#2096: Marine Links Sister’s Con Air Pilot Visas to Serco Ad Hoc Waypoints, Bojinka KSM

Plum City - (AbelDanger.net): United States Marine Field McConnell has linked the sale of Con Air* pilot visas by his sister, Kristine Marcy, the former Senior Counsel for the Detention and Deportation Program of the U.S. Immigration and Naturalisation Service, to Serco’s imputation of ad hoc way points into the autopilots of 11 mainly Boeing aircraft allegedly targeted for destruction in the 1995 Bojinka project, falsely attributed to Khalid Sheikh Mohammed (a.k.a. ‘KSM’).

Con Air -) Kristine Marcy founder, United States Justice Prisoner and Alien Transportation System

McConnell claims that Marcy sold Con Air pilot visas to Serco’s air traffic control operators for the rendition of Mohammed to Diego Garcia to be water-boarded in order to extract a confession which would help her camouflage the role of the real identities in a KSM criminal organisation and the ad hoc waypoint technology behind the 1995 Bojinka plot and – six years later – the attacks of 9/11.

McConnell claims that KSM stands for Krayleigh Stacey Marcy where Krayleigh Enterprises ran a prison-based Westminster pedophile blackmail ring in the 1980s, Tom Stacey launched the Offender’s Tag Association out of the St. Ermin’s Hotel in 1983 and Kristine Marcy launched the US Justice Prisoner and Alien Transportation System (‘Con Air’) after a 1988 conversation with her brother from whom she learned of the ad hoc waypoint technology allegedly used by Serco air traffic controllers to drone Boeing and other aircraft in the Con Air fleet and – to paraphrase Churchill’s words at his launch of the Special Operations Executive at St. Ermin’s Hotel in 1940 – ‘set America ablaze’.

Military lawyer resigns in protest of 'show trial' of accused 9-11 mastermind
September 02, 2014

Last week, a US military lawyer on the defense team for self-proclaimed 9/11-attacks mastermind Khalid Sheikh Mohammed resigned from the Army in protest of the "show trial" conducted by the US at Guantanamo Bay.

Maj. Jason Wright resigned on Aug. 26, according to NPR. He accused the US government of “abhorrent leadership” on human rights and due process at the military detention center at Guantanamo, where Mohammed and other defendants are being prosecuted for the attacks of Sept. 11, 2001.

Wright joined the military in 2005, serving 15 months in Iraq. He then worked as a Judge Advocate. He served on Mohammed's defense team for three years. His resignation came after he refused an Army order to leave the defense team so he could complete a graduate course for his promotion from Captain to Major, saying it would have been unethical to follow the order

Mohammed was captured in 2003, and spent years in CIA "black site" prisons around the world. He was waterboarded 183 times during this period. This torture, and that of the other defendants, is a leading reason as to why the 9/11 case has not yet gone to trial.

"All six of these men have been tortured by the U.S. government," Wright told NPR, saying that his client was subject to abuse undisclosed to the public that was "beyond comprehension." He said Mohammed faced sleep deprivation and threats that his family would be killed.

"And those are just the declassified facts that I'm able to actually speak about," Wright said.

Thus, Wright knew it would be unlikely that Mohammed would trust him as a legal counsel.

"You show up several years later and you say, 'I'm from the U.S. government and I'm here to help you' ... and you add on the complexity that I wear the same uniform as the guards," he said. "It's very challenging in any situation to develop trust and confidence with a client. But when you add on that torture paradigm, it's all the more difficult."

Wright and fellow defense lawyers in the case are barred from discussing in court much of the details of their clients’ torture.

"The 'original sin' being the fact that the CIA tortured these men and that they've gone to extraordinary lengths to try to keep that completely hidden from public view," Wright said. "So the statute that Congress passed has a number of protections to ensure that no information about the U.S. torture program will ever come out."

Wright said other restrictions on his defense team led to the resignation.

"So not only do you have statutory design, but you actually have, in practice, a very large effort to try to ensure that no ensure that no information about torture is ever made known in public," he said.

The defense in the 9/11 case has alleged clandestine government interference with legal proceedings. Past hearings at Guantanamo have shown that listening devices were planted in rooms where lawyers and prisoners met, and that someone outside the court had a kill switch that cut the closed-circuit broadcast feed of the trial when secret CIA prisons were mentioned. In addition, the defense has alleged spying in the case, claiming the FBI propositioned a defense team security officer to be a confidential informant.

Wright cited the US government’s meddling as the biggest challenge to a fair trial for the defendants.

"The U.S. government is trying to call this a fair trial, while stacking the deck so much against the defense and the accused that it can hardly be called a fair trial in any system in the world," he said, accusing the government of staging a "show trial."

Meanwhile, the force-feeding policy at Guantanamo - which spurred a massive hunger strike at the prison last year - was back in the news in July, as a Navy nurse refused to force-feed inmates participating in the strikes. The unidentified nurse is believed to be the first conscientious objector to Guantanamo’s controversial, involuntary tube-feeding system used to combat striking inmates.”

“The Bojinka plot (Arabic: بجنكة‎; Tagalog: Oplan Bojinka) was a planned large-scale three phase Islamist attack by Ramzi Yousef and Khalid Sheikh Mohammed [when?]. The attack would involve a plot to assassinate Pope John Paul II, an air bombing of 11 airliners flying from Asia to the United States[1] with their approximately 4,000 passengers, and a proposal to crash a plane into the headquarters of the CIA in Fairfax County, Virginia.[2] Despite his careful planning and the skill of Ramzi Yousef, the Bojinka plot was disrupted after a chemical fire drew the Philippine National Police's (PNP) attention on January 6–7, 1995. Before the plot was disrupted, Yousef detonated test bombs in a mall and theater, injuring scores of people, as well as Philippine Airlines Flight 434, killing one person and nearly causing enough damage to result in the destruction of the aircraft.”

“In December 1998, the Director of Central Intelligence Counterterrorist Center reported to the president that Al-Qaeda was preparing for attacks in the USA, including the training of personnel to hijack aircraft.[11]

In late 1998 or early 1999, bin Laden summoned Khalid Sheikh Mohammed to Kandahar and gave approval for Mohammed to go forward with the plot.[12] The plot was now referred to within Al-Qaeda as the "planes operation".[citation needed] In addition to flying planes into buildings, there was a plan to simultaneously crash additional planes in Asia, which could be done by operatives not granted a U.S. visa and without flight training. Bin Laden canceled the latter part of the planes operation in the spring of 2000, because of difficulties of coordination. The commission said that Khalid Sheikh Mohammed probably would have arranged to have six planes hijacked, even later on, if he was able to find more hijackers. He also considered a Phase II, but he and his colleagues spent so much time on the current plot that they could not plan a second phase.

A series of meetings occurred in spring of 1999, involving Khalid Sheikh Mohammed, Osama bin Laden, and his deputy Mohammed Atef.[12] Bin Laden recommended four individuals for the plot, including Nawaf al-Hazmi, Khalid al-Mihdhar, Walid Muhammad Salih Bin 'Attash (Khallad), and Abu Bara al-Taizi. Al-Hazmi and al-Mihdhar were both Saudi citizens, thus making it simple for them to obtain U.S. visas. Khallad and al-Taizi were both Yemeni citizens, thus not able to easily obtain visas to the United States. The two Yemenis were assigned for the Asia component of the plot. When Mohamed Atta and other members of the Hamburg cell arrived in Afghanistan, bin Laden was involved in selecting them for the plot, and assigning Atta to be the leader.[13]

Several Al-Qaeda members are said to have attended a meeting in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, from January 5 to January 8, 2000, that regarded the planning of the USS Cole bombing (which took place on October 12, 2000), and the forthcoming September 11, 2001 attacks. Hambali, Ramzi bin al-Shibh, Nawaf al-Hazmi, Khalid al-Mihdhar, and Tawfiq bin Attash attended the meeting. The men were also photographed when they came out of the meeting. U.S. investigators did not identify these men until much later. The meeting was not wiretapped but it was videotaped.

Khalid Sheikh Mohammed was the head of Al-Qaeda's 'military committee'.[14] He provided operational support, such as selecting targets and helping arrange travel for the hijackers.[12] Khalid Sheikh Mohammed explained to Fouda, "We had a large surplus of brothers willing to die as martyrs. As we studied various targets, nuclear facilities arose as a key option"... but the nuclear targets were dropped for concerns the plan would "get out of hand."[15] According to several captured Al-Qaeda members, the leaders decided that the World Trade Center, The Pentagon, and the United States Capitol were the targets, and that leaders rejected the White House as it was too difficult to see from the air. According to captured member Abu Zubaydah, the White House was the intended target of United Airlines Flight 93. According to his courtroom confession (which he recanted after being sentenced to life in prison) Zacarias Moussaoui intended to hijack a fifth plane with Richard Colvin Reid which would use [Serco’s] GPS [ad hoc waypoint clock] to find the White House.”

Yours sincerely,
