Perry said, “The state has filed a Petition for Review with the U.S. Court of Appeals for the D.C. Circuit, and will also file a Petition for Reconsideration with the Environmental Protection Agency, asking the administrator to review her decision.”
Texas’ petition follows weeks of admissions by the UN panel responsible for global warming/climate change/Little Ice Age theories, the IPCC. Faulty math, missing data and outright rigging of figures, and the IPCC chair’s ties to India’s state-owned oil company have called significant claims by the panel into question.
The Texas announcement said, “The state’s legal action indicates EPA’s Endangerment Finding is legally unsupported because the agency outsourced its scientific assessment to the International Panel on Climate Change (IPCC), which has been discredited by evidence of key scientists’ lack of objectivity, coordinated efforts to hide flaws in their research, attempts to keep contravening evidence out of IPCC reports and violation of freedom of information laws.”
The IPCC faces increasing criticism on a number of fronts. Among them is the cardinal scientific sin of using non-peer-reviewed data to support claims.
Bilderberg tool Perry is facing a tough election battle. In reality, he's done nothing but sell out the people of Texas. This is simply the Establishment seeking to control the debate. Good to see them forced into this corner, though!
