#1698: Marine Links MI-3 Security Professionals to White Widow G4S Murder and Obama-Odinga Westgate Key

Plum City – (AbelDanger.net). United States Marine Field McConnell has linked the MI-3 Security Professionals Livery Company to the White Widow’s (Samantha Lewthwaite) hit team murder of a G4S senior technical staffer in Nairobi apparently staged in July 2013 to steal the Entrust root key needed for an alleged Obama-Odinga MitM attack with al-Shabaab actors on the Westgate Mall.

McConnell claims that his sister, MI-3 boss Kristine Marcy, instructed G4S auditor KPMG – the founder of The Security Professionals and all modern Livery Companies – to set up murder-for-hire escrow positions with the Queen’s Privy Purse and Obama’s Asset Forfeiture Fund and used the stolen G4S Entrust key to supply Odinga with al-Shabaab actors in the Foreign Fugitive File for the false-flag Westgate attack.

Disambiguation:

MI-3 = Supply-chain protection racket operated through Privy Purse and Livery Company patent pools Marcy (Livery Company 8(a) hit teams – VA Prisoner Medical Services – JABS – Asset Forfeiture Funds)
+ Inkster (RCMP Wandering Persons Registry – KPMG Consulting – Abusive tax shelter – Escrow frauds)
+ Interpol (Berlin 1942-1945 – Operation Paperclip into Foreign Fugitive File – William Higgitt - Entrust)
+ Intrepid (William Stephenson – GAPAN patent pool – MitM Pearl Harbor attack – Kanada Kommando) MI-3 = Marine Insertion Intelligence and Investigation unit set up in 1987 to destroy above

McConnell notes that in Book 12 published at www.abeldanger.net, agents deployed by his Marine Insertion, Intelligence and Investigations (MI-3) group are mingling in various OODA modes with agents of the Marcy Inkster Interpol Intrepid (MI-3) protection racket based at Skinners’ Hall, Dowgate Hill.

Gang shoots dead G4S manager
Updated Wednesday, July 31st 2013 at 00:00 GMT +3
By Cyrus Ombati

Nairobi, Kenya: A Dutch national and senior manager with the G4S security company was shot dead in cold blood in his house in Nairobi’s Westlands area.

The victim was alone in his house along Muguga Green Drive when the gang [allegedly led by White Widow] struck on Monday at about 3 am.

They shot him six times at close range before escaping with a communications gadget that was in the house [Allegedly included Entrust root key devices needed for MitM attack on Westgate Mall].

Police said the deceased was a senior technical staffer at the G4S offices in Nairobi.

Nairobi County police commander Benson Kibui said the victim was in the house when a gang raided, tied two guards who were on duty before raiding the house.

He said they are treating the incident as murder and that they are questioning the two guards who were on duty.”

“Nairobi, August 25, 2011……..Leading security solutions provider G4S has introduced a security technology solution that combines the latest technology on data monitoring and reporting with human intervention for enhanced building security. The Symmetry TM Access Control System seeks to centralize and control all security systems for ease of management and increased level of security.

Though the basic security elements remain the delivery of the system to offer faster response to insecurity by turning data into information, it can also be used to respond to security concerns much faster by speeding up incident analysis.

Speaking at the launch, G4S Technology Managing Director- International Sales, Mr. David Young, said “a high quality building access system not only enhances the security of an organization site but also protects a company‘s important assets. The Symmetry TM Access Control System is like a Swiss army knife, it will do everything for you to meet all your security requirements.” Among the unique components of the new solution is video verification which allows one to choose information they want displayed on their computer in order to identify personnel getting in and out, and within their premises. This way, one can control the access of people within property with an option to deny access.

“G4S Technology UK designs and manufactures security technology which ensures complete control on solutions put to the market. G4S also works with universities and leading technology partners to advance technological solutions for the future,” added David Young.

With the new system, one can set the levels of threat identifiers they want through the Threat Level Manager which is another unique standard in-built feature of the system. This regulates what level of employees or personnel can access specific areas within the premises depending on safety and security circumstances constantly under review by security managers. Symmetry TM Access Control System provides full control over who goes where and when.

Other special attributes of the new product include video playback which shows video footage on what transpired before and after an incident where cameras have been position in critical areas with controlled access.

The in-built Visitor and Identity Management module enables one to create visitor cards that are connected to the centralized system. With this software, an email alert prompts the user once a visitor has arrived and indicates the location of the visitor at the moment. In addition it allows the user to create a badge with information on the visitor and determine regular visitors who retain these badges according to frequency and terminate details of one time visitors. The security systems can also be incorporated with Gatekeeper, and Under-vehicle Search System using special cameras to identify changes of state to identify suspicious components attached to the underside of vehicles. G4S Technology also deploys cameras with video analytics that remove unnecessary motion for security cameras located on poles and detect any tampering on the same and automated detection of unusual behavior. These can further be used to track activities in a given area in order to enhance security or improve productivity.

Fred Kinywa, the Regional Director, Integrated Security Solutions, East Africa said, “this solution is more practical in Kenya as it is integrated to reduce reliance on human intervention alone thus reducing manned security spend and rendering it cost-effective when integrated with technology. In terms of redundancy for networked systems each system has local capability both in terms of database and event management as well as power. If the system goes offline it continues to function locally and when it comes back online, synchronization with the main server takes place.” He added.

The unified building security and total integration aspect of the Symmetry TM Access Control System sets it apart from the traditional security systems as it is based on interface with all components of security systems. Built as an access control system, it can integrate with video, intrusion, building management functions such as energy and lighting control, with additional exception reporting which allows security managers to be proactive. In response to unsustainable source of power, there is a 24 hour back up on the Symmetry TM Access Control System allowing for continuous control and monitoring before restoration of mains supply.

Kinywa said that in addition to the backup already set up, the extra backup offered by the unit is reliable enough to keep maintain security of buildings and property.

In Kenya G4S has installed over 25 Symmetry systems in the last 2 years and continues to draw interest as we seek to grow our Integrated Security Solutions portfolio.”

Maclean’s .. Westgate Mall: Kenya’s symbol of economic strength succumbs to terror
Ryan Kohls was in the mall an hour before the shooting began
by Ryan Kohls on Thursday, September 26, 2013 12:17pm - 4 Comments …

On Sept. 21, Adatia was at Nairobi’s upscale Westgate Mall, preparing to host a children’s cooking program for 33 kids called Sungold Sunrice Superchef. Shortly before the show went on air, al-Shabab militants stormed the rooftop and sprayed bullets and grenades into the crowd. Adatia was hit in the leg.

She bled to death before receiving treatment at a nearby hospital. She was 31 years old. “She was a blessed soul,” says Bernice Wairima, a producer who worked alongside Adatia. “This makes you ask, ‘Why, God?’ ”

An hour before the brutal attack on Westgate Mall, I was there, waiting in line at Barclays bank. Westgate is a popular mall for wealthy Kenyans and the vast expat community in Nairobi. The mall opened in 2007 in the affluent Westlands neighbourhood of the city and stood as a symbol of Kenya’s economic strength in east Africa: a four-storey shopping centre with shiny marble floors, glass elevators and more than 80 high-end retail stores. For many in the bustling city, it was an oasis, an excursion away from Nairobi’s congested streets, a place to enjoy good coffee and free Wi-Fi.

At around 11 a.m., between 10 to 14 al-Shabab gunmen pulled up in vehicles, opened fire, and entered the mall from the front doors and rooftop parking lot. Early reports described the attackers as thieves, but it became apparent there was no exit strategy for this group. The attack quickly turned into a hostage situation. Hundreds of shoppers were lucky to escape as the chaos began. These witnesses recounted haunting tales of kids being shot at point-blank range and others being singled out and asked questions about the Qu’ran. Those who failed to answer correctly were executed.

Within the first 48 hours, more than 60 people were confirmed dead and hundreds injured. Two were Canadian: 29-year-old diplomat Annemarie Desloges and Vancouver-based businessman Naguib Damji. The siege would go on to last more than four days, consist of hundreds of violent exchanges and focus the world’s attention on Nairobi’s fight against terrorism. At the time of writing, the official body count was 67, but it is likely to rise considerably higher.”

INTERPOL RELEASES ARREST NOTICE FOR 'WHITE WIDOW' FOR WESTGATE MASSACRE

“Breitbart … Interpol has issued an arrest warrant for British national Samantha Lewthwaite, also knows as the “White Widow.” Kenya requested the warrant, claiming she is a danger to the world. The international law enforcement agency sent the red alert to 190 countries, notifying officials it is a priority to pass along any information on her whereabouts.

Interpol Secretary General Ronald K. Noble said: “By requesting an INTERPOL Red Notice, Kenya has activated a global ‘tripwire’ for this fugitive,” said.

“Through the INTERPOL Red Notice, Kenyan authorities have ensured that all 190 member countries are aware of the danger posed by this woman, not just across the region but also worldwide.”

Mr Noble said the publication of the Red Notice for Samantha Lewthwaite meant that the public could also play a crucial role in providing information to law enforcement to help identify and locate her.

With Lewthwaite previously only wanted at the national level for alleged possession of a fraudulently obtained South African passport, Mr Noble said this case underlined the ‘invisible threat’ posed by terrorists and criminals travelling internationally using illicit passports.

Lewthwaite is suspected of being part of the Westgate Mall massacre in Nairobi, Kenya. On September 21, 10 to 15 al-Shabaab jihadists stormed the mall and said they wanted to murder all non-Muslims. They lined up men, women, and children and quizzed them over Islam. If the civilians could not answer correctly to prove they were Muslim, the gunman slaughtered them.

Lewthwait’s first husband, Germaine Lindsay, blew himself up and murdered 26 people on a train in London in July 2005 as part of the terrorist attacks on the London Underground. At first, Lewthwaite condemned the crime, but in 2009 she disappeared and ran to Kenya, joining with al-Shabaab. The Kenyan authorities put her on a wanted list after her fingerprints were found at a crime scene of a terror plot against Westerners.

The South African government said Lewthwaite used the name “Naledi Pandor” to obtain her passport, but the name on the passport says Natalie Faye Webb. The country cancelled the passport in 2011, and it has not been used since February 2011. The government said they did not knowingly harbor Lewthwaite. No we are not, no government intentionally provides cover, I hope, for terrorist groups, and it is certainly not the practice of the government or security forces of South Africa.

It is unknown if she ever lived in South Africa. Credit records show three addresses for Webb in Johannesburg, but residents deny she lived there.”

“In 2009, G4S continued to acquire companies: Secura Monde International Limited and Shiremoor International Engineering Limited, together, the UK’s leading specialist banknote and high security technical and commercial advisory companies; All Star International for $60M,[27] one of the premier facilities management and base operations support companies providing services to the US Government; Adesta, US-based provider of integrated security systems and communication systems; and Hill & Associates Consultants Limited, Asia’s leading provider of specialist risk-mitigation consulting services.[7] The Västberga helicopter robbery occurred on 23 September 2009 in Sweden. Both G4S's own security and the police work were criticised.[28]

In the autumn of 2009, G4S personnel in Australia went on strike, arguing that the company had subjected them to low pay and poor working conditions. The strike imperiled the operations of the court system in the state of Victoria. The guards provided entry-point screening for weapons and bombs in both the County Court and Magistrates Court, as well as additional security in the court rooms themselves.[29]
….

 2010 to present[edit]
G4S acquired the South African Security Systems Company, Skycom, in September 2010.[30] Then in April 2011 it bought the Cotswold Group, a surveillance and investigations company.[31] Acquisitions of Guidance Monitoring and Chubb[edit]

In April 2011 G4S acquired Guidance Monitoring, an international designer and manufacturer of electronic monitoring technologies, including hardware and software used for offender monitoring and tracking.[32] In December 2011 G4S acquired the assets of Chubb Emergency Response, a large key holding company in the UK. The deal was finalised on 17 December 2011. G4S are now integrating the Chubb business into their existing key holding and response service.[33]
…

G4S' core services include 'Manned security services' – where it provides trained and screened security officers.[66] The company also provides 'Security systems' such as access control, CCTV, intruder alarms, fire detection, video analytics and security and building systems integration technology.[67] 'Monitoring and response services' is another core service, where G4S provides key holding, mobile security patrol and response services and alarm receiving and monitoring facilities.[68] G4S also provides 'Secure facilities services' which includes integrated facilities services for entire sites or estates for commercial customers and governments.[69] The business provides 'Risk management and consultancy services' which also includes mine detection and clearance services.[70] G4S also provides electronic tagging and monitoring of offenders at home or in the community.[71] The company provides back office support functions for police forces, support for front line policing including the provision of custody suite services and forensic medical services.[72] It also manages juvenile and adult custody centres. This includes the management of all aspects of a facility and those held within the facility – similar centres are also used for the detention of asylum applicants. Prisoner escorting is another core service. G4S transports prisoners and asylum applicants between courts, police stations and custody centres.[73]

Timeline: how G4S's bungled Olympics security contract unfolded
A timeline of the events leading up to the London 2012 Olympics security fiasco and eventual resignation of G4S chief Nick Buckles.
By Szu Ping Chan, and agencies

March 2011: G4S is made the official "security services provider" for London 2012 and will provide training and management for the 10,000-strong security workforce, including a mix of military, private security guards and unpaid volunteers.

London 2012 chief executive Paul Deighton says the firm will help ensure security provisions are "robust and of the highest professionalism".

December 2011: The Government announces that the number of security guards for the Games will rise to 23,700 - more than double Locog's original estimate of 10,000. Security costs from the Olympics budget have risen from £282m to £553m.

G4S's initial contract with Locog to provide 2,000 security staff rises to 10,400 personnel, in a contract now worth £284m.

Confidential documents obtained later by the Daily Telegraph suggest that G4S's management fee rose from £7.3m to £60m. Almost £34m of the increase was for the G4S "programme management office" overseeing the security operation, compared to an increase of just £2.8 million in the firm's recruitment spending.
