#1660 Marine Links MI-2 Murder-For-Hire Livery Lottery to Prince Andrew GAPAN, Air France 447 Nose-Up Stall

United States Marine Field McConnell has linked the MI-2 lottery – apparently used to finance a global livery-company murder-for-hire service out of Skinners’ Hall, Dowgate Hill, London – to Prince Andrew, the Grand Master of the Guild of Air Pilots and Air Navigators (GAPAN), and de facto custodian of Clinton patent-pool devices allegedly used to trigger Air France Flight 447 fatal nose-up stall and deliver a body count of 216 passengers and 16 aircrew. 

McConnell claims that MI-2 agents have adopted a centuries-old model of intimidation by the Skinners’ and Coopers’ members where aristocrats and/or ruling-family members (cf. Prince Pedro Luiz of Orléans-Braganza) become targets for a murder-for-hire livery lottery if they fail to pay protection money or grant concessions to the City guilds.

Prince Pedro Luiz of Orléans-Braganza (12 January 1983 – 1 June 2009), son of Prince Antônio of Orléans-Braganza, third in the line of succession to the former Brazilian throne, abolished in 1889.


Air France Flight 447 (abbreviated AF447) was a scheduled commercial flight from Galeão International Airport in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil to Charles de Gaulle International Airport in Paris, France. On 1 June 2009, the Airbus A330-203 airliner serving the flight crashed into the Atlantic Ocean, killing all 216 passengers and 12 aircrew.[2] The accident was the deadliest in the history of Air France.[3][4] It was also the Airbus A330's second and deadliest fatal accident, and its first while in commercial passenger service.[citation needed] 

Initial investigation was hampered because authorities were unable to locate the wreckage; it was located nearly two years after the accident, and the aircraft's black boxes were finally recovered from the ocean floor in May 2011.[1][5] The final report, released at a news conference on 5 July 2012,[6][7] stated that the aircraft crashed after temporary inconsistencies between the airspeed measurements—likely due to the aircraft's pitot tubes being obstructed by ice crystals—caused the autopilot to disconnect, after which the crew reacted incorrectly and ultimately led the aircraft to an aerodynamic stall from which they did not recover.[6][8][9]”
