McConnell notes that on May 2, 2009, he alerted Eric Holder, U.S. Attorney General, and R.C. (Dick) Bent, Chief Superintendent, Royal Canadian Mounted Police, Deputy Criminal Operations Officer (Contract) "E" Division, that the RCMP command system had been compromised with Entrust rootkit key in such a way as to support global man-in-the-middle bombing attacks by CAI assassins or saboteurs.

TORONTO – Two Canadian born citizens are in custody in connection with terrorism-related activity involving explosive devices that was planned at the B.C. Legislature in Victoria on Canada Day, not long after similar explosives were used in the Boston Marathon bombings.
But despite the similar devices, two former Canadian intelligence officers believe the Canadians arrestedMonday were planning their
attack prior to the Boston bombings.
On July 1, the RCMP arrested and charged Amanda Marie Korody, 28, and John Stewart Nuttall, 38, on charges that include conspiracy to commit an indictable offence, knowingly facilitating a terrorist activity and making and having in possession an explosive substance.

Pressure-cooker explosives have been recommended for lone-wolf operatives by al-Qaeda’s branch in Yemen. They have also been used in Afghanistan, India, Nepal and Pakistan, according to a July 2010 intelligence report by the FBI and the Homeland Security Department. One of the three devices used in the May 2010 Times Square attempted bombing was a pressure cooker, the report said.

For the fiscal year ended March 31, 1995, PSC received nearly $6 million of revenue from its Cisco outsourcing relationship. That represented about 5 percent of MacDonald Dettwiler's total revenue of $110 million. With continued growth from Cisco, and with Northern Telecom and other relationships under negotiation, PSC expects its outsourcing revenue to approximately double during the current fiscal year.
With a staff of about 120, PSC specializes in consulting and training related mainly to computer networking. PSC helps customers design and implement networks so that computers can communicate faster and at less cost.

OTTAWA–The RCMP's top human resources manager stepped down yesterday hours after RCMP officers, past and present, came forward to publicly back allegations of corruption and coverup in the force in shocking testimony before a parliamentary committee.
As the Star first reported in December, several RCMP officers – most of whom were then reluctant to be publicly identified – say senior members of the force, right up to then-commissioner Giuliano Zaccardelli, stalled and sidelined whistleblowers when they first raised allegations of fraud and abuse of the Mounties' insurance and pension funds.
"I was met with inaction, delays, roadblocks, obstruction and lies," retired staff sergeant Ron Lewis told the public accounts committee yesterday, alleging that "the person who orchestrated most of this coverup was commissioner Zaccardelli."
Lewis, who was head of internal staff relations when concerns were brought to him, then called in the auditor general, who found nepotism and useless contracts that diverted funds out of the members' pension and insurance funds.
Yesterday, other officers put their names to the allegations.
"The RCMP has had a small groups of managers who through their actions and inactions are responsible for serious breaches in our core values, the RCMP code of conduct and even the Criminal Code," Chief Supt. Fraser Macaulay told the MPs.
"Every core value and rule of ethical conduct that I held to be true and dear as a rank-and-file member of the RCMP has been decimated and defiled by employees at the highest levels of the RCMP," Sgt. Steve Walker told the committee.
Hours later, interim RCMP commissioner Beverley Busson said that Barb George was stepping down as deputy commissioner of human resources and from her senior executive and management duties.
Last month, Busson and other senior managers denied there had been any coverup in the 2003 investigation.
Busson replaced Zaccardelli after he resigned in December over contradictory testimony in the Maher Arar affair.
Lewis, who retired from the force two years ago, told the Star in December that Zaccardelli left behind a "culture of protect, cover-up, circle the wagons. We have to root that out."
Committee member John Williams, an Alberta MP, said of yesterday's testimony: "These were shocking revelations and allegations," adding he believed only a public inquiry could get at the truth. "The genie is out of the bottle now and we need to know all the details," he said.
Quebec Liberal Pablo Rodriguez said: "We were all shocked by what we heard. We will be considering a public inquiry."
The committee is expected to meet today to determine a course of action, an MP's assistant said last night.
Previously, Ottawa Police Chief Vince Bevan, whose force was called in to investigate whether criminal charges were warranted, denied there was any coverup.
Ottawa police reported "abuses of the pension and insurance plans, nepotism, wasteful spending, and override of controls by management," the auditor general's office said.
But, the Ottawa force said it found no evidence of criminal wrongdoing, and a Crown attorney agreed convictions were unlikely.
The RCMP has reimbursed about $3.4 million that had been improperly charged to the pension plan, assistant auditor-general Hugh McRoberts said. But it has not completely credited the plans for about $1.3 million that a federal audit found went to contracts that gave little value to the force and benefited senior employees' friends and family.
