#1559: Marine Links HSBC Clegg’s SOS Dead Double Trademark Hits to Gareth Williams Prism Hack

United States Marine Field McConnell has linked Mrs. Clegg’s alleged use of HSBC’s SOS Dead Double Children’s Villages in trademarked contract (hits) killings to the murder of Gareth Williams in August 2010 after a GCHQ hack into the Prism network by which the agent was monitoring the trade in child pornography by the DOJ Pride Octopus [sic gorelick sister].

DLA Piper appoints Miriam Gonzalez as senior consultant

London - DLA Piper is delighted to announce that Miriam Gonzalez, a former member of the Cabinet of two European Commissioners has joined the EU, Competition and Trade practice in London as a senior consultant.

Miriam brings a combination of extensive trade and regulatory expertise and a deep knowledge of international and EU affairs and trade policy to the team.  She has wide ranging experience of international law, policy and EU regulations, notably in the telecommunications and energy sectors.

Her practice focuses on advising and representing multi-national companies and trade associations on how best to use EU legislation and policy to their advantage.

Miriam was the European Commissions' leading trade negotiator at the WTO on telecommunication issues and is able to advise companies, trade associations and governments on WTO negotiation and dispute resolution and trade policy.

Miriam is a qualified Spanish lawyer. Prior to joining the firm Miriam served as a senior adviser in the cabinet of EU external relations commissioner Chris Patten and the cabinet of Benita Ferrero-Waldner, where she was responsible for EU relations for the United States and the Middle East.  In her previous career as an EU negotiator at the WTO Miriam led the EU team in the WTO negotiations on telecoms as well as managing the EU negotiating team for energy, postal, construction and information services.  She also worked as a competition and regulatory lawyer for BT in Brussels.

Miriam has a masters degree from the College of Europe in Bruges (Belgium) and is also a senior associate member of St Anthony's College, Oxford.

Mike Pullen, partner and head of the EU Competition and Trade team said: "Miriam has very strong expertise in international trade policy including the workings of the World Trade Organisation ("WTO").  As a former member of the cabinet of two EU commissioners she also has high level knowledge of EU trade and external relations policy and has strong trade and competition law experience.  As such she will be a major asset in gaining high level WTO trade law and policy and competition law work from a number of existing and potential multi-national clients.  We are delighted that Miriam has decided to join us.  Being able to attract individuals of her character shows the growing recognition outside the firm of the strength and prestige of the EU Competition and Trade team in London."

  1. GCHQ is not about morality – it's about elitist power and control, just like all the other self-serving 'intelligence' corporations (NSA, CSE, etc.). The ECHELON partners represent imperial Anglo-pirates – nothing glamourous or noble about that at all.
