#1342 Marine Links Nancy Campbell’s Spread-Bet Pension Key to Pig-Farm Wood Chipper “ON”

United States Marine Field McConnell has linked the Nancy Campbell pension plan (bcIMC) and its joint-venture investments in Macdonald Dettwiler and Associates’ Entrust key technology for spread betting with the UK MoD and the State of Illinois Terrorism Task Force, to a start button (‘ON’) on the wood chipper at the Pickton pig farm which, when pushed, would signal the amount of money to be collected by the bookmaker as a ‘vig’ at raves where up to 100 prostitutes died between 1979 and 2001.

McConnell draws readers and fellow sleuths’ attention to evidence of Libor loans and pension-fund spread betting on the number (#20) of dead children at the Sandy Hook Elementary School shooting, with Connecticut medical examiner Dr. H. Wayne Carver’s use of a wood chipper at a 1988 jury trial to match striations on the bone fragments of a euthanized pig with the remains of Richard Crafts' murdered wife, Helle Crafts.

Dr. H. Wayne Carver II, the longtime chief state medical examiner whose testimony in gruesome and high-profile cases made him a widely recognized public figure, said Thursday that he will be stepping down. 

The commission that oversees the Office of the State Medical Examiner agreed to begin a search for a new chief during a meeting last week, he said. The committee's move still needs to be approved by the state Office of Policy Management. 

Once his replacement is hired, Carver said, he will revert to being a medical examiner. 

In September, Carver wrote an email to the chairman of the state's Commission on Medicolegal Investigations, in which he said that meddling by Gov. Dannel P. Malloy's administration had pushed him to the breaking point. 

The subject line of the email was "enough is enough." He complained that budget cuts and agency consolidations cost five employees in "my business office." On Thursday, he said he has been considering the move for years. 

"I have been talking about the possibility of doing this ever since I turned 55 and was eligible for retirement," said Carver, who will be 60 in February. "There are tremendous privileges and rewards to being chief medical examiner and tremendous burdens." 

But he's not ready to retire, he said. 

"I've got a lot of autopsies left in me. I don't know how many board meetings I've got left," Carver said. 

Carver makes $303,433 a year, the state comptroller's office says. He has been chief medical examiner since 1989, after joining the office in the early 1980s. He has worked on many of the state's high-profile cases, including the Cheshire home-invasion murders, the Richard Crafts "wood-chipper" murder case, and the case of serial killer Michael Ross, who was executed in 2005. 

"I spent 18 years working on Michael Ross — in the aftermath of his evil and his own autopsy, and it's almost too much to comprehend," Carver said.

In advance of the Crafts wood-chipper trial in 1988, Carver decided to put a euthanized pig through a wood chipper so jurors could match striations on the bone fragments with the few ounces of evidence prosecutors say were the remains of Crafts' wife, Helle Crafts, the Associated Press reported. 

"He's an extraordinary medical examiner, testifies well on the stand and he's always willing to assist the police as well as the prosecutor's office," New Haven State's Attorney Michael Dearington told the AP. Dearington prosecuted the home-invasion case.”
