#2012: Marine Links Red Switch Serco Massive Attacks to 343 Sam Cam Spot-Fix Tags for London Co. Fireman’s Body Bags

Plum City – (AbelDanger.net). United States Marine Field McConnell has linked Serco’s operation of the Red Switch Network in massive attacks on life and property to 343 spot-fix tags allegedly carried by Samantha (‘Sam Cam’) Cameron to New York the day before 9/11 to be attached to 343 Fireman’s Fund body bags by investees of the London Co. of Virginia.

McConnell claims that London’s White’s Club gamblers, including David Cameron, Nicholas Soames and Tom “Tagger” Stacey, placed Chris Hyman as Serco CEO to develop Red Switch dial-a-yield bombs so their bookmaker could offer 9/11 massive-attack spread-bet numbers while London Co. agents delivered Sam Cam’s spot-fixed number with 343 randomly-filled body bags.

London investees allegedly using Serco Red Switch to share spot-fixed body-bag vigs

Corrections Corp of America – Felons plant or remove evidence, extort blue-team silence and hack the Defense Red Switch Network (DRSN) to override orders from legitimate commands;
Sturm, Ruger & Company, Inc. – Equips cat-bond contract killers with semi-automatic pistols;
Alliant Techsystems Inc, (ATK) – Vaporizes evidence of contract hits with rocket-fuel arson;
Service Corp International – Destroys evidence of cat-bond hits in crematoria body bags;
White Mountains Insurance Group – Buffett cat-bond triggers – Fireman’s Fund contract hits.

McConnell suggests that users of the Serco-operated Defense Red Switch Network during simulated or real massive attacks, be treated as members of a racketeering influenced and corrupt organization engaged in murder for hire and spread-betting or spot-fixing frauds at mass-casualty events.

He invites readers to check Sam Cam’s alibi in NYC during 9/11 and see if she could have met with her Massive Attack mentor Adrian ‘Tricky’ Thaws to get the 343 spot-fixed tags on Fireman’s Fund body bags so that, even with only 52 names in the Social Security Death Index, Red Switch Serco could pay out $1.9 million to each of 291 claimants on the Victims Compensation Fund!

(N.B. Adding any pair of numbers in 343 gives crime scene investigators “Six and Sevens”.)

Raw Video: Cameron Visits 9/11 Memorial
“Samantha Cameron, wife of Britain's Prime Minister, went missing in NYC during 9/11 attacks

DAILY NEWS STAFF WRITER Wednesday, May 25, 2011, 4:05 PM
The pregnant wife of British Prime Minister David Cameron went missing inManhattan for hours on 9/11, he revealed Wednesday for the first time.

"I'll never forget the five hours of trying to get hold of her," Cameron said at a joint press conference with President Obama in London.

"And she'll never forget the New Yorkers that she met that day or the sense of solidarity that she felt that day and that we have felt ever since that day."

Samantha Cameron, then 30, was in the first months of pregnancy with their first child, Ivan, when she flew into New York on Sept. 10, 2001.

The creative director of Smythson of Bond Street, a 100-year-old luxury stationary firm, Cameron was in town to open the company's first American store at 4 W. 57th St.

She was in the store when the planes flew into the Towers and found herself relying on strangers in the street for comfort and information, the Telegraph reported.

Back in England, her husband, who had been elected to Parliament that June, could not reach his wife as phone service collapsed.

David Cameron, who became Prime Minister a year ago, said he feels a special bond with what New Yorkers went through that day.

"Today, as we come up to its tenth anniversary, we should remember the spirit of that city and the sympathy we feel with those who lost their loved ones," he said.”

“Tricky: 'I can still be really dark in my mind'
Tricky's mother killed herself when he was four and violence has always surrounded him, so it's little surprise that he has battled to make sense of his life. But the Bristolian musician is confronting the truths about his past
Tim Adams
The Observer, Sunday 19 September 2010 …..

"It's always been around me," he says. "My cousin got murdered in East Ham a few years ago; he got shot in his head. I've had one uncle murdered in Bristol. A friend of the family got shot in his head and they chopped off his arms, his legs. You know, I'm a musician but I still hear a lot. If I wanted to do a gangsta rap album, I've more right to do it than most people, but it's just not me, so a song like 'Murder Weapon', I've got friends singing it, because I don't want to get too close to it."

He keeps his own aggression at arm's length these days in the boxing gym. In the past, he has studied jujitsu and t'ai chi. Martial arts have been his education, he suggests ("School was nothing for me"), but since then: "I've found myself really needing some wisdom."

When I ask if he feels any religious impulse, he scoffs violently; he puts religion in the same category as politics. "A con that changes nothing." What, I wonder, did he make of Samantha Cameron's claims that she used to hang out with him while she was a student in Bristol?

He laughs. "I can't ever remember meeting her, to be honest. She's right about the places I used to go but I can't remember her. I think it's just, 'I'm a rich girl but I know people from the street.' I don't like it. If she really wanted to use my name, why not actually talk to me about what I know? If they could use me to help set up youth clubs or something, you know, great, but to claim my name, I think it's weak." …

In the 15 years since that album and the attendant global notoriety, Tricky has tried on multiple lives for size. He had a go at megalomania; his second album was called Nearly God, a quote from one interview, and he seemed plagued with satanic thoughts and fears for himself. Having always felt most at home in a studio, he became a manic and highly reluctant live performer, often doing whole shows entirely in the dark. He developed paranoid vendettas against journalists and rival musicians and when his relationship with Martina ended he lived – to extremes – and worked – eccentrically and hard – first in New York, which he left after 11 September, to try life in small-town New Jersey for a while. This wasn't for him: he got scared of the dark woods, the lack of street lighting ("You don't know what's out there," he observed, with feeling). Moving to LA, he got into spats with labels and producers and found his obsessive workaholic studio routines frustrated. He carried many of his demons with him, along with the West Country vowels that give an incongruous Somerset lilt to his wilder urban tales.

"The thing is," he says, "you have really got to be disciplined in LA. And I found that hard."

Tricky's idea of discipline is quite a loose one.

"For one thing," he says, "I started getting into the gun culture, shooting at galleries and in the desert and all that. One time I did this stupid thing of leaving a gun under my bed. It was an Uzi. The cleaner used to come to my house and bring her kids; unfortunately one kid found the gun and fired it when I was out. Luckily, I was in a restaurant because when the police came I could prove I'd been there and not fired the gun myself."”

“DA VANCE: 106 DEFENDANTS, INCLUDING 80 NYPD AND FDNY RETIREES, INDICTED IN SOCIAL SECURITY DISABILITY FRAUD COSTING FEDERAL TAXPAYERS HUNDREDS OF MILLIONS

Allegations Include Recipients Coached To Fake Psychiatric Problems; Certain Defendants Accused of Falsely Claiming Disability Caused by September 11th Attacks; Ring Was Managed By Former Rackets Prosecutor

Manhattan District Attorney Cyrus R. Vance, Jr., today announced the indictment of 106 defendants for a massive fraud against the federal Social Security Disability Insurance Benefits (“SSDI”) program that resulted in the loss of hundreds of millions of dollars from federal taxpayers. The four principal defendants, RAYMOND LAVALLEE, 83, THOMAS HALE, 89, JOSEPH ESPOSITO, 64, and JOHN MINERVA, 61, are accused of directing hundreds of SSDI applicants, including many retirees of the NYPD and FDNY, to lie about their psychiatric conditions in order to obtain benefits to which they were not entitled. They are charged with Grand Larceny in the First and Second Degrees, and Attempted Grand Larceny in the Second Degree. The remaining 102 defendants, all SSDI recipients, are charged with Grand Larceny in the Second Degree and Attempted Grand Larceny in the Second Degree.[1] The investigation is continuing.

“For years, federal taxpayers have unwittingly financed the lifestyles of the defendants charged today,” said District Attorney Vance. “The Social Security Disability safety net exists to help those who are unable to help themselves. Many participants cynically manufactured claims of mental illness as a result of September 11th, dishonoring the first responders who did serve their City at the expense of their own health and safety. This alleged scam further depleted the already limited resources available for battling the real and complex conditions of PTSD and depression. I commend the excellent work of the federal agents from the Social Security Inspector General’s office, who worked with Assistant District Attorneys and detective investigators in my office, as well as seasoned detectives from the NYPD’s Internal Affairs Bureau, to crack this decades-long scam.””

““Serco warns on profits as government ban is lifted”
January 30, 2014 11:27 am
“The UK government gave the all-clear for Serco to win public sector work on Thursday but it was not enough to spare the outsourcing group from shareholders’ wrath, as it warned a series of botched contracts would continue to take a toll on profits.” “Serco, which runs facilities from prisons and hospitals to air-traffic control towers in the UK, had been barred from winning fresh government work after it was referred to the City of London police for manipulating figures on a prison van escorting contract, and to theSerious Fraud Office for overcharging for electronic tagging.”

“But the government said on Thursday that it was reassured Serco “had developed a thorough plan for corporate renewal”. Although it will continue to monitor the group, the Cabinet Office said it had “accepted this plan represents the right direction of travel to meet our expectations as a customer”.

“The good news from the government was overshadowed by a 12.3 per cent fall in the company’s share price to 447p in early afternoon trading.”

“Although Serco welcomed the news that it would be considered “on an equal basis” with other suppliers for public sector contracts, it also warned that the scandals would continue to have a “negative impact” on profitability this year. Investors expected operating profit of £277m for the year ending December 2014, but Serco said the final figure could be between 10 per cent and 20 per cent lower.”

Yours sincerely,
