#2003: Marine Links DeConto Body Bits to Serco Presidential Override Trap, London Co CSI Trash

United States Marine Field McConnell has linked the path taken by various body bits of his fellow USNA alumnus – the late Captain Gerald DeConto – through and after the 9/11 attack on the Pentagon’s U.S. Navy Command Center, to Maureen Baginski’s staging of the Serco Presidential Override Trap (SPOT) and the subsequent trashing of crime scene investigations (‘CSI’) by investees of the London Company of Virginia.

McConnell believes that Baginski directed London Co founder Stephen M. Goddard, to put over $100 million into each of the five investee companies below and ordered their employees to trash DeConto’s body bits to stop the Pentagon CSI from tracking back to the Serco Presidential Override Trap.

McConnell’s prospective lawsuit should be examined in the context of the prequel link, the redaction (spoliation) of Defense Switched Network numbers on the document used to specify the ROE for the Global Guardian exercise to coordinate the murder of DeConto, and, the apparent spoliation of evidence which might otherwise prove the duty officer of the Pentagon’s U.S. Navy Command Center on 9/11 was shot twice (double tap) in the back of the head.
