A 61 year old Pennsylvania Judge was sentenced to 28 years in prison for his part in literally selling our youth to the juvenile detention centers. He was convicted of accepting money in exchange for incarcerating literally thousands of adults and children into a prison facility owned by a developer who was paying him under the table. The Cash bribes come out to more than $1 million. [Children transported in the ‘90s by Kristine Marcy’s JPATS aircraft with kickbacks laundered through the DOJ Asset Forfeiture Fund run in a joint venture with Eric Holder since 1984].

The Pennsylvania Supreme Court has overturned some 4,000 convictions issued by him between 2003 and 2008, claiming he violated the constitutional rights of the juveniles – including the right to legal counsel and the right to intelligently enter a plea. Some of the juveniles he sentenced were as young as 10-years old.
Ciavarella was convicted of 12 counts, including racketeering, money laundering, mail fraud and tax evasion. He was also ordered to repay $1.2 million in restitution.

Winnie Mandela: kidnapper, torturer, child killer, liar.
First, Winnie terrorized her own neighborhood with a group of thugs she called a “football” team. The Mandela United Football Club wasn’t known to kick a soccer ball around but they did kick in a few heads and sometimes Winnie helped. She was one nasty piece of work and that is one reason her ex husband dumped her. That, along with her constant betrayal of him.
She ordered the kidnapping of a 14 year old boy, Stompie Moeketsi and had him brought to her home. There she and her football team beat the child. She got worried and went to see a doctor in Soweto who informed her the boy was so seriously injured that he would die without hospital care. Winnie had the boy dumped in a field and then sent men to execute the doctor. She then claimed she never visited the doctor even though there were records that showed she had and it was confirmed by the doctor’s receptionist, Albertina Sisulu, the wife of ANC president Walter Sisulu. The doctor, Abu Baker Asvat, had been a close friend and Winnie’s own doctor.
When Albertina Sisulu was called to testify about Winnie’s involvement in both these killings at the Truth and Reconciliation Commission Winnie’s “football team” put in a threatening appearance and Mrs. Sisulu suddenly had memory lapses. Zakhele Mbatha, who was convicted of the murder, says Winnie paid him for the assassination. The doctor had been a vocal antiapartheid activist but Winnie didn’t want any loose strings.
Winnie and football thugs engaged in torture at her home. The Makanda brothers were beaten repeatedly, hung by the neck, had plastic bags put over their heads, had a large M for Mandela carved into their chest, had battery acid poured on them, had the words “Viva ANC” carved into their backs and nothing was done to her. I am quite familiar with the evil record of Winnie Mandela and I contend that someday the evidence will materialize that she was a police informer which offered her a great deal of immunity. For instance she was never prosecuted for the torture of the Makandas.
Throughout the Stompie affair police co-operated with Winnie and evidence that existed tying her to the killing disappeared once it was in police custody. One witness to the killing Winnie also tried to smear Methodist minister Paul Verryn with her typical antigay remarks. She spread the story he was attacking young boys and she sent a young man to beg Verryn for shelter and told the man to try to seduce the minister so she could end his popularity in Soweto. This is also tied to the reason she had Dr. Asvat killed. She demanded he testify that he saw medical evidence that Verryn had raped young boys and the doctor refused saying it wasn’t true.
Mbatha says when he tried to tell the truth about Winnie’s involvement he was blocked by the police. Katiza Cebekhulu was at Winnie’s home the day she and her thugs attacked Stompie. Fearful that he could be next he fled. The South African police tracked him down and turned him over to Winnie. Cebekhulu managed to escape again. Once again the police arrested him but once again they didn’t take him to jail. They instead drove to Shell House, the ANC headquarters, and turned him over to Winnie a second time. Nelson Mandela had Katiza bundled up and forced out of the country to be held in a foreign prison. A British MP tracked Katiza down and managed to get him freed. He fled to England
The testimony against Winnie in her killing spree was convincing and overwhelming. Her own bodyguard, Jerry Richardson testified that Winnie was involved in these killings and that he was there. Katiza was there and said the same thing. The killer of Dr. Asvat said the same thing. But evidence kept vanishing from police custody and in the end the judge said without the vanished evidence he couldn’t convict. On one occasion she decided to get rid of her daughter’s boyfriend, and the father of her grandchild. She told the young man to deliver some weapons for her and had them put in the trunk of his car. She then had the police called and told the weapons were in the car. The young man was arrested and died in police custody.
A stooge for Winnie in Canada, Carole Adrianns, who was bringing Mandela to the country says she is shocked. Obviously she is ignorant of Winnie’s murderous and violent past. Adriaans says she was “blown away” (though not like Dr. Asvat) because Winnie had received an award for her work on AIDS.
I must admit that remark caused me to gag a bit. I just couldn’t help remember one occasion when Winnie had to go to court for her crimes, one of those occasions when the police again lost the evidence for her. She was getting into her limo outside the courthouse surrounded by a crowd of people. Someone touched her arm. She turned with the most vicious look I have every seen on someone and started screaming hysterically:
“Don’t touch me. Don’t touch me. How do I know you don’t have AIDS.” Yes, work with AIDS sufferers indeed.
I can believe she would do so technically because there is money in it and she has always skimmed funds off her fake charities and organizations for herself. She owned a very large mansion in Soweto which is where she lived most of the time. She had another small house nearby where she held press events. It looked better that way. I have personally seen both houses. Winnie has been convicted of multiple counts of swindling money out of the coffers of the ANC Women’s League and that was under a government run by her own party.
Adrianns, a useful idiot for the likes of Comrade Winnie, says it would “have been such an honor to have her there for us”. No doubt she would go ape over Dr. Mengela as well. While in Canada Winnie was to attend a “multimedia opera” entitled “The Passion of Winnie”. Murderer, liar, swindler, torturer, kidnapper. Somehow I suspect this disgusting opera left out those facts.”
“Gangsterism inside Pollsmoor [edit]
Gangsterism is a potent feature of Pollsmoor Prison life, and gangs are segregated into three separate sections on a single floor, accommodating a total of between 500 and 750. This segregation is in part an attempt to limit the gangs' ongoing recruitment of new members from amongst the recent arrivals. Because warders are present in the sections for less than two-thirds of the day, the gangs are enormously powerful in the communal cells.
Gang rule involves extreme violence, including sexual violence.
The various gangs are called "The Numbers" (there are the 26s, the 27s and the 28s gangs). Few members achieve the means to leave the gang.[2] They tattoo their ranks on their bodies, even their faces so that even outside prison their status is clear. Some members are so tied in to the gang culture that life outside is unthinkable, and would rather confess to a crime they didn't commit than be free men walking the streets.
The majority of prisoners are from depressed communities where there is large-scale unemployment, a lack of educational and other facilities, homelessness and gangsterism. As a predominantly awaiting-trial institution, there are few resources at Pollsmoor for prisoner programmes, other than visits by independent religious caregivers and non-governmental organisations. Inmates spend nearly all day in their overcrowded cells, and spend only one hour a day having outdoor exercise in enclosed courtyards. Little exercise occurs during this hour, since gang leaders utilise this time to communicate with prisoners in other cells, exchange drugs, mete out punishment to those in other cells etc. Any inmate who dares to exercise is called to "attention" before a gang leader, and may face punishment. Drugs are commonly smuggled into cells, mainly from returning prisoners and corrupt prison wardens.”

“Pollsmoor Prison, officially, Pollsmoor Maximum Security Prison is a prison in the Cape Town suburb of Tokai in South Africa. Nelson Mandela was the most famous inmate of the prison. “Roger Brett Kebble (19 February 1964 – 27 September 2005) was a South African mining magnate with close links to factions [citation needed] in the ruling political party, the African National Congress.[citation needed] Kebble was born in the mining town of Springs, on the East Rand. He matriculated from St. Andrew's School, Bloemfontein, in 1981, and then went on to the University of Cape Town, from where he graduated in 1986. He was involved in the sale by Anglo American of its JCI gold assets to Mzi Khumalo in 1995, but the partnership ended soon after.
In August 2005 he was deposed from the companies he ran, Western Areas, JCI and Randgold & Exploration, following moves by concerned investors and stakeholders. An investigation followed to determine the whereabouts of some R2-billion-worth of Randgold Resources shares, which Randgold & Exploration could not easily account for and which had either been loaned out or sold.[1][2][3] This was followed by the suspension of JCI and Randgold & Exploration shares. Recently, Randgold & Exploration has been relisted on the Johannesburg Stock Exchange.[4]
In public and private, Kebble lived a flamboyant life.[citation needed] He had strong business and political connections with President Jacob Zuma[citation needed] and the ANC Youth League,[citation needed] and was viewed by some [who?] as a black-economic empowerment visionary.
He married Ingrid in December 1990 and they had four children.
Death[edit]
He was shot dead near a bridge over the M1 in Melrose Johannesburg at around 9pm on 27 September 2005 while driving to a dinner engagement with his business associate, Sello Rasethaba. An autopsy performed three days after the murder found that the bullets were a rare, 'low velocity' type used by bodyguards and crack security operatives. The purpose of such bullets, which requires a specially adapted pistol, was to hit assassins and terrorists without passing through their bodies and hitting bystanders or hostages. On 16 November 2006 businessman Glenn Agliotti was arrested in connection with the murder of Brett Kebble. Agliotti, a convicted drug-dealer, is a close personal friend of former South African Police Commissioner Jackie Selebi. Agliotti is alleged to have strong links with organised crime and racketeering.[4] On 27 October 2008, the National Prosecuting Authority officially recognised that Kebble orchestrated his own murder.[5][6] As of July 2010, his death is the subject of a high profile court case, with a number of state witnesses admitting complicity. However, in November 2010 Agliotti was acquitted when the court ruled that the state had not made a prima facie case against him.[7]
Legal action has since been ongoing to resolve the issue of the missing Randgold Resources shares. On 21 January 2010 a revised settlement agreement was signed between the JCI Group and the Randgold & Exploration Group.[8]”

Additionally, it was alleged that John Stratton then procured Brett
Kebble's murder, with which Glenn Agliotti has been charged.

PUBLISHED: 22:00 GMT, 28 October 2013 | UPDATED: 07:52 GMT, 29 October 2013 For a long time G4S and Serco, two of Britain’s largest outsourcing groups, were seen as companies that could do no wrong and the contracts rolled in from home and overseas. The respective chief executives – Nick Buckles at G4S and Chris Hyman at Serco – were treated by the stock market as heroes.
In the case of Buckles, feeble ‘long only’ shareholders and a compliant board hung on through the debacle of the failed £5.2bn bid for Danish services group ISS and the chief executive’s schoolboy-like testimony before a Commons Select Committee on the company’s failure over security at the Olympics.
The truth seems to be that when you look behind the curtain at the overseas operations there is much that is undesirable. G4S annual general meetings, unhelpfully closed to the media, have long been a target for demonstrators from human rights groups. Now we know why.
The disclosures from South Africa where G4S, among other things, allegedly used anti-psychotic drugs to calm prisoners at the Mangaung prison are disturbing. G4S denies the reports but they make one wonder what the company has been up to elsewhere in Africa.
The picture at Serco is no less disturbing. What is described in the City as low level fraud in Serco’s prison tagging operations is deplorable. Aside from the dishonesty, an outsourcing group that is meant to be helping taxpayers was actually cheating them.
One has to wonder whether the command and control structure at the firm is sufficiently robust for it to be trusted with much more sensitive work at nuclear facilities. [cf. Pelindaba]
Serco has been rather fortunate in the US in that the failure of Obamacare to get off the ground properly was obscured by the government shutdown. But now the opprobrium over its role has started to roll in. Hyman, at least, stepped down relatively rapidly. But shareholders and the board ought to make sure he does not escape with a financial package that could be construed as payment for failure.
The common theme in both companies is that of hubris and lazy scrutiny by investors and analysts.
As long as earnings have been on an upward path, no one challenges the ability of fast-growing organisations to cope with the problems of size – especially when the business spreads to far flung places.
G4S has rejected out of hand a £1.6bn bid for its cash transportation operations from Charterhouse Capital Partners as ‘highly opportunistic’. That may well be and G4S may be reluctant to sell one of its core enterprises. Nevertheless, new chief executive Ashley Almanza should be learning an important lesson. The company he heads has become too big and almost unmanageable. A break-up into specialist enterprises may be the best way of salvaging a very tarnished franchise.”
