Dear Honorable Luis Moreno-Ocampo,

I write to your good office today not only as the international public spokesperson for the airline safety and security advocacy group ‘Whistleblowing Airline Employees Association International’, but also as an individual U.S. federal whistleblower on numerous grounds whose human and lawful rights have been denied on multiple counts. Attached please find copies of filed signed and sworn legal affidavits submitted to the United States congress, the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, and the Departments of Justice and Transportation that pertain to the details of my personal case, as well as broader issues of corruption involving alleged violations of Racketeering Influenced and Corruption Organization (RICO) Act leading to heinous crimes against humanity and other human rights abuses.

A review of the preliminary material contained on our website at http://www.airline-whistleblowers.org will provide much additional information about my case and our organization and will also provide your office with an overview of our whistleblower organization affiliate groups under the page title ‘Our Team Members’.

Based on information, evidence, witness testimony and other data collected by our team, on behalf of our association, I can unequivocally state that the events of September 11, 2001 were not planned and executed by members of Muslim extremist groups as purported by the 9/11 Commission Report, but instead by criminal elements who employed extortion, threats, coercion, and intimidation to infiltrate all levels and branches of the U.S. federal government thereby enabling the subsequent illegal invasion of Afghanistan and Iraq and ongoing heightened tensions in Iran and Pakistan to date.

Through careful exchange of information with our affiliate group members, our association hereby wishes to file a joint criminal complaint against key members of the U.S. government past and present. (Attached please find additional supporting information contained in a recent law suit filed by former Northwest Airlines Captain Field McConnell in the U.S. District Court in Washington DC).

Additionally, I currently serve as the Transportation Medical Whistleblower for Dr. Janet Parker, executive director of Medical Whistleblower, who has presented her case before the United Nations regarding human rights abuses within the United States and in particular, in my case as well as many others, the fraudulent and wrongful utilization of ‘hostile work environment forced psychiatric and medical evaluations’ by employers to terminate employees who have attempted to blow the whistle on fraud, waste, and abuse in the United States.

I am personally filing a federal tort claim in the very near future against specific individuals and agencies of the U.S. federal government, but wish to bring forth criminal charges involving genocide and human and war crimes abuses fraudulently justified through the wrongful and deceitful accusation of Muslim extremist for the events of September 11, 2001. Because I have personally sought criminal justice in the United States for so long and to no avail, I feel very strongly that I must petition the International Criminal Court to investigate the available information compiled by our group and to prosecute this case to the fullest extent of international law.

I presently reside in Islamabad, Pakistan performing gratis charity work with my Pakistani bride as an unprotected federal witness whose rights as such have been denied. In July of this year, I was contacted by an FBI agent from the FBI Joint Terrorist Task Force in Atlanta, Georgia who made intimations in his remarks that I was perhaps a ‘domestic terrorist’ based on an anonymous tip his office had received. I would argue that not only am I a patriotic, law-abiding citizen of the United States, but also a compassionate citizen of the world who has done nothing wrong and has access to much information and evidence to point fingers of blame at those few who have committed obscene crimes against the brotherhood of humanity in the name of greed and consolidation of power.
