Security Check Firm Said to Have Defrauded U.S.

The company that conducted a background investigation on the contractor Edward J. Snowden fraudulently signed off on hundreds of thousands of incomplete security checks in recent years, the Justice Department said Wednesday.

The government said the company, U.S. Investigations Services, defrauded the government of millions of dollars by submitting more than 650,000 investigations that had not been completed. The government uses those reports to help make hiring decisions and decide who gets access to national security secrets.

A few years ago I wrote a piece entitled Why Too Big To Fail = Too Big To Exist with respect to the Wall Street banking oligopoly and its “friends” in other bankster-dominated Western regimes. This week U.S. Attorney General Eric Holder demonstrated the truth of that proposition by asserting that these criminal-banks were now “too big to prosecute”.

Translation: he, and the rest of the Justice Department, are refusing to perform their sworn duties and uphold the Rule of Law in the United States because it’s inconvenient. Outrageous.

A couple years ago, it was revealed that the FBI noted in one of its "counterterrorism training manuals" that FBI agents could "bend or suspend the law and impinge upon the freedoms of others," which seemed kind of odd for a government agency who claimed its "primary function" was "law enforcement." You'd think that playing by the rules would be kind of important. However, as John Hudson at Foreign Policy has noted, at some point last summer, the FBI quietly changed its fact sheet, so that it no longer says that "law enforcement" is its primary function, replacing it with "national security."

In 1980, in an infamous episode of American Justice, the Hunt Brothers were charged (and convicted) with attempting to “corner the silver market” – i.e. an attempt to monopolize it. At the time prosecution commenced, the Hunt Brothers had only managed to acquire less than 20% of total global inventories. 

Nonetheless, given the strict provisions of our antitrust laws, this was a violation. In this one (relatively tiny) market, even a 20% concentration by a single entity is considered unacceptable. But that was when our governments were less corrupt, and still enforced these laws on at least a semi-regular basis. 

Flash ahead to 2013, and readers of my previous commentary were presented with the earth-shattering findings of a trio of Swiss researchers:

In detail, nearly 4/10 of the control over the economic value of [all transnational corporations] in the world is held, via a complicated web of ownership relations, by a group of 147 [transnational corporations] in the core, which has almost full control over itself. The top holders within the core can thus be thought of as an economic “super-entity” in the global network of corporations. A relevant additional fact at this point is that ¾ of the core are financial intermediaries. [emphasis mine]

This morning as usual, the host on C-Span's Washington Journal was reading excerpts from articles in the mainstream newspapers while taking calls from viewers commenting on them. The issue of the day was illegal immigration, the push for immigration "reform" and the legalization of illegals. Obviously, the views portrayed in the newspapers don't reflect the views of the population even though they present the information in an article as if it were true and representative. Setting aside the given issue, what that really means is that newspapers are in the business of manipulation of perception - which means they are not a free and independent press. Rather, they serve a propaganda purpose because the ability to control the perception of people, is the ability control the direction of the country. It's pretty obvious that there is serious money and power behind the subversion of national sovereignty and the rights of citizens to be secure in their own country.

On Fridays, C-Span has a regular series called Newsmakers. The guest this week was Michael Needham of the Heritage Action for America group that is a sister organization to the Heritage Foundation. In a recent article, the New Republic called Michael Needham, the "loathed ideological commissar" of the Republican Party. I'd say he's earned that title and more.

United States Marine Field McConnell has linked script kiddies fitted by Serco with Wi-Fi tags for operations fraudulently attributed to al-Shabab, to Wi-Fi synchronized trigger signals relayed to bombs near the Twin Cities’ Aloft Hotel and the Jazeera Palace Hotel in Mogadishu for a New Year’s Day terror campaign, and a hit list in the custody of Lord Thurso and his associates at the MI-3 Innholders Livery Company.

Noting that script kiddies often die soon after relaying a signal via the Serco tags, McConnell may title his next book: “Serco’s Innholders – Lord Thurso’s List,” as it appears the 1963 movie “The List of Adrian Messenger” may have been the template for these ongoing murders.

McConnell notes that Serco (formerly RCA GB 1928) and the MI-3 Innholders used Bermuda’s Fairmont Hamilton Princess as a honeypot hotel during WWII and while the Internet term script kiddie is new, the profiles of triaged victims and black-hat and white-hat hackers are unchanged:

#1805: Marine Links MI-3 Serco Thurso Triggers to Harper Onion Script Kiddies, Jazeera Wi-Fi Bomb

United States Marine Field McConnell has linked Serco’s patent-pool trigger devices apparently procured by John Thurso MP, for the MI-3 Innholders Livery Company, to Laureen Harper’s alleged use of Onion Router to relay trigger signals via script kiddies listed in the NCIC Foreign Fugitive File to Wi-Fi dial-a-yield bombs such as those detonated near the Jazeera Palace Hotel in Mogadishu on New Year’s Day, 2014.

McConnell notes that Thurso’s grandfather, the late Archie Sinclair , was U.K. Secretary for Air during WWII and played a key role in procuring the trigger devices needed to detonate atomic bombs over Nagasaki and Hiroshima and ignite the fire bombs which destroyed Dresden.

McConnell suggests that the 12 August, 1944 murder of LT Joseph Kennedy Jr., whose BQ-8 was blown out of the sky in a fashion as obviously contrived as an ADRIAN MESSENGER script, involved the detonation of a bomb with a trigger signal radioed from a trailing RAF Mosquito allegedly procured by Scottish agents in a modus operandi dating back to 1871’s where the ignition of simultaneous fires in Chicago and Peshtigo tracks back to Geddes and Blatchford.
