To whom it may concern in France, US, UK, Brazil and Turkey:
1) On 10 December, 2006 I informed FAA, FBI, ALPA and Northwest Airlines of the existence of
The Strangler's Suite of illegal aircraft modifications on some Boeing airliners dating from 1995 in
the modifications to Lufthansa B747-400s. This was required of me by FAR 121.533.
2) My employer, Northwest Airlines, where I had a flawless 29 year career and was positioned as
a Boeing 747-400 Captain at the time, was compelled by some outside agency to try and silence
me. A felonious Wrongful Termination ensued. ALPA participated in fraud upon the court in
Civil Case 1:08-1600 (RMC).
3) On 1 January, 2007 and 5 May 2007, respectively, Adam Air 574 and Kenya Airways 507 were
downed consistent with my warnings to FAA and ALPA.
4) On 14 February, 2007 I reported directly to FBI Director Mueller a relationship between my sister, Kristine Marcy (US Senior Executive Service), and the illegal modifications to Boeing airliners. [ anyone wishing copy and proof of delivery request it at fieldmcc@yahoo.com ]
5) In September, 2008, I filed Civil Case 1:08-1600(RMC) which should have remedied the illegal
modification of glass cockpit airliners worldwide.
6) In 2009 Speedbird (British Airways) 38, Colgan 3407, Turkish Airlines 1951 and Air France 447 were corrupted by The Strangler's Suite. Speedbird 38 was a hull loss at Heathrow, Colgan
and Air France were 100% fatalities and Turkish 1951 was a hull loss with some fatalities at AMS.
It was during this time that I asked Senator Byron Dorgan to allow me to testify at Senate Air
Safety proceeding in US Senate on 10 and 17 June, 2009. He denied my request and he is no
longer in the Senate.
7) On January 19, 2011 Judge Rosemary M. Collyer dismissed my Civil Case 1:08-1600 (RMC)
(Pro Se) (RMC) in US District Court, District of Columbia.
8) In addition to FAA Director Babbitt, ALPA Presidents Duane Woerth, John Prater, Lee Moak
and ALPA Attornies Rob Plunkett, Suzanne Kalfus and James Johnson were aware of the illegal
modifications to airliners in The Strangler's Suite and also their relationship to AA11, AA77,
UA93, UA175, Adam Air 574, Kenya Airways 507, Speedbird 38, Turkish Airlines 1951,
Colgan 3407 and Air France 447.
9) I am available to clean up the US airline system on an interim basis. On my first day in authority I would give the CEOs of Boeing, Airbus, Embraer and Bombardier 24 hours to provide proof that all of their aircraft registered in the US have been cleansed of the Strangler's Suite. If the FAA is not lead by long term airline captain with fluency in both NorAD and Strangler's Suite
that would be, effectively, rolling the dice. FAR 121.533 did not allow me to roll the dice in 2006.
