We believe that Kristine Marcy provided a "Paperclip Passport" service to clients or alumni of SOS Children's Villages which allowed pedophile associates of Michelle Obama to move special weapons and tactics teams (e.g. UNMOVIC, 8a, Conair, JPATS and GAPAN) through crime scenes associated with the “first live-broadcast mass snuff film in human history” on 911.
We also believe that after 1979, when Barry Soetoro had been groomed (?) as a pedophile operative by Frank Marshall Davis in Hawaii, Crown Agents' Sister Ms. Marcy, then an Assistant Director, Office of Personnel Management, arranged a paperclip passport used in 1981 by Barry Soetoro, the future husband of Michelle Obama (nee Robinson) and the future President of the United States to inaugurate SOS [Pedophile] Villages in Pakistan and prepare various SOS SWAT teams for a series of attacks fraudulently attributed to Osama bin Laden and al-Qaeda.In the excerpted notes, we remind our readers of the concepts of 'spoliation of evidence' and `misprision of treason' as they apply to many common law jurisdictions in the English-speaking world and also the offence and penalties related to `murder-for-hire' (contract killing) as recognized in the U.S. Criminal Code.
We also remind readers that Crown Agents' Sister and Clinton-Rubin associates' Kristine Marcy, is Field McConnell's sister who, of all people at a senior level in the U.S. government bureacracy, is the one the best qualified to bleach paperclip passports allegedly used by Michelle Obama's associates for Pedophile 911.

"In law, spoliation of evidence is the intentional or negligent withholding, hiding [e.g. operation paperclip adjustments to pedophiles' passport files or hiding source of commands to alleged pedophile SOS agents provocateurs on 911 with ASSANGISTA ONION ROUTER encryption], altering, or destroying of evidence relevant to a legal proceeding. Spoliation has two consequences: the act is criminal by statute and may result in fines and incarceration for the parties who engaged in the spoliation; also, case law has established that proceedings that might have been altered by the spoliation may be interpreted under a spoliation inference. The spoliation inference is a negative evidentiary inference that a finder of fact can draw from a party's destruction of a document or thing that is relevant to an ongoing or reasonably foreseeable civil or criminal proceeding: the finder of fact can review all evidence uncovered in as strong a light as possible against the spoliator and in favor of the opposing party. The theory of the spoliation inference is that when a party destroys evidence, it may be reasonable to infer that the party had "consciousness of guilt" or other motivation to avoid the evidence. Therefore, the factfinder may conclude that the evidence would have been unfavorable to the spoliator. Some jurisdictions have recognized a spoliation tort action, which allows the victim of destruction of evidence to file a separate tort action against a spoliator" ... "Misprision of treason is an offence found in many common law jurisdictions around the world, having been inherited from English law. It is committed by someone who knows a treason is being or is about to be committed but does not report it to a proper authority. It is therefore unusual in that it is a criminal offence which may be committed through inaction .. Procedure The procedure on trials for misprision of treason is the same as that on trials for murder. It is classified as an indictable-only offence. Limitation A person may not be indicted for misprision of treason committed within the United Kingdom unless the indictment is signed within three years of the commission of that offence. Scottish Parliament Misprision of treason is a reserved matter on which the Scottish Parliament cannot legislate .. United States In the United States, misprision of treason is a federal offense, committed where someone who has knowledge of the commission of any treason against the United States, conceals such knowledge and does not inform the President, a federal judge or State Governor or State judge (18 U.S.C. § 2382). It is punishable by a fine and up to 7 years in federal prison. It is also a crime punishable under the criminal laws of many states." .. "The "murder-for-hire" statute, 18 U.S.C. § 1958, was enacted as part of the Comprehensive Crime Control Act of 1984, Pub.L. 98-473, Ch. X, Part A (Oct. 12, 1984). Section 1958(a) provides: Whoever travels in or causes another (including the intended victim) to travel in interstate or foreign commerce, or uses or causes another (including the intended victim) to use the mail or any facility in interstate or foreign commerce, with intent that a murder be committed in violation of the laws of any State or the United States as consideration for the receipt of, or as consideration for a promise or agreement to pay anything of pecuniary value, or who conspires to do so [violates this statute] .. According to the legislative history, § 1958 covers both the "hit man" and the contractor under the theory that the contractor causes the hit man to travel or use facilities in interstate commerce. S. Rep. 225 at 306. The maximum penalty for violating § 1958 varies with the severity of the conduct: a fine and/or ten years for any violation; a fine and/or twenty years if personal injury results; and a fine of not more than $250,000 and/or death or life imprisonment if death results. If the death penalty might be applicable, the United States Attorney's Office must comply with the guidelines at USAM 9-10.000"

"Operation Paperclip was the Office of Strategic Services (OSS) program used to recruit the scientists of Nazi Germany for employment by the United States in the aftermath of World War II (1939–45). It was executed by the Joint Intelligence Objectives Agency (JIOA), and in the context of the burgeoning Soviet–American Cold War (1945–91), one purpose of Operation Paperclip was to deny German scientific knowledge and expertise to the USSR[1] and the UK. Although the JIOA’s recruitment of German scientists began after the European Allied victory (8 May 1945), US President Harry Truman did not formally order the execution of Operation Paperclip until August 1945. Truman's order expressly excluded anyone found “to have been a member of the Nazi Party, and more than a nominal participant in its activities, or an active supporter of Nazi militarism.” Said restrictions would have rendered ineligible most of the scientists the JIOA had identified for recruitment, among them rocket scientists Wernher von Braun and Arthur Rudolph, and the physician Hubertus Strughold, each earlier classified as a “menace to the security of the Allied Forces”. To circumvent President Truman’s anti-Nazi order, and the Allied Potsdam and Yalta agreements, the JIOA worked independently to create false employment and political biographies for the scientists. The JIOA also expunged from the public record the scientists' Nazi Party memberships and régime affiliations. Once “bleached” of their Nazism, the US Government granted the scientists security clearance to work in the United States. Paperclip, the project’s operational name, derived from the paperclips used to attach the scientists’ new political personae to their “US Government Scientist” JIOA personnel files."
"OMG, they are killing people. Do you remember this curious story during the Presidential election? A couple of months before rumblings began about Obama's birth circumstances and the discovery that BHO's COLB (certification of live birth) was a forgery, a story broke in late March 2008 that State Department employees had tampered with the passport files of Barack Obama. At the time "State Department spokesman Sean McCormack said the violations of McCain and Clinton's passport files were not discovered until Friday, after officials were made aware of the unauthorized access of Obama's records and a separate search was conducted". The incidents raise questions as to whether the information was accessed for political purposes and why two contractors involved in the Obama search were dismissed before investigators had a chance to interview them. I always thought they rifled through Clinton's and McCain's to make it look like it was all three but it was Obama's passport records that they accessed. Secondarily, almost as an afterthought, there were "violations" concerning Clinton and McCain. But who stood to gain from a tampering, and why? There is a video here of Obama's response to the passport "breach" back on March 21, 2008. Watch it -- I think it's telling that he says, not that he has anything to hide, "not because I have any particular concerns" [minute -.23]. This is before the birth certificate scandal. Who would say that? Passport breach March 21. On April 8, 2008, Obama confessed to having taken a trip to Pakistan in 1981. Here is what Obama said - Jake Tapper was there: "So when I speak about having lived in Indonesia for four years, having family that is impoverished in small villages in Africa --knowing the leaders is not important -- what I know is the people...I traveled to Pakistan when I was in college -- I knew what Sunni and Shia was [sic] before I joined the Senate Foreign Relations Committee." Tapper was surprised and said: This last part -- a college trip to Pakistan -- was news to many of us who have been following the race closely. And it was odd that we hadn't hear about it before, given all the talk of Pakistan during this campaign. Much speculation has been made about what national passport Obama used when he traveled to Pakistan in 1981. So Obama confessed to this trip two weeks after his passport was tampered with. Pakistan was in turmoil in 1981 and ruled of martial law. Millions of Afghan refugees were living in Pakistan, while the Afghan Mujahedeen operated from bases inside Pakistan in their war with the Soviets. One of the leaders that based his operation in Quetta, Pakistan was Usama Bin Laden (The Sheik). Pakistan was on the banned travel list for US Citizens at the time and all non-Muslim visitors were not welcome unless sponsored by their embassy for official business."
"SOS Children’s Village Chicago opened in central Chicago on Thursday 26 August 2004. What was once the site of an old mattress factory is now the home of almost 100 children. Chicago Mayor Richard M. Daley and Alderman Latasha Thomas of the 17th ward joined local leaders at the grand opening on the city’s Southside. The village consists of twelve family homes and four duplexes, which house children and SOS parents. The village can house up to 90 children. In addition, another 24 homes are in the process of being built for moderate-income families through the Chicago Department of Housing’s New Homes for Chicago and will round out the scattered site community. The village also has a director's house, administration building and playground. The centrepiece of the village is a community centre that includes day care, and infant and toddler programmes, an outpatient therapy centre, meeting rooms and administrative offices.
