#2114: Marine Links Hotel Serco 4-Minute Ad Hoc Waypoints to Auld Alliance Red Switch Hack, Woolf City Pedophile Trap

Plum City - (AbelDanger.net): United States Marine Field McConnell has linked Serco's operation of ad-hoc waypoint technology which gives selected guests in elite hotels a four minute warning for the deflection of incoming missile attacks to Serco's Auld Alliance hack with Airbus of the U.S. Defense Red Switch Network at RAF Oakhanger and hotel pedophile traps allegedly set by the Lord Mayor of London Fiona Woolf with the City Livery Companies.

McConnell claims that the Serco root company, RCA GB, set up the first modern Auld Alliance hack by helping the Free French leader General Charles de Gaulle, and the Old Etonian Scot, William Francis Forbes-Sempill, 19th Lord Sempill, to block Anglosphere communications which would otherwise have allowed the United States government to mount a proper defense of Pearl Harbor in 1941.

McConnell also claims that Serco (RCA GB 1928) agents collaborated with former Lord Mayors of London and masters of Livery Companies in setting up hotel pedophile traps near Dolphin Square near the Palace of Westminster in WWII since when Serco has allegedly been responsible for infiltrating pedophile agents into potentially subversive groups including Auld Alliance chapters in Paris, Glasgow and Chicago.

Having recognized Serco as a racketeering-influenced and corrupt organization, McConnell and his Abel Danger research team believe that the results of the referendum on independence for Scotland scheduled for Thursday September 18 should be set aside until the victims of the Serco hacks and City traps as outlined above have had justice done and seen to be done.

STEPHEN STEWART

ONE of France's best recognised actors arrived in Scotland yesterday to forge closer cultural links between Glasgow and his native country.

Jean Reno, star of Leon, Ronin and Godzilla, was guest of honour at a civic reception at the City Chambers as Glasgow celebrated its ancient links with France. Liz Cameron, the lord provost, and Reno became friends after they met 18 months ago in St Malo in Brittany. The actor was also introducing Tais Toi, his latest film, in which he co-stars with Gerard Depardieu, at the Glasgow Film Theatre as part of a French film festival. He said: ''I am overjoyed at the opportunity to attend the French Film Festival UK, which is doing so much to widen the range of le cinema francais seen in Scotland and the rest of the UK. ''I am especially pleased, in the year of the Entente Cordiale celebrations, to visit Glasgow, a city that has intrigued me ever since I met its lord provost, Liz Cameron, who is such a great 'ambassadress'.'' The lord provost met Casablanca-born Reno during a seafaring celebration organised by Si Tous Les Port du Monde (confederation of world ports), which has Reno as its patron. The provost, a fluent French speaker and confirmed francophile, said: ''It's an honour for the city and the festival to have such a world-class star as our guest After all, Scotland and France share the oldest bi-lateral agreement of all, the Auld Alliance, all 700 years of it.''”

"The proximity of Dolphin Square to the Palace of Westminster and the headquarters of the intelligence agencies MI5 (Thames House) and MI6 (Vauxhall Cross) has attracted many politicians, peers, civil servants and intelligence agency personnel as residents.

Politicians to have lived in the development have included Harold Wilson, David Steel, William Hague, Estelle Morris, Beverley Hughes and Iain Mills.[1] Mills died in his flat in the square's Duncan House.[1]

Notable residents have included: comedians Ben Lyon and Bud Flanagan; actor Peter Finch; writer Radclyffe Hall; former Lord Chief Justice Lord Goddard; Christine Keeler; journalist Norman Cliff; Anne, Princess Royal and Christine Keeler and Mandy Rice-Davies.[1]

John Vassall, the Soviet spy, was arrested at apartment 807 in the square's Hood House in 1962.[4][1] Oswald Mosley and his wife Diana Mitford, Lady Mosley, left their apartment at Dolphin Square for internment in 1940 during the Second World War.[1]

It provided a base for the Free French during World War II and number 308 Hood House was used by MI5 section B5(b) responsible for infiltrating agents into potentially subversive groups from 1924 to 1946.[5]"

"RAF Oakhanger is situated 1.5 miles from Bordon and is the Master Engineering Control Centre for Britain's Military Satellite Communications Systems.

RAF Oakhanger is dispersed among 3 sites situated within a mile radius of each other. East site is the main operations control site. West site is the servicing centre for satellites communications equipment TCS is the telemetry and control station, monitoring satellite parameters.

West site which is situated behind the Red Lion pub in Oakhanger Village was first used for experimental space communications in 1954, when it bounced a voice signal off the moon and received it back.

The Royal Air Force moved to Bordon in 1969 when both east site and TCS sites were constructed."

"Super Serco bulldozes ahead
By DAILY MAIL REPORTER
UPDATED: 23:00 GMT, 1 September 2004
SERCO has come a long way since the 1960s when it ran the 'four-minute warning' system to alert the nation to a ballistic missile attack.

Today its £10.3bn order book is bigger than many countries' defence budgets. It is bidding for a further £8bn worth of contracts and sees £16bn of 'opportunities'.

Profit growth is less ballistic. The first-half pre-tax surplus rose 4% to £28.1m, net profits just 1% to £18m. Stripping out goodwill, the rise was 17%, with dividends up 12.5% to 0.81p.

Serco runs the Docklands Light Railway, five UK prisons, airport radar and forest bulldozers in Florida.

Chairman Kevin Beeston said: 'We have virtually no debt and more than 600 contracts.'

The shares, 672p four years ago, rose 8 1/4p to 207 1/4p, valuing Serco at £880m or nearly 17 times earnings.

Michael Morris, at broker Arbuthnot, says they are 'a play on UK government spend' which is rising fast."

Marcial Boo planner & NLP storyteller present on 7/7 now what are the chances of that ?

The man determined to give MPs a pay rise (whatever No 10 says) Marcial Boo, the new head of Parliament’s expenses watchdog, is calm in the face of an impending storm over MPs’ pay

When four suicide bombers blew themselves up in London, killing 52 people on July 7, 2005, Marcial Boo was in a hotel close to the blast at Edgware Road station.

“I was at a meeting at the time and the foyer of the hotel was being used as a place to bring the wounded,” he recalls. “It was really shocking, obviously.”

That day, he was an ordinary member of the public, like millions of other Londoners, appalled by the horror of the unfolding events.

A few weeks earlier, however, he had been at the centre of the government’s counter-terrorism planning operation inside the Home Office.

One of his roles in the job he had recently left was to ready the police, fire and ambulance services for a bomb attack on the Underground. "I helped run an exercise in Bank Tube station to prepare the emergency services, testing out how they would liaise with each other. Obviously, at the time we were hoping that would never happen, but it did."

"William Francis Forbes-Sempill, 19th Lord Sempill AFC, AFRAeS,[1] (24 September 1893 – 30 December 1965) was a British (Scottish) peer and record-breaking air pioneer who was later shown to have been a traitor who passed secret information to the Imperial Japanese military before the Second World War.[2] Educated at Eton, he began his career as a pilot in the Royal Flying Corps and then served in the Royal Naval Air Service and Royal Air Force during the First World War. In 1921 Sempill led an official military mission to Japan that showcased the latest British aircraft. In subsequent years he continued to aid the Imperial Japanese Navy in developing its Navy Air Service.

However in the 1920s Sempill began giving military secrets to the Japanese. Although his activities were uncovered by British Intelligence, Sempill was not prosecuted for spying and allowed to continue in public life. The decision, which was taken at highest levels of government, was based on several factors. Firstly it would have revealed British successes in decoding Japanese communications and secondly he was part of the British Establishment with family links to the Royal Family. He was eventually forced to retire from the Royal Navy in 1941 after being discovered passing on secret material to Tokyo shortly before Japan declared war in the Pacific.[3]

Sempill was known as "Master of Sempill" before succeeding his father to the titles of Lord Sempill and Baronet of Craigevar in 1934."

"Legacy[edit]

Until 1903 any Scottish person living in France could receive French nationality automatically.

"La plus vieille alliance du monde" In a speech which he delivered in Edinburgh in June 1942, Charles de Gaulle described the alliance between Scotland and France as "the oldest alliance in the world". He also declared that:[12]

"In every combat where for five centuries the destiny of France was at stake, there were always men of Scotland to fight side by side with men of France, and what Frenchmen feel is that no people has ever been more generous than yours with its friendship."

In 1995, celebrations were held in both countries for the 700th anniversary of the beginning of the alliance.[2]

In 2011, British historian Dr Siobhan Talbott published the result of her research on this matter and concluded accordingly that the Auld Alliance is actually unrevoked after all. [13]"
