McConnell Links Gore Hammer Air Force and Sister to Shock and Awe 9/11

The Abel Danger White House Group announced today that it has linked Gore Hammer awards to Field McConnell’s sister Kristine Marcy and the U.S. Air Force to the Shock and Awe attacks of 9/11.

Abel Danger spokesman Field McConnell claims that his Gore-Hammer sister Marcy procured modifications to Air Force and Con Air planes to support decoy maneuvers and rocket-fueled drone attacks on 9/11 during a bogus continuity of government exercise.

“AIR FORCE WINS HAMMER AWARD After re-engineering its process to quickly and efficiently chisel away at mountains of classified documents, the Air Force Declassification Team will receive Vice President Al Gore's Hammer Award at a Pentagon ceremony Aug. 9, 1996. The Hammer Award is Vice President Gore's special recognition to teams that have made significant contributions to support the president's National Performance Review principles -- putting customers first, cutting red tape, empowering employees and getting back to basics. The award honors the team's creativity in improving declassification policies and decision-making processes, and doing so in a timely, high-quality and low-cost manner. This paved the way for the volumes of work that lie ahead. The declassification team was created in 1989 and was initially composed of Air Force Reserve and Air National Guard members assigned to the administrative assistant to the secretary of the Air Force. Their job was to devise a declassification plan to release official Air Force documents to Congress and the public. The original team reinvented declassification decision making by creating the Air Force's first computer-based declassification guide. The guide enables trained declassifiers to quickly review, coordinate and, if appropriate, declassify information in record time.

The team first tackled classified documents from the Vietnam era. In 1992, came the added challenge of reviewing records of prisoners of war and those missing in action. [Allowing Gore Hammer insiders to identify and assassinate whistleblowers who might otherwise reveal the traitors such as John ‘Songbird’ McCain who sabotaged the successes of the Tet Offensive] Later, the team reviewed and declassified Gulf War documents. On April 17, 1995, President Clinton signed Executive Order 12958, which prescribes a uniform system for classifying, safeguarding and declassifying national defense information. The declassification team has expanded into a task force that includes representatives from the Air Force offices of public affairs, history, chief of security police and the Air Force Historical Research Agency. During the initial review of about 6 million pages of Air Force records, the team created a streamlined process to effectively implement the executive order. Since the order was signed, the team has amassed a large collection of classification guides, transformed them into electronic media for on-line use, and authored an electronic declassification guide that incorporates Air Force documents dating from 1947 to 1975. The team has also worked with the Air Force Extension Course Institute at Gunter Air Force Base, Ala., to design a computer-based declassification training course open to all military and federal civilian employees [and allow al-Qaeda pilots to train in the United States in preparation for the 9/11 attack]. Since the Hammer Award is the vice president's answer to yesterday's $600 hammer, the award consists of a $6 hammer, a little ribbon and a card from Gore, all in an aluminum frame. The award recognizes new standards of excellence achieved by teams helping to reinvent government. The award will be presented tomorrow, Aug. 9, 1996 at 1:30 p.m. (EDT) in the Pentagon Auditorium, Room 5A1070. Media wishing to cover the ceremony should contact Maj. Cecily Christian, (703) 695-0640.”

Diann Stumpf, who was in her family's weekend homenear the crash scene, rushed to aid Knight. Yesterday, as workers began to remove parts of the plane from the neighborhood, Knight met for about a half-hour with the two families. "He was very appreciative to the Stumpfs. It was rather emotional between him and the Greens, but they were very understanding," said Maj. Cecily Christian, a [Gore Hammer] Air Force spokeswoman.”

“Hammer Time Federal government reinvention is a "grass roots" initiative. It's the folks on the front-line--Federal employees at all levels--who are making the changes happen. To recognize the accomplishments of these front-line employees, Vice President Al Gore established his Hammer Award. Since 1993, more than 1000 Hammer Awards have been presented to Federal employees, state and local employees, and citizens who are working to reinvent government. "Hammer Time" will be a regular REGO feature showcasing Hammer Award winners who saved taxpayer money. In this Issue, we are showcasing The Air Force/NASA Hammer Award-Winning team. A Little History The Air Force's Cape Canaveral Air Station and NASA's Kennedy Space Center (KSC) in Florida have, historically, been two adjacent -- but basically independent -- facilities. Partners in Reinvention In 1997, the Air Force and NASA joined forces to set up a single set of base operations and support services for KSC, Cape Canaveral, and Patrick Air Force Base, home of the 45th Space Wing Command and headquarters for all the Air Force's Atlantic launches. In a nutshell, the Air Force-NASA team merged Cape Canaveral and Kennedy operations and other functions into a single performance-based contract that profoundly changed the way they do business. Cost Savings for American Taxpayers The team estimates that, by combining services, the Air Force and NASA will save American taxpayers $557 million over ten years - a 20% reduction in operating expenses at Cape Canaveral, KSC, and Patrick Air Force Base. This unique partnership also slashes red tape and paperwork while ensuring that KSC/Cape Canaveral remains the world's premier gateway to space. "Hammer Time" The result: The Air Force/KSC team received a much deserved Hammer Award from the Vice President for creating an efficient, streamlined National SpacePort that is customer-oriented, uncomplicated, modern, and economical [and allow Gore Hammer saboteurs to place thermite incendiaries adjacent to the reinforced carbon-carbon (RCC) panels of the Space Shuttle Columbia] It promises to be a model for other agencies. Deborah Jeane Palfrey, who is acting as her own attorney, said Harlan K. Ullman, a senior associate with the Center for Strategic and International Studies, "is only one of dozens of such officials" who will be exposed as she prepares her defense. Harlan K. Ullman From SourceWatch Commander Harlan Kenneth Ullman, USN (Ret), is the military theorist responsible for the "shock and awe" strategy openly discussed prior to the 2003 U.S. invasion of Iraq. In 1996, Ullmann, then an analyst at the Center for Strategic and International Studies, published Shock and Awe: Achieving Rapid Dominance. The premise of the book was that, rather than relying on old-fashioned gimmickry like destroying the enemy's military capability, we could instead win wars by "sufficiently intimidating and compelling factors to force or otherwise convince an adversary to accept our will." Ullman approvingly cited the nuking of Hiroshima and the Germans' blitzkreig as examples of shocking and awing civilian populations into submission.”

“Materials analyses of key forensic evidence helped unlock the mystery of the loss of space shuttle Columbia that disintegrated February 1, 2003 while returning from a 16-day research mission. Following an intensive four-month recovery effort by federal, state, and local emergency management and law officials, Columbia debris was collected, catalogued, and reassembled at the Kennedy Space Center. [Gore Hammer Engineers] and scientists from the Materials and Processes (M&P) team formed by NASA supported Columbia reconstruction efforts, provided factual data through analysis, and conducted experiments to validate the root cause of the accident. Fracture surfaces and thermal effects of selected airframe debris were assessed, and process flows for both nondestructive and destructive sampling and evaluation of debris were developed. The team also assessed left hand (LH) airframe components that were believed to be associated with a structural breach of Columbia. Analytical data collected by the M&P team showed that a significant thermal event [alleged sabotage by Gore Hammer agents] occurred at the left wing leading edge in the proximity of LH reinforced carbon carbon (RCC) panels 8 and 9. The analysis also showed exposure to temperatures in excess of 1,649°C, which would severely degrade the support structure, tiles, and RCC panel materials. The integrated failure analysis of wing leading edge debris and deposits strongly supported the hypothesis that a breach occurred at LH RCC panel 8.”
