Jeffrey Epstein received $158 million from billionaire Leon Black and $46 million at a bare minimum from billionaire Les Wexner, according to the latest numbers.

The founders of Apollo Global Management, one of the world's biggest private equity firms, engaged in a brief power struggle this weekend over control of the firm, a rift that opened up after an inquiry revealed that one founder — Apollo's chief executive and chairman, Leon Black — had paid more than $150 million to the convicted sex offender Jeffrey Epstein.As arrogant and jaded as the left's premiere conspiracy theorist is. Joy Reid haphazardly brings up a major issue that has been pushed into the background due to the paralysis of the state of American culture. Proving that we no longer live in a free country where any topic is fair game for criticism protected by our First Amendment. But even more dangerous is that Reid's arrogant claims are marinated in the progressive opinion that American culture is split in half. This growing schism celebrated by the pundits of neo liberal social influence is a cancerous phenomenon that intends to accelerate the balkanization of America.
On Monday, Mr. Black announced his plan to step down as chief executive this year. "I have advised the Apollo board that I will retire as C.E.O. on or before my 70th birthday in July and remain as chairman," he said in a statement.
The review — ordered by the firm's board at Mr. Black's behest in October, after The New York Times detailed at least $75 million in payments — found that Mr. Black had paid Mr. Epstein $158 million in a five-year period ending in 2017. He had also lent Mr. Epstein more than $30 million, only $10 million of which was paid back, the report found.
Mr. Black's payments effectively bankrolled the lifestyle of Mr. Epstein — whom Mr. Black viewed as a "confirmed bachelor with eclectic tastes," according to the report — in the years after his 2008 guilty plea in Florida to a prostitution charge involving a teenage girl.
Les Wexner admitted in January 2020 that Epstein got well over $46 million from him (Wexner, after being exposed as Epstein's money man, released a ridiculous story claiming Epstein "misappropriated vast sums" of his money and said $46 million that Epstein donated to Wexner's wife's foundation represented only a "portion" of the funds he took). Wexner also appears to have given Epstein tens of millions worth of property and let him use his properties for free.

Epstein's estate is reportedly $600 million and Wexner and Black appear to be his biggest sources of funding.
Epstein entered into a "partnership worth millions" in 2015 with Ehud Barak, the former Prime Minister of Israel and the head of Israeli Military Intelligence.
Barak also reportedly regularly visited Epstein's other apartment building in New York (which was majority owned by Epstein's mysterious brother Mark who bought the apartments off Les Wexner) where underage girls say they were trafficked.

Ghislaine Maxwell was a voracious photographer who "constantly" snapped photos of topless girls at Jeffrey Epstein's mansion and kept the pictures in an album, according to freshly released court documents.
A former butler at Epstein's Florida home told lawyers that Maxwell was an "avid" photographer who routinely took photos of scantily clad girls with a "special camera".
Most of the images were taken poolside and were of "topless" young women, which Maxwell would later store in an album she kept on her desk, according to former employee John Alessi.
"She was very avid with photographs," Alessi said in federal court papers unsealed on Saturday. "She had this high-tech camera. She was constantly taking photographs."
Alessi said most of the girls were European and some were American.
British socialite Maxwell is in a New York jail awaiting trial on multiple counts of procuring girls as young as 14 for Epstein to abuse, and of allegedly abusing some of the girls herself. The 58-year-old has denied all the charges she faces.
Alessi's statements to lawyers were made in June 2016 and were unsealed by a judge on Saturday. They relate to a settled defamation case between Maxwell and Virginia Roberts Giuffre, who claims she was coerced into having sex with Prince Andrew from the British royal family.
The FBI wants to interview Prince Andrew but he has denied all claims of wrongdoing. A lawyer representing Epstein's victims branded it "outrageous" that a year has passed since the queen of England's second-eldest son publicly promised to cooperate with the US authorities.
Lisa Bloom called on the royal to submit to an interview with the FBI, saying "it is never too late to do the right thing."
Disgraced businessman Epstein was found dead in a New York jail in August 2019 while awaiting trial on federal sex trafficking charges. His death was officially ruled a suicide, and intense speculation has surrounded the circumstances.
