1) On 10 December, 2006 I informed FAA, FBI, ALPA and Northwest Airlines of the existence of
The Strangler's Suite of illegal aircraft modifications on some Boeing airliners dating from 1995 in
the modifications to Lufthansa B747-400s. This was required of me by FAR 121.533.

2) My employer, Northwest Airlines, where I had a flawless 29 year career and was positioned as
a Boeing 747-400 Captain at the time, was compelled by some outside agency to try and silence
me. A felonious Wrongful Termination ensued. ALPA participated in fraud upon the court in
Civil Case 1:08-1600 (RMC).

3) On 1 January, 2007 and 5 May 2007, respectively, Adam Air 574 and Kenya Airways 507 were
downed consistent with my warnings to FAA and ALPA.

4) On 14 February, 2007 I reported directly to FBI Director Mueller a relationship between my sister, Kristine Marcy (US Senior Executive Service), and the illegal modifications to Boeing airliners. [ anyone wishing copy and proof of delivery request it at fieldmcc@yahoo.com ]

5) In September, 2008, I filed Civil Case 1:08-1600(RMC) which should have remedied the illegal
modification of glass cockpit airliners worldwide.

6) In 2009 Speedbird (British Airways) 38, Colgan 3407, Turkish Airlines 1951 and Air France 447 were corrupted by The Strangler's Suite. Speedbird 38 was a hull loss at Heathrow, Colgan
and Air France were 100% fatalities and Turkish 1951 was a hull loss with some fatalities at AMS.
It was during this time that I asked Senator Byron Dorgan to allow me to testify at Senate Air
Safety proceeding in US Senate on 10 and 17 June, 2009. He denied my request and he is no
longer in the Senate.

7) On January 19, 2011 Judge Rosemary M. Collyer dismissed my Civil Case 1:08-1600 (RMC)
(Pro Se) (RMC) in US District Court, District of Columbia.

8) In addition to FAA Director Babbitt, ALPA Presidents Duane Woerth, John Prater, Lee Moak
and ALPA Attornies Rob Plunkett, Suzanne Kalfus and James Johnson were aware of the illegal
modifications to airliners in The Strangler's Suite and also their relationship to AA11, AA77,
UA93, UA175, Adam Air 574, Kenya Airways 507, Speedbird 38, Turkish Airlines 1951,
Colgan 3407 and Air France 447.

9) I am available to clean up the US airline system on an interim basis. On my first day in authority I would give the CEOs of Boeing, Airbus, Embraer and Bombardier 24 hours to provide proof that all of their aircraft registered in the US have been cleansed of the Strangler's Suite. If the FAA is not lead by long term airline captain with fluency in both NorAD and Strangler's Suite
that would be, effectively, rolling the dice. FAR 121.533 did not allow me to roll the dice in 2006.

WASHINGTON (AP) — FAA Administrator Randy Babbitt was placed on a leave of absence Monday as Department of Transportation officials decide how to handle Babbitt's weekend arrest on charges of drunken driving in suburban northern Virginia.

DOT officials are in "discussions with legal counsel about Administrator Babbitt's employment status," said a statement released by Transportation Secretary Ray LaHood's office Monday afternoon.

The Federal Aviation Administration is part of the Transportation Department. Babbitt is about halfway through a five-year term.

Babbitt, 65, was charged with driving while intoxicated after a patrol officer spotted him driving on the wrong side of the street and pulled him over about 10:30 p.m. EST Saturday in Fairfax City, Va., police in the Washington, D.C., suburb said.

Babbitt, who lives in nearby Reston, Va., was the only occupant in the vehicle, the statement said. Police said he cooperated and was released on his own recognizance.

Babbitt apparently delayed telling administration officials about the arrest. White House spokesman Jay Carney said President Barack Obama and Transportation Department officials learned of the arrest Monday afternoon, about an hour before a 1:30 p.m. EST statement was released saying Babbitt had been placed on leave at his request.

Dear all,

This is a request for some action. On Friday we [UK Column] published an article on the website which was originally published in the latest newspaper, about allegations of some particularly nasty events at Oxford and Cherwell Valley College. This morning, we received what can only be described as a highly intimidatory demand to take the article down from a lady called Ann Wilson, who described herself as head of the College's marketing department.

She demanded to know the source of the article, which naturally we refused to give, and they demanded the article be taken down immediately. The reaction of the College was very reminiscent of that of Eilish Angiolini and Levy & McRae when we began publishing articles on the Hollie Greig scandal - confrontational and bullying. We have no intention of taking the article down. In fact, we need to spread it as widely as possible. There seems to be a massive cover up going on, and our initial article doesn't scratch the surface. The allegations behind the article, "from multiple sources", need to be investigated properly by the police, which has so far failed to happen, just as with Hollie Greig. Why?

Alcohol consumed in classrooms, bullying, racism, health and safety breaches, pornographic videos, sexual and physical assaults, abuse of trust, and neglect are just some of the accusations against Oxford & Cherwell Valley College which have surfaced over the last eighteen months.

Nestled in David Cameron’s Conservative heartland, this leading college, states that it is the largest provider of further education training in Oxfordshire. According to the web page of college Principal and Chief Executive Sally Dicketts “We pride ourselves on the fact that we have something for everyone, we are all members of a vibrant and diverse community, and we are passionate about helping each individual to achieve their potential.”

Despite this welcoming accolade, former pupils and members of staff accuse Oxford & Cherwell Valley College management of collaborating in a calculated cover-up of a series of perverted and unpleasant activities in the college which started to manifest around 2007.

Allegations suggest that aside from sexual assaults on girls, students were encouraged to drink alcohol in classrooms and were shown pornographic material on college computers - in some cases on the private mobile phones of staff, including images involving children. Boys and girls also suffered bullying at the hands of staff, and those who attempted to warn senior managers of the horrendous activities, were reportedly warned off or pressurised to keep quiet.

Repeated complaints by staff and students did eventually force an investigation, but those present at the college at the time claim that the investigation led by Mr Ray Tregear, was biased so as to protect the college and cover-up the abuses.

Informers also claim that although Thames Valley Police did make some enquiries into abuse and pornography allegations these were low key, incompetent and involved officers working outside normal codes of conduct. Most surprising is that police did not impound computers for detailed forensic examination.

– WEAPONS-GRADE URANIUM MADE AT CHALK RIVER NOT NEEDED FOR MEDICAL ISOTOPES

MNN. Dec. 20, 2007. Gordon Edwards, of the Canadian Coalition for Nuclear Responsibility, raised serious concerns about the MAPLE (Multipurpose Applied Physics Lattice Experiment) reactor delays at Chalk River:

”An important aspect of the isotope-production fiasco on Algonquin territory is being ignored. AECL (Atomic Energy of Canada Limited) uses 95 per cent highly-enriched “weapons-grade” uranium HEU to make the main isotope (molybdenum-99). This can be made using low-enriched uranium (LEU) – which is NOT weapons-usable material, but is more expensive. Somebody wants to make isotopes and bombs cheaply.”

He continued, “It’s easier to make a very powerful bomb with weapons-grade uranium like the one dropped on Hiroshima in 1945.” The only stockpile of weapons-grade uranium in Canada is at Chalk River, less than 200 kilometres up the Ottawa River from Canada’s capital. The Canadian public and Members of Parliament are told they are for “essential and life-saving” medical isotope production; however, there’s enough there to build two or more atom bombs – and the stockpile is increasing.

Why is the Canadian company, MDS Nordion, that sells the isotopes, ordering more of the risky weapons-grade uranium from the U.S.? Why do Canada and the U.S. allow this hazardous material to be transported over regular highways, rails and air? The U.S. warns the towns where these materials are being transported. Not in Canada!

Hey, wait a minute? How medically necessary is this weapons-grade uranium anyway? How did humans thrive and survive without isotopes? There are definitely cases where people’s lives have been saved using the new technology. But are we being sold a bill of goods? The isotopes should properly be made with uranium that is not weapons-grade. If we care about having generations to come, do we not also have a responsibility to make sure they have a safe and clean environment to live in?

We are concerned about the international weapons shysters that like to wheel and deal with Canadian Prime Ministers and other heads of states. They have set up a situation where a valid medical use is being used to camouflage deadly, life-destroying practices.

Gordon Edwards, who has a lot more high-tech knowledge than we do, worries that Canada’s Members of Parliament have been bamboozled? On December 11th, every Member and Senator voted in favor of restarting the old decommissioned NRU (National Research Universal) reactor. The “scheduled 2005” maintenance was not done. Its reopening goes against the advice of the Canadian Nuclear Safety Commission. What’s the point of setting up a committee of experts if you’re not going to listen to them?
