#1784: Marine Links MI-3 Wi-Fi patent to Serco Defence Academy, Baginski Charlesmark Boston Bombs

Plum City – (AbelDanger.net). United States Marine Field McConnell has linked the MI-3 Livery Companies’ Wi-Fi patent pools, to Serco’s Wi-Fi operations at the U.K. Defence Academy and Serco director Maureen Baginski’s alleged use of the Charlesmark Hotel in Boylston Street, Boston, as a Wi-Fi on-scene command post for the bombings of April 15, 2013.

McConnell claims that his MI-3 founder sister Kristine Marcy, recruited Baginski into the U.S. Senior Executive Service in 1979 and had her groomed in National Security Agency SIGINT and FBI counter-intelligence before allowing her access to the MI-3 patent pools used by Serco and the U.K. Defence Academy for Wi-Fi man-in-the-middle attacks on sovereign states around the world.

Object, possibly pressure-cooker lid, lands on building roof after Boston bombing

MailOnline News … Lid of Boston Marathon pressure cooker bomb was found on sixth floor rooftop of hotel 35 yards away - and guests thought it was a hubcap
New crime scene photographs from the first blast confirms that a pressure cooker was used in the device.

Other photographs submitted to the FBI reveal the scene before and after the second bomb detonated.

Devices were designed to act as 'Claymore' anti-personnel devices - which are meant to maim on the battlefield.

An orange and grey bag can be seen on the opposite side of barriers to spectators before the second blast.

The pressure-cooker bombs were packed with shards of metal, nails and ball bearings
Devices are frequently used in Afghanistan, India, Nepal and Pakistan, according to Homeland Security.

The force of the first blast at the Boston marathon was so strong, the lid of the pressure cooker bomb was found on the sixth-floor roof of a hotel 35 yards away from the explosion site and is now a vital clue in the investigation.

A guest at the Charlesmark Hotel discovered the crucial piece of evidence just minutes after the blast. He picked up the twisted metal – believing it was a hubcap from a vehicle damaged in the bomb – and gave it to a policeman.

Twenty-four hours later he was quizzed by FBI agents, who revealed the mangled metal was one of biggest clues so far in the search for the terrorists who killed three and injured 183 others.”

Boylston Street was no longer a crime scene Tuesday, but it still felt that way to many business owners and employees who made a long, sad walk to workplaces that seemed frozen in time. Doors were tagged in green paint by authorities, either “OK” or “Locked.” Metal Marathon barricades were stacked like cord wood the length of Boylston.

For the first time in eight days, businesses and residents returned to the site of the bombings, most with trepidation.

“I’m just trying to pull it together,” said Mark Hagopian, operating partner of the Charlesmark Hotel, before mopping blood from the lobby floor. “It’s eerie. It just feels haunted a little bit.” Laura Trust, president of Finagle a Bagel, said she approached her business with a heavy heart. “Just walking down Boylston like this is strange,” she said, adding that her company’s losses pale in comparison to the lives lost or forever changed by the bombings.

“You think about the families and the people hurt. Business seems so insignificant,” Trust said. “But you’ve got to move on and get back to work. This is all part of getting the city running again.”

The employees of the Charlesmark Hotel approached their workplace with knots in their stomachs and tears in their eyes.

Inside, donning matching pink jackets that they last wore on Marathon Monday, they mopped up bloodstains from the charcoal gray tiles, brushed shattered glass off the sleek bar top, and hugged each other. While everyone got busy cleaning, many said they could not keep their thoughts from the horrific events of last Monday.

“I’m still shaken up,” said manager Leah Bishop, as she filled trash bags with week-old cheese cubes, crackers, moldy baby carrots, and near empty bottles of Corona beer with limes.

“I’m a little lost,” she added.”

During the Boston Marathon on April 15, 2013, two pressure cooker bombs exploded at 2:49 pm EDT (18:49 UTC), killing 3 people and injuring an estimated 264 others.[3] The bombs exploded about 13 seconds and 210 yards (190 m) apart, near the finish line on Boylston Street.[2][8]

The Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) took over the investigation, and on April 18, released photographs and surveillance video of two suspects.[9][10][11] The suspects were identified later that day as Dzhokhar and Tamerlan Tsarnaev. Shortly after the FBI released the images, the suspects allegedly killed an MIT police officercarjacked an SUV, and initiated an exchange of gunfire with the police in Watertown, Massachusetts. During the firefight, an MBTA police officer was injured but survived with severe blood loss. Tamerlan Tsarnaev was run over by his brother Dzhokhar, who was injured but escaped.

An unprecedented manhunt ensued on April 19, with thousands of law enforcement officers searching a 20-block area of Watertown.[12] During the manhunt, authorities asked residents of Watertown and surrounding areas, including Boston, to stay indoors. The public transportation system and most businesses and public institutions were shut down, creating a deserted urban environment of historic size and duration.[13][14] Around 7 pm, shortly after the "shelter-in-place" advisory was rescinded, a Watertown resident discovered Dzhokhar Tsarnaev hiding in a boat in his back yard. He was arrested and taken to a hospital shortly thereafter.[15]

During an initial interrogation in the hospital, Dzhokhar—who had not been read his Miranda rights—said Tamerlan was the mastermind. He said the brothers were motivated by extremistIslamist beliefs and the wars in Iraq and Afghanistan, and that they were self-radicalized and unconnected to any outside terrorist groups. He said they had learned to build explosive devices from an online magazine of the al-Qaeda affiliate in Yemen.[16] He said that he and his brother had decided after the Boston bombings to travel to New York City to bomb Times Square. Dzhokhar was charged on April 22, while still in the hospital, with use of a weapon of mass destruction and malicious destruction of property resulting in death.[5][17] He has pleaded not guilty to 30 charges.

Serco is proud to announce that Maureen Baginski, Vice President of Serco’s Intelligence Services, received the FBI Intelligence Analysts Association (IAA) Award.

“We are truly proud of Maureen and this great honor she received. She has brought to Serco the same can-do attitude she exuded while working for the FBI and she continues to lead her team here at Serco with pride and respect,” said Ed Casey, Chairman and Reston, VA (PRWEB) May 02, 2011

Serco Inc., a provider of professional, technology, and management services to the federal government, is proud to announce that Maureen Baginski, Vice President of Serco’s Intelligence Services, received the FBI Intelligence Analysts Association (IAA) Award. The first annual event and ceremony was held on April 12 in Washington, DC.

Ms. Baginski was recognized for her work from 2003 to 2005, when she served as the FBI’s Executive Assistant Director for Intelligence. In that position, she was responsible for establishing and managing the FBI’s first-ever intelligence program. She adapted FBI intelligence capabilities with information technologies to create an intelligence-sharing operation that could identify threats before they became attacks.

During the awards ceremony, James Mackey, a former FBI supervisory intelligence analyst, had these words to say about Ms. Baginski, “Ladies and gentlemen, this person, Maureen Baginski immediately established credibility through hard work the old fashioned way. She became one of the Director’s tugboats, and again, through hard work…she established the FBI directorate for domestic intelligence and brought about fundamental change in the FBI, not only for you, but for the American people.”

Prior to her role with the FBI, Ms. Baginski served at the National Security Agency (NSA) for 23 years, where she held a variety of positions, including Signals Intelligence (SIGINT) Director, Senior Operations Officer in the National Security Operations Center; Executive Assistant to the Director of NSA/Central Security Service, Chief Officer of the Director; Assistant Deputy Director of Technology and Systems; and lead analyst for the Soviet Union. As SIGINT Director, Ms. Baginski successfully established and directed a unified program to exploit encrypted or denied information on global networks. Leading the NSA’s Signals Intelligence Directorate, the Nation’s high technology cryptology organization, she managed a complex and geographically dispersed distributed information production enterprise.

“We are truly proud of Maureen and this great honor she received. She has brought to Serco the same can-do attitude she exuded while working for the FBI and she continues to lead her team here at Serco with pride and respect,” said Ed Casey, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer at Serco.

Ms. Baginski is also the recipient of two Presidential Rank Awards, two Director of Central Intelligence National Achievement Medals, the Director of Military Intelligence’s Leadership Award, and NSA’s Exceptional Civilian Service Award. She holds BA and MA degrees in Slavic Languages and Linguistics from the University of Albany. In December 2005, she received an honorary Doctorate of Humane Letters from the University of Albany for her service to the nation.
