command running through the Interior Ministry and Ukranian Secret Service giving the order, rather than through the normal Ukranian Defence Force. Straight away Ukraine pointed the finger at Russian separatists, who are actually just citizens of the Donetsk Region defending their land against the Ukranian Government, backed by the Netherlands, who want to seize the vast Coal Seam Gas deposits through the Royal Dutch Shell company, actively exploring just to the North. The citizens of Donetsk stand in their way. More on that later but prior to Chips' attendance at the USS America gathering of 9 September, 2014."
"There can be three ways to take an aircraft off course, and they are very different in their means."
"The first of course is BHUAP, where-by either the transponder bandwidth is completely dedicated to receiving direct remote guidance (eg. Dalfort Aviation) and thus cannot transmit ADS data (disappears from secondary radar), or the transponder is shut down completely (as are all cockpit electronics) and the autopilot fed waypoints to complete a flight path. MH370 suffered both, first the initial hit at BITOD and the second initiated by Cope Tiger aircraft to take MH370 to FJDG where the SERCO STIFFS became a problem for Serco and Soetoro."
"The second is to spoof the GPS with a stronger signal than it receives from GPS satellites, and directly feeding the on-board GPS with simulated timing codes, convince it that it is somewhere else. See this article for example. This is an electronic attack available to AWACS or similarly equipped vehicles, alongside their ability to access BHUAP. The vehicle needs to be within radio range."
"The third is to access the aircraft systems by hacking the point-to-point satellite or ACARS link (without disabling the transponder) and add ad-hoc waypoints, as was in the case of MH17. This is shown below, where MH17 was on the L980 high altitude airway. It then turned left to intersect ad-hoc waypoint A1, continued to ad-hoc waypoint A2, before turning back on to its original route towards TAMAK, placing it over the intended ‘snuff zone’. Ukranian ATC would have directed MH17 onto L980 HA, Serco took it further east by adding ad-hoc waypoints A1 and A2 or as Lawrence Welk would have said, Anna 1 and Anna 2."

It is not possible to change a satellites timing without effecting all other vehicles using that satellites signal. It is unclear from the diagram above, but using other available means, we can be sure that no other aircraft in the area (of which there were dozens using the same satellite signals) showed any similar deviation off course. MH17's deviation, whilst remaining in transponder contact with ATC can only be through the addition of ad-hoc waypoints into the flight route."
"The man-in-the-middle attack in cryptography and computer security is a form of active eavesdropping in which the attacker makes independent connections with the victims and relays messages between them, making them believe that they are talking directly to each other over a private connection, when in fact the entire conversation is controlled by the attacker. I, Field McConnell, Affiant, being of lawful age, qualified and competent to testify to and having first-hand knowledge of and on my word of honor do hereby state the following facts to be true, correct and not misleading:
On the nineteenth (19) of August, 2014, I did attend the sentencing of LCDR Walter Francis Fitzpatrick that was held at the McMinn County Court House located at 6 East Madison Avenue, Athens, Tennessee 37303. The Judge in the sentencing case was Jon Kerry Blackwood. As I understand, a previous report from a Board of Probation and Parole investigator states that the "crimes" of which Fitzpatrick was convicted had no victim but at the sentencing on the aforementioned date the investigator stated that a mistake had been made and that foreman Jeffery Cunningham was the injured party. When addressing the legality of the jury foreman, Judge Blackwood stated, "So what – what does it matter." I found this to be one of three unprofessional comments made by the man intending to send Fitzpatrick to prison.
In what I regard as Blackwood's "preamble to sentencing" Judge Blackwood stated, "I am tired of people bringing up constitutional rights." Later, in the sentencing procedure Judge Blackwood became very irritated and called LCDR Walter Francis Fitzpatrick "a moral coward." While addressing the court in his official capacity, the prosecutor referred to him self as "we the people" which I believe is incorrect on two levels. As a member of the bar he is distanced from "we the people" and functioning within the framework of the Corporation of The United States which was established on 21 February, 1871.. I regard this unprofessional prosecutor as an enemy of "we the people". The Prosecutor abandoned any hint of civility when he erringly suggested that LCDR Fitzpatrick was somehow a "loser" because as a graduate of the Naval Academy he did not become an Admiral or General as many of his "fast track" classmates had.
I object to this false statement made by the Prosecutor. As a Naval Academy graduate four years senior to Fitzpatrick I have witnessed, first hand, the marginalizing of academy educations beginning with the CNO tour of Admiral Elmo Zumwalt and extending into the Pat Schroeder-Kristine Marcy attack on the service academies beginning in the 1978-79 time frame. I would correct the statement of the Prosecutor to suggest that professional graduates of the service academies are now routinely 'side tracked' if they demonstrate integrity and leadership in the "post 1979" military of the United States. The suspicious deaths of Pat Tillman and the Extortion 17 SEALs demonstrate to my satisfaction that treason is rife in graduates of USMA, USNA and USAFA as numerous graduates of the service academies have participated in the cover up of those two fatal events.
Judge Blackwood said he was sending LCDR Walter Francis Fitzpatrick to prison "because he was a danger to other citizens." I and many others have been in the presence of LCDR Walter Francis Fitzpatrick on at least two other occasions and have never felt LCDR Fitzpatrick to be a danger or a threat to any private citizen but rather he seems to be a great threat to "actors" in the unlawful 'legal system' that serves the Corporation of the United States of America which has increasingly worked AGAINST "we the people" since no later than 1871. That represents 143 years of abuse of "we the people" in my professional opinion. I consider myself a professional expert as I elected, in 1992, to sidetrack myself intentionally after being on the "fast track" and having been considered to command the finest flying unit in the Air National Guard. I retired early because as a "professional" I could not serve under William J. Clinton who, in November, 1992, was 'selected' to be the 42nd party to mislead the United States of America as a servant to the Corporation of the United States of America and its foreign controllers.
In an article dated 1632, 19 August, 2014, I read "Witnesses outlined how Fitzpatrick had spent the past 4 years connected to the theft of court documents, threatening jury members and stalking court officials." To the best of my knowledge, those charges were found to be false. However, the story failed to include that finding of falsehood.
As a graduate (1971) of The United States Naval Academy, I was appalled at the uncivil behavior of the Judge and the Prosecutor who seemed to delight in abusing their power against a man who has served his nation faithfully for 24 years and has upheld his Oath to protect his nation and the Constitution against all enemies; foreign and domestic. I, Field McConnell, suggest that both the Judge and the Prosecutor are domestic enemies of the Constitution and the Republic of The United States of America.
