#1315 Marine Demands Letters of Marque – Links Valerie’s Bowman Radio to Al-Qaeda Gyroscope

Plum City – ( United States Marine Field McConnell will issue a formal demand to Congress to issue Letters of Marque and Reprisal to allow him to confiscate the assets of Thales, the foreign-owned company which was apparently extorted by Valerie Jarrett into integrating Bowman tactical radios with QRS-11 gyroscope missile-guidance systems in Boeing Uninterruptible Autopilots in order to execute the ballistic profiles flown by ‘al-Qaeda’ hijackers on 9/11.

In justification for his demand, McConnell will show Congress how Jarrett, Lester Crown and Anglo-French Thales (Racal) integrated Bowman-controlled laser-target designators with drones guided by al-Qaeda QRS 11 gyroscope to destroy the Pentagon’s U.S. Navy Command Center on 9/11.

Valerie Jarrett Truly Defines the "Culture of Corruption" - Michelle Malkin

“Experience gave CDC the edge in winning the Bowman defence contract Alex Wells 7/20/2001 7:48 AM EDT After eight years of humming and hawing, the Bowman digital battlefield radio project is finally on track. Experience gave CDC the edge in winning the Bowman defence contract. Geoff Hoon, secretary of state for defence announced in Parliament yesterday (19 July) that Bristol-based CDC Systems UK, had won the £1.7bn contract. CDC UK is part of Computing Devices Canada, itself a subsidiary of General Dynamics.”

“RACAL GETS BOWMAN RADIO [General Dynamics production, UK MoD Entrust MitM encryption] CONTRACT. C4I News November 5, 1998 | Copyright Permalink The Racal Electronics-Thomson-CSF [Now Thales Saddam’s preferred weapons supplier!!!!!!!] joint venture was recently awarded a $427 million contract to be the preferred supplier for the Local Area System (LAS) for the British military's new Bowman tactical radio system. The contract was awarded by Archer Communications, the joint venture company founded by ITT Defence [IIN], Siemens Plessey Systems- -now part of British Aerospace (BAe)--and Racal Electronics as a joint venture company in 1997 to be the prime contractor and systems integrator for the radio (Defense Daily Aug. 29, 1997). Archer Communications is to manage the design, manufacture, support and enhancements of the Bowman system through and beyond 2002.”

"False statements" Boeing "was aware that a [State] Department export license was required but chose to export without authorization by using false statements on documents," the charging letter alleges.

Boeing managers declared on shipping certificates that no export license was required, even after the State Department had told the company otherwise, according to the letter.

Boeing eventually acknowledged to the State Department it had exported 96 aircraft and 27 spare gyrochip-equipped flight boxes without export licenses.

The QRS-11 chip, made by a unit of [former Clinton client] BEI Technologies in Concord, Calif., is just over 1-½ inches in diameter and weighs about 2 ounces. It sells for between $1,000 and $2,000.

Described as "a gyro on a chip," it is used to help control the flight of missiles and aircraft.

On Boeing jets, three BEI microchips are embedded in an instrument box made by French avionics firm Thales.

Acting together, the three chips provide a three-dimensional positional reading, telling the pilot through the flight display the precise yaw, roll and pitch of the airplane.

This no-moving-parts electronic-sensor system acts as a back-up to a spinning gyroscope.

Because of its use in guided missiles, the sensor is classified as a significant military item. Export-control regulations dictate that any larger system containing the sensor — even a commercial airplane — also must be considered a military item.

Note for Valerie Bowman (a.k.a. Jarrett): When your enemy is inside your BROODA Loop, it’s all over.
