Doctrine of Odious debt - British Columbia's Premier forced to retire - Canada wants their $80 billion back - western climate initiative collapses

United Kingdom Tea Party (UKTP), Odious Debt and collapse of Western Climate Initiative

Under the Doctrine of Odious Debt, a UK Tea Party (UKTP) could repudiate the debt owed to creditor investors in the $64 trillion Carbon Disclosure Project in the custody of the Financial Services Administration's D2 Banking service at Canary Wharf.

That debt has forced the Grocer (David Cameron) into an act of treason; he joined the U.K. and French military command on U.S. Election Day, he backdoored Echelon to the EU gauleiters and he allegedly approved a contract hit on MI-6 codebreaker Gareth Williams.

He's woken up the giant; may God have mercy on his soul.

On our side, we, the Reform Party of British Columbia, have helped to trigger today's resignation of Gordon Campbell, Premier of BC and the sponsor of the Western Climate Initiative scam.

Reform (the Canadian Tea Party) focused on Campbell's fraudulent conversion of the $80 billion public sector pension fund bcIMC into the $64 trillion CDP credit pool where it is now in the tender care of the Grocer's trustees in FSA/D2 Banking.

British Columbia, Canada wants their money back.

"When a despotic regime contracts a debt, not for the needs or in the interests of the state, but rather to strengthen itself, to suppress a popular insurrection, etc, this debt is odious for the people of the entire state. This debt does not bind the nation; it is a debt of the regime, a personal debt contracted by the ruler, and consequently it falls with the demise of the regime. The reason why these odious debts cannot attach to the territory of the state is that they do not fulfil one of the conditions determining the lawfulness of State debts, namely that State debts must be incurred, and the proceeds used, for the needs and in the interests of the State. Odious debts, contracted and utilised for purposes which, to the lenders' knowledge, are contrary to the needs and the interests of the nation, [Carbon Disclosure Project] are not binding on the nation – when it succeeds in overthrowing the government that contracted them – unless the debt is within the limits of real advantages that these debts might have afforded. The lenders have committed a hostile act against the people, they cannot expect a nation which has freed itself of a despotic regime to assume these odious debts, which are the personal debts of the ruler."

British Columbia Premier Gordon Campbell resigns over HST anger
By Andrew Moran

Vancouver - Gordon Campbell has announced during a press conference that he is stepping down as Premier of British Columbia. Voting opposition, record-low popularity and anger over the harmonized sales tax contributed to his resignation.

After calling a 11:30 a.m. (PST) press conference, BC Premier Gordon Campbell announced that he is resigning from his post and will call for the BC Liberal Party to setup a leadership convention as soon as possible, according to Reuters.

“It was always worth the effort,” said Campbell. “We have lost sight of what is important. When that happens it is time for a change. It's time for a new person to lead the province.”
