Judge Says FAA Chief Helped Delta Air Lines Retaliate Against Pilot Who Raised Pilot Safety Concerns

Dear Fellow Aviation Whistleblowers,

I write to the many who are bcc'd in this email to implore you to watch the important 11 minute video below concerning the unlawful retaliation against Delta Airlines pilot whistleblower Karlene Petitt by her airline management.

Please place comments below the YouTube video and post this link on your favorite social media outlets. Additionally we ask that you forward this email to interested and concerned family, friends, and neighbors and to numerous news media outlets. We would like to see the video go viral. 

Finally we ask that you email the FAA Administrator Steven Dickson at steven.dickson@faa.gov and Delta CEO Ed Bastian at ed.bastian@delta.com respectfully requesting that the appeal of Ms. Petitt's case be dropped by Delta Airlines management to avoid future embarrassment in the upcoming litigation by our association.

The illegal employment of retaliatory psychiatric evaluations of pilot whistleblowers through the collusive efforts of the FAA and airline management has been ongoing in industry for decades and must be exposed by any and all means available. This wrongful practice sends a chilling signal to other would-be pilot whistleblowers who fear retaliation if they dare speak out on safety issues. It obviously has a gross negative impact on aviation safety within the industry affecting the security of our special interest, the millions who travel by commercial air and the dedicated professional pilots who serve them.
